I have never received credit card ([protected]) from Citi Bank and never used it. But here my overdue amount is showing as 699rs from long back. which is hampering my credit score. After calling several time to CITI bank they are not removing my overdue amount and not giving NOC. Harassing me so much. I need a NOC for this from CITI bank immediately....

I had transferred CAD 2000 from my scotia Bank in canada account to my citi bank account in india) on 5th Nov 2019, but I never received money in my citi bank account in India.
