Money deducted suddenly from my savings to Ready credit t and made my savings account empty

Poor Customer Service on Settlement of Credit Card

I have been trying to close my credit with a settlement however I am not receiving any response from the Helpdesk or call backs. I tried as guided by the agents however no response so far. its been near about 10 days I have been wasting my time on it. Customer service gave me collection helpdesk number but no option to speak to Citi phone officer. Just tired of the process. Please help me get the settlement....

Credit Card Expired but not received any new Credit Card

I have a Citi Rewards Credit Card ending with 4831 and it was expired on 05/2020.
After expiring my existing credit card I haven't received any new credit card from Citi Bank but I am getting messages that overdue of the new credit card ending with 5058.

I have been missold a corporate credit card by one of your executive claiming to be providing cards for corporate customers. He even had my organization details. So seemed legitimate. Misleading Reporting and Failure to intimate customer about dues

I am holding a Citibank Credit Card since one year. I have been facing problems o[censored]nprofessionalism since then. Credit card bill generating continuously without delivering the card.

Issue accessing my money in my account

My debit card was getting expired so the new card was couriered to my address. As I am at my hometown right now the card got returned and destroyed. So I called the customer care on 23rd August 2020 from my registered mobile number and the call is answered by "Simon".

He suggested me that the new card is returned and destroyed at branch. So i need to block my current debit card from mobile banking and he will raise a new card...
