      I would like to bring into your kind consideration that my name is Manoj Kumar (Pan No. CSEPK8914K). I have a Credit Card of Citi Bank & using the same from Last 3-4 Years. My card number is [protected].
      Respected Sir, I am hereby writing this mail in reference to my CIBIL report whose updated by citi bank. I have checked my CIBIL score & shocked due to non timely payment of my credit card citi bank has updated my CIBIL bad. I am very sorry for that but now I have continually paying my outstanding with interest to the citi bank. That’s happing because of in this lockdown I was hospitalized with my full family in hospital due to COVID. Even though my uncle was expired due to COVID. As you know that’s very default for everyone to manage payment on time in this circumstance. I have not taken any refund from citi bank as a help in these circumstance even though I have charged by lots of penalty amount by citi bank. I have continually paid all the penalty to bank for improving my CIBIL but citi bank has not updated my cibil in good way. I am requesting you to please update my CIBIL good.
      Sir, I am requesting you to please help us by wave off of some amount to us or update my CIBIL core good. That’s my humble request you to please update my CIBIL good& send NOC to me.
      Second, you can check my previous last 3-4 year history. I am always paying my dues on time & have good relationship with bank.
      I request you to kindly look into the matter so that my credit score will not get affected and get improved.

        Hi Team

        Myself Jakeer Hussain Mahamad have a citi bank and citi credit card account.

        I tried all the ways to change my name in bank records and credit card account.

        I have followed all the instructions specified by citi bank team, but I see no result after several follow-ups. They are not even bothered about customer's time.

        When I try to explain my situation and pain, they simple disconnect the call.

        The customer executive staff is really worst and doesn't bother about customer's issue or feedback.

        I really regret considering Citi for Salary Account.

        Please help me on this.

            I wish to raise a concern and grievance for the recent statement that I received. Please see that my card expired in September 2020 and I have not received my new card after that. Therefore, if you see your records, you will notice that I have not even used the card in the last 1 year. Can you please let me know why I have been sent this bill. I would request to reverse these charges at the earliest, update your records and send me an acknowledgement of the same.

                I kindly humble request you to waive off the late fee, financial charges, all other tax of last 5 months as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.

                  I am Citibank Salary account holder for last 17 years. Yesterday on 17th October Citibank did a maintenance and deducted 22000 that was in my savings towards ready Credit. I called customer care and they said that I did not get salary in my citibank for last 45 days so they reduced my ready credit line and made an adjustment with the money in savings for the extra amount that I utilized. This is a harassments as I am receiving salary in my citibank for last 17years. The last salary I received was on 30th September.
                  The 2nd explanation was given that I am receiving my salary through NEFT which is again not new. I am receiving it as NEFT from IBM and now kyndryl as NEFT for last 9 years. Citibank did not even issue any intimation to me about this matter. I realized when used my card to purchase something in an outlet. How can Citibank take away the money from my savings without any intimation to pay and how did they decide suddenly that I am not getting salary in the account when each month I am getting it there.
                  The Principal and Interest towards ready credit was already dedcucted on 1st October. The customer care team said a supervisor will call me, but no call back was made. I need my savings money back in salary account, ready credit line reinstated and apology from citibank. Else I want to be compensated adequately for this harassments that citibank has subjected me to without any prior information that they want details on my salary.

                      I have been trying to close my credit with a settlement however I am not receiving any response from the Helpdesk or call backs. I tried as guided by the agents however no response so far. its been near about 10 days I have been wasting my time on it. Customer service gave me collection helpdesk number but no option to speak to Citi phone officer. Just tired of the process. Please help me get the settlement.

                          I had credit card with number: [protected] with you and i have made the total payment. But i recently checked my cibil report its still showing active wherein it has to be closed.

                          Paisa baazar/bank baazar shows its closed but cibil shows active.

                          I request you to clear the same and send me noc letter, as i was calling the collection department the call is not getting through to them and its been disconnected.

                            Hi,

                            I Shiva Krishna CITI Bank Suvidha cardholder from past 8 years, made 10 transactions of money withdrawal at Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM, Chaitanyapuri-Dilusukh Nagar branch Telangana state on September 08 of 2021 at time 4:30 pm, among all the 10th transaction (Ref:[protected] got failed but still, money got deducted from my account. I had raised a dispute(D[protected]) for that transaction for which CITI Bank gave temporary credit, later after few days (i.e 20 September 2021) CITI Customer care reached me stating my dispute got declined by Kotak bank, they say it was a valid transaction and suggested to approach ATM bank(Kotak Mahindra Bank).
                            the very next day approached the Kotak Bank branch manager and explained my case, he says such complaints need to raise at home branch(CITI Bank) there back-end team reaches our back-end team for your raised dispute. Nothing can be done from our side try to resolve it from your bank only.

                            The transaction amount was 10000 rupees.

                                  I have a Citi Rewards Credit Card ending with 4831 and it was expired on 05/2020.
                                  After expiring my existing credit card I haven't received any new credit card from Citi Bank but I am getting messages that overdue of the new credit card ending with 5058.

                                  I am frustrated with reaching with CITI customer care. either its horrible to reach over customer care or they will not respond to my queries.

                                  Till I have not received any communication from Citi bank regarding the new credit card information. but they are sending the overdue messages.

                                  I need to resolve this issue or what action I need to take please provide the suggestion. Since I didn't find any way to reach them but finally reaching to Consumer Complaints.

                                    I have been missold a corporate credit card by one of your executive claiming to be providing cards for corporate customers. He even had my organization details. So seemed legitimate. He told me that I would get a mail.. which contain all the offer details which I have to approve then and only then will the card be issued.. but I have been fooled and no such mail.claim.. I would like to inform you that I DON'T INTEND TO GET THE CARD. Please cancel the process if initiated.

                                    Even I was offered the same bluetooth along with a lot of benefits like lifetime x % discount on Amazon, Smart etc etc.
                                    I was suspicious that why would a bank offer so many discounts that to for a lifetime free credit card.
                                    But when he told me that you will get a mail with all these offers written in it (including the Bluetooth) and that still if I was not convinced I had the OPTION to say a no, I felt there is no harm.
                                    It has been 7 days and I still have not got the mail. So I feel I have been cheated.

                                    Have they given you in writing, all the offer details that the executive mentioned over the phone ??

                                      I am holding a Citibank Credit Card since one year. I have been facing problems o[censored]nprofessionalism since then. I had mentioned at the beginning prior to the underwriting process that only if limit is going to be more than 2L it can be processed and without any Annual fees since I have 5 other banks’ Credit cards with limits of 2L and above which are Lifetime free cards and my Credit score at CIBIL was 814 hence I was getting calls offering higher limits. However the card was sent home with 60k limit and Annual fees citing the reason of being riskaverse due to the pandemic and asking me to wait for a few months for the limit to increase. I waited for a year and on 8th July21 I called up Citibank Customercare to discontinue the card as this limit was of no use to me and I had to use my other cards for any of my expenses which exceed 60k. My complaint begins here – In the 8th July21 conversation lot of efforts were made to retain me and a new card was offered which had no Annual fees but there was no mention of any outstanding balance on my earlier card or any kind of intimation of any amount due and unpaid whether to be transferred on the new card.Until that date and even after that I have no clue that there is any balance due nor have I received any statement, mail or SMS from Citibank. Then on 22nd July I get a SMS stating that an amount of about 369/- is overdue whose duedate was 7th July21. I was shocked to see that and I first immediately made the payment rounding it off to 400/- the same time before any confrontation or enquiry. After a week when my organization extracted my credit report it showed credit score of 696 and I was taken aback as my score has never fallen below 800 and It showed that Citibank has reported on 20th July21 a default of 1 month and 29 days whereas the duedate is just 13 days ago and the transaction is a month ago and after reporting Citibank intimates the customer on 22nd July21.Since then I have been mailing and calling customercare but nobody is interested in resolving any grievance of customers at Citibank. Infact two people Syed and Babu called up saying they will resolve but all they were aiming at, was to prove their point and confront. They were so pathetic that I would never hire such people at the frontend who have no problemsolving skills but are just confrontational. Every Bank and NBFC is required to intimate the customer about any dues and the reporting of any default is to be done in the first week of the succeeding month in which the amount was due and not after 13 days of duedate to cause harassment to those customers who have ensured that their score is 800+ since the credit reporting began in the Finance Industry. It is basic common sense that someone who has never even delayed any payment beyond the duedate in the past 20 years or any payment of Citibank in the last one year will not pay Rs.369/- is something illogical unless there is some lacunae in the statement generation and intimation process of Citibank. I am going to make sure thatthis negligence of non-intimation of dues, misleading Reporting to Credit Bureaus, undue harassment to customer for damaging their credit score and reputation does not go unnoticed at RBI if Citibank is not interested in resolving this.

                                        I was using citi credicard which was expired on june2020.I didn't received any new card after that..but the bill is generating and sending to my registered mail and phone continuously by showing last 4 digits of new card..since I didn't have card I am unable to pay..I tried to contact citi customer service 100s of times but everytime IVR is asking for card details .I am unable to contact.
                                        Because of the above scenario my cibil score has reduced 100 points.
                                        Please make necessary actions.
