I took a Loan for my car Maruti Alto KA51M5660 from Citicorp Maruti finance company a long time back in 2007. After Citicorp merged with Citibank, they are not responding at all. I repaid the complete loan amount but they are not sending NOC and my original RC documents, saying they are unable to trace them after merging.

Now I am not able to renew my FC because of this problem. Kindly help.

Please send NOC for my car KA51M5660 at the earliest to below my current address:

          I have already provided the information to Citi bank my amount and card are blocked because of online fraud to transition and as per the bank after 4 days bock facility is not available in his bank and as per the bank on the spot not provided the fir after 4 days saying one FRI to the police station and I am already complaining to cyber cell so pleses help me regarding the same amount 85757 rs.

            My son used my CITI credit card number : [protected] - Master card, for purchasing international tickets from London to Bangalore and back, on 8th june, 2022, through BravoFly booking ID:[protected].
            Initially ticket price shows during checkout as : Rs.2, 08, 423.39 (In Indian Rupees only) and we have booked tickets for that price.
            Surprisingly, we got the Invoice copy that shows the value of Rs.2, 27, 913.16 (in INR) with confirmed tickets to sons email ID.
            Shockingly, Now Citi back further increased which shows in the bill, purchase value as : Rs.2, 37, 227.31 (in INR). Rs.28, 803.92 charged extra. which needs to be returned by Citi Credit card department.
            As CITI back has taken huge margin in-between which is not acceptable.

              From Past 1.5 months I've been trying to change the delivery address but i'm constantly getting technical error on citibank india website.I've tried contacting bank's customer support also but from there also i didn't got any help.

                Have received an email state i have won a lottery and needs to claim my price, and now apperantly cause i'm residing outside London i need an affidavit T21 from the High Court Of London and for that i needs to pay 11, 756, 26, is this something to fall for or not, cause i then if that the case why cant they the just deduct the amount frythe price that i have won an transfer the other amount for me then...

                  Dear Sir,

                  I would like to bring to your kind attention the unfair trade practices utilised by Citibank Credit Cards Divison which include but are not limited to fictitious billing, imposition o[censored]njust interest and charges, issuance o[censored]nsolicited card irregular sending o[censored]pdates, falsely trumped penalties, withdrawal of card operational facility without notice and also application of humiliating measures including intimidation/harassment to the card holder.

                  I had a Citibank Credit Card (ending in 0608) which i was utilizing and have not mossed a single payment in the past 4 years.

                  Another card was issued to me (ending in 0574) by their sales people unsolicited and by repeated calls and marketing tactics. I gave in and didn't make any purchases but still paid the annual maintenance fees on 6th January 2021 (ending in 0574), after which i did not use the card and hence later the card was blocked as per the customer support team from Citibank and did not even display on the Citibank app, which led me to believe that the card has been truly blocked. But I asked for an email intimation multiple times for blocked card but they said it's not required.

                  Now, since the past 4 months I started getting annual maintenance charges unpaid messages which I ignored since to my knowledge the card was blocked and I thought the messages to be a simple back-end error.

                  Citibank Credit Cards then - without intimation - blocked my active card ( ending in 0608) as soon as I redeemed the credit card points which were numerous and stopped my operational and transactional facility.

                  I called the customer support department and was directed to the collection department being told that I have to speak there else this case wont be resolved. Also, I was given an incorrect number for the department. When I finally discovered the corrrect number after calling them multiple times to contact the collection department I was subjected to rude language and threats and insulting behavior in general and was told that my primary card (ending in 0608) would not be unblocked and this implies all my redemption cashback accumulated after paying all my dues on time are all gone.

                  After multiple such calls, mental trauma caused due to constant excuses, I finally told them that I would have to resort to legal action, they changed their tune and requested me to not accelerate this matter, which tantamounts to their admission of fault in this matter. However, they only reversed the unfair charges on the new card ( ending in 0574) but not all the tax on the unfair charges maintaining that they needed more approvals from the center head to reverse the GST charges which are just 250 etc.

                  Now since the past one month I have been just hearing empty promises - without any connecting action - that I would be speaking to their seniors and this matter would be resolved, but that is the extent of it : fake promises repeatedly.

                  Also they said they need approval to unblock my other card which I have used consistently without any pending dues ever .

                  Sir,

                  I have lost out on the following :
                  1. My cashback and redemption points on the primary card ( ending in 0608)
                  2. Reversal charges not removed completely
                  3. My CIBIL score has fallen below 700 due to this entire situation
                  4. Mental and emotional harassment and loss of peace of mind due to the rude, unprofessional behavior of the Citibank collection employees and the barrage of insults and threats hurled by them.

                  I would like redressal for all of the above mentioned points.

                  Hoping for a swift resolution.

                  Dear sir,

                  I received a call from Citibank Credit Cards stating that the process of reversal of charges on the new card (including GST) is underway and should be completed by the 21st of May 2022.
                  They further stated that the only way to reactivate my older card is to send it to the credit bureau which will negatively impact my CIBIL score again.
                  When I asked why I'm being penalised for something that is clearly their error, they further suggested that I allow the old cards to be deactivated and apply for a new Credit Card. I perceive this as a brilliant way to deliberately nullify my original redemption points in totality.
                  The fair way of handling this issue would be if Citibank Credit Cards did deactivate my old cards and gave me in writing that all previous cards are permanently deactivated so as to prevent a repeat of this mental harassment.

                  Further they would have to either : 1. Not issue a new card at all and instead just Accurately Monetize my redemption points and transfer them to my bank account; or 2. Issue a new Credit Card at par with my old card with zero charges and transfer the Accurate redemption points count into my new account.
                  I highlight the need for accuracy to prevent reduction of redemption points under the guise of a new point system with the new card.
                  Hoping for a swift and fair resolution.

                  Dear sir, Citibank has now resorted to charging unfair interest on my account after promising reversal . They have reversed the igst but are still charging the interest. Kindly help as all this is affecting my cibil score and all this inspite of paying my credit card dues on time. Attached is the latest screenshot of the unfair interest charged on my credit card which I haven’t used since the time of its issuance.

                    I have had extremely bitter experience with Citibank India.
                    a. On two occasions, the bank deactivated my account (this is my salary account as well) citing that one of the documents they sent to my mailing address had returned back to them. I was not even informed about it ???
                    When I called them up, they told me to confirm the mailing address on the website which I immediately did and then they said it would take 2 to 3 days for activating the account.
                    I strongly objected to this ( I was on call for 2 hours with the cust service) and requested them to activate the account immediately as I had to do some key transactions however they just refused stating that the back end team will revert in 2-3 days. And they activated my account only after 2 days. This is horrible service.
                    b. Now two of my cheques - which I pay my rents - have been returned stating there are alterations. I had not made any alterations and when I call them they are taking down requests after requests but they are not able to tell me what was wrong with both cheques and why they have not been sent back to the depositor.
                    I have a feeling that they are purposefully trying to harass the retail clients so that they cancel the accounts as they are already coming out of the retail business. They is no grievance cell in Citibank India where I can put in my grievance.

                        My credit card with CITI got renewed and could not be received at my address as I was out of station due to COVID. The card got returned and CITI too accepted that card was received by them by JAN-2021. I got some payment information by end of 2021 against my new card but I failed to make that payment due to lack of any details related to the card.
                        There was no Credit card division of CITI in Pune and after many attempts I made many requests via their portal. I got those acknowledged where they accepted the card was returned to them but account was open hence annual fee was changed and they themselves took initiative to revert those fees as well.
                        But still I am getting payment requests and not sure if my outstanding has been made ZERO or not?
                        They requested me if they could process card again and why I asked to proceed, now I am getting response like I failed to make payments to bank hence my request cannot be processed now.
                        My CIBIL rating got affected due to bank mismanagement and still not sure my outstanding is made zero or not and why my CIBIL got affected due to your issue. I want action against the bank and wanted bank to compensate for my loss.

                          I had a credit card with Citi which I got 5 years ago. I never did any transaction on the card and do not have it as well. The bank levied a fees over the years which has hit my CIBIL score substantially. I tried reaching out to the customer care team over calls and emails. I have been following up for the last 2 months but not received any response / resolution.

                            “We are pleased to inform you that your existing Citibank Suvidha account will be converted into the new Citibanking account...With this change, the Citibank Suvidha savings account will not be available from March 1, 2013. Your account will be converted into the Citibanking account from this date, ” the bank said in an email.

                            “As a special gesture, for your long standing relationship, a lower minimum net relationship value requirement of Rs 1 lakh will be applicable for your Citibanking account, ” the bank said.

                            A monthly charge of Rs 500 is applicable if the net relationship value falls below the minimum level.

                              Citibank did not send new credit card to me. Old credit was expired in 2020.
                              They never call me for undelivered new card. Now they are charging membership fee on new credit card which never delivered to me.

                                Without even receiving any OTP there was one transaction on my Citi Bank cr. card and the amount of Rs. 380 was debited. Even though I raised a complaint with Citi Bank against the merchant who doesn't have any email id, contact details nor I know as to what kind of products/ services they are into, Citi Bank management has not bothered to properly investigate and said that I did transact and had to pay the amount.
                                How will I be able to enter an OTP without even receiving one and I feel that Citi Bank seems to have some tie-up with the merchant so that such transactions would be able to go through without entering the OTP.
                                Also, even though I blocked the card, Citi Bank sent me an SMS and email stating that the card is active and I can use it. This obviously gives an impression that blocking of the card is just an eye wash but eventually Citi Bank wants me to use the card (I have not only blocked it but also cut it into pieces and thrashed it) but still Citi Bank would say that I have used it for transacting with some merchant and perhaps that is why they are insisting that I start using the card again.
                                Also, in the name of waiting off the additional amount that gets deducted by using the card in certain IOCL petrol stations, Citi Bank seems to not provide the credit in some of the transactions. For example, when I used the card at the same petrol pump on the same machine to swipe the card on 5 different times for Rs. 200 each time, I was charged Rs. 2.36 additional charges and 3 times only I was given the credit but 2 times I was not given the credit.
                                Already the price of petrol is too expensive and now Citi Bank is charging extra by asking the customers to swipe their card and on one hand say that they would refund the extra amount but on the other hand they really do not give the credit.
                                I have called Citi Bank customer care as well as sent several emails including to the Principal Nodal Officer of Citi Bank but I am given a feeling that the senior management is only interested to get their salaries and not wanting to listen to and resolve any of the customers problems. It is so sad that our Govt. is allowing such private banks to be in operation in India which in turn is trying to cheat the customers like me in order to earn a lot of money, especially the senior management who, instead of resolving the issues are trying to see to that they get their salaries and want to feel happy at the end of the day. It is a pity that this bank staff are cheating and harassing the customers in this manner.

                                    Date of incident: 04/06/22
                                    Description: Today morning at around 11:00 AM there were 3 fraudulent transactions of amount 20K, 40K and 40K respectively..
                                    Desirable resolution of complaint: Request a refund
                                    Credit card number: [protected]
                                    I have immediately called the citibank customer care and reported the transactions within minutes..
                                    The transactions have not yet reflected in my card and the transactions were not settled to the merchant

                                    I have requested for cancellation of transactions immediately but the citibank customer care told they couldnt do that..
                                    i have requested them to connect to next level management to escalate it but that didnt happen as well.. As per my request, only card was blocked and dispute case was raised

                                    I would please request you to look into this issue and get my money back

                                      Hi,
                                      My old salary account from 2007 was converted to a dormant account and now Citibank wants to may INR 24000.

                                      I do not have my saving account number and customer care is unable to help me or provide any resolution. This is also deeply messing my CIBL.

                                      Need help to waive INR 24000 dormant account and close this account asap.

                                        I am supposed to get an amount of Rs 5373 from vendor OYO owing to cancellation of booking. However due to UPI issues of banks I have not received the amount.

                                        The amount has been credited yesterday (30th March 2022) around 5.48 pm by OYO

                                        However till now the amount has not been credited to my account.

                                        Please help me with the same.
