Getting too many calls for credit card and personal loan

This is disgusting, getting too many calls (Atleast 2-3 calls/day) from Axis bank and their consultancies for personal loans and credit card. A day is starting and ending with Axis bank call. Hope you can understand how they are irritating. I didn't apply for loan/credit cards in any axis anywhere.
Couldn't understand how bank got my numbers.
Kindly remove my number (+91 - [protected], +91-[protected]) from your database. Expecting from now not to get any call till i apply for loans or credit cards.

    I was holding a CITI Credit card 8 years ago. From the year 2012, I have been in abroad and was not using the credit card. But in CIBIL, the card shows active. My name is Hari Subramanyam Jakkula and PAN is ACRPH0293D.
    Please help me for next steps to resolve this.

      Dear Sir /Madam,
      I had lost the Citi bank credit card in March 2020 (1 year back) and informed the same to customer care. According to them, they could not trace the credit card information and finally informed that the card is blocked. But recently I got a statement, where the membership fee is added. I do not even remember the card number. The card is ending with 5577 (As per SMS).

      Since I do not hold the card, again I contact the customer care and they informed me that the card is not fully blocked.

      After the request, they successfully blocked the card. but the SMS for payment (membership fee) is coming every day.

      Thought of escalating the same to an ombudsman, but no email ids were provided on their website (no email id for customer care too).

      Please do the needful.

        This is in regard that i was checking my credit score and details as per that i found that citibank is asking me for payment of credit card which i not use and never used ever with a outstanding amount of 78743/-.
        This is impacting my credit score as the card which i held of citibank has been closed and due to unnecessary intrest and penalties i have done settlement for that card. The card no. ending with 1008 i don't even know when they have issued it on my account and i have no details for the same.

          I was holding CITI bank credit card which is settled in 2014 due to lack of knowledge. But now I have realised and planned to close the account completely, for which I was in discussion with CITI Card collection team. After multiple followups, they have suggested me to pay 16819/- Rs. I have paid this amount through Bill desk using UPI. The money hasbeen debited from my CITI Savings account. Payment was made on 5th Feb 2020. After 1 week of payment, I had called CITI Card collection team and confirmed payment is not received. Since then I was continuosuly follwowing up with CITI card team. They have requested me to share my account statement to confirm whether payment is debited and not credited back due to failure in payment. I have shared all details. Everytime I share any information, new reference number is getting raised. Now I would like CITI bank team to find all details associated in[protected] refernce number and confirm my payment. I am really concerned to close this account soon .

              Hi Team,
              I have applied for a Citi Credit card on 13th Jan 2021 and completed all the formalities required however until now I have not received my card. I have contacted customer care multiple times but no resolution as of now. Every time the customer care executive gave me the same assurance that your card will be delivered soon with a new reference number. The height is when they gave me the wrong Blue dart tracking number for my card. My experience with CITI is not more than 1🌟 as stands today. Below are the details I have related to the card, complaints, and reference numbers.

              Card Application Number - [protected]Application Status - Approved (as per IVR)

              Reference Numbers Given by CCE during my complaints on phone - 2849, 1099, 9636 which of course was of no use in any next call

              An initial card issued (as per CCE) but never received ending with - 1706
              Re-issue of the card, again never received ending with - 9040

              Complaint registered but no status update about same [protected]

              BlueDart tracking numbers (wrong) shared by CCE - [protected] & [protected]

              This was not my responsibility to track the card and keep chasing Citi CCE for the same however I am doing this for the last almost 2 months. I am looking for some compensation for this harassment along with the resolution of my complaint as soon as possible.
              Also, I request to take action against individuals involved in this delay resulting in such big harassment for me.

              In the end, I would like to conclude the CITI commits to deliver an approved card within 2 weeks of application (and many other commitments I am receiving on my phone every day) but the actual service is exactly the opposite. It has been 1 month and 19 days (and still counting) since the day I applied for a card.
              I Hope CITI will compensate me for this undesirable harassment caused to me

                    I was holding this credit card, the use of which i stopped approx 1 year back. Since last few months getting nagging sms to pay some bills. I requested " for which service or for which purchase". No answer. It was neither a big amount nor any issue for me to pay. But i was sure that i have not purchased anything since last 1 year, then what for this payment. The sms continued to pour and everytime with interest added to it. To me this is nothing less than extortion.
                    Disgustedely I paid Rs. 1300/- on 26 Feb 21. But many people like me might be harrassed by Citibank. Hence i request you to get me information, for which service and for which purchase citibank has charged me.

                      Dear Office, Consumer Complaint.

                      I Sagar Kalani had city bank credit card - [protected] which I had closed due to the annual fees. At the time of closure of card customer service agent named HEENA confirmed that there is no outstanding and card is closed. Again I am raising the issues in social media - Instagram messenger as well as Facebook messenger form last 3 months but they are not at all bothered and now my outstanding on the CLOSED CARD is Rs 547.61/-, This is not my purchase not any pending interest. My complaint for City Bank people is

                      1) The credit card was taken in August 2019 with condition was to use card for 1 year for 30K, to wave off the charges and continue the card. As you are aware that due to lock down entire market, malls and online shopping was closed. how can you expect us to use the card? This is pathetic. And you charged the annual fee and forcefully cancel the card?

                      2) On top of that while cancelling the card I was informed by HEENA that card will be closed and there will not be any outstanding. But, after cancelling the card they are cheating me and suddenly imposed interest for moratorium on EMI which I had never apply?

                      3) WITHOUT TAKING MY CONSENT YOU DID MORATORIUM AND CHARGING ME THE INTEREST?

                      Please look into this on priority to reverse the imposed charges on my card. The SMS i am receiving from last 3 months are threatening of effecting to my CIBIL score.

                      Its been 13 days now but nobody is bothered from City bank and I have not even received any call, on top of that I am getting 1 SMS daily from collection for paying the outstanding and spoiling of the CIBIL. This really a harassment. City bank people are really pathetic.

                          I had to receive a refund amount of rs 794 from Swiggy. I already got a confirmation from them that the refund amount is credited from their end. But i have still not received any refund amount.
                          Please help in providing the refund amount since, they say it has been done from their end.

                            I contaced your online chat and after having my time wasted with a bot finally reached a human being called Dorita. I told her I needed a copy of check 3014 dated 1/7/21, and this was not available on line. This is because in your wisdom and greed, you no longer send copies of canceled checks to your customers, and the online data was only available as far back as 1/11/21.

                            Dorita took FOREVER, first telling me the check was being cleared, and then delaying me further to wait for one thing and another. Finally, she said she located it and it would cost me $5 for a photocopy, a clear example of how banks are usurious in the extreme.

                            Anyway, she emailed me the check and instead of being #3014 dated 1/7/21, it was check #2932 dated 12/31/19.

                            1) I want a refund of the $5.
                            2) I want an apology from Dorita that she deliberately lied instead of admitting she couldn't find the check.
                            3) I want an explanation from Citibank of how you could hire someone as stupid and useless as Dorita. Your entire customer service is nothing but a constant battle to keep customers from reaching you. I was on the phone the next day trying to get to a person, but no one ever picked up and I was eventually disconnected.

                            I HATE Citibank; not only did your Upper West Side office close during months of the pandemic, but you also no longer offer bank cards that can be used wirelessly, when this is the trend of every other bank.

                            I hope you burn in hell, along with all the senators and congress who let that criminal Trump off.

                                I'm writing this mail regarding my credit card outstanding. My credit card ending 5663 is having total outstanding of rs.1, 95, 00. however the card limit is rs.167, 000/-.

                                This is to inform that me and my family has been fallen under a very hard financial situation in recent time due to some crisis. And in addition i lost my job as a result i'm unemployed since more than 11 months now. As a only earning member my family is surviving on the very edge basis.

                                I want settlement, as I can maximum 30% of the total outstanding as i'm not in the position to pay full amount. I suggested the recovery team also on the same.

                                However the collection team and recovery department using very abusive language by calling. And they are threating us that they will ask and pressurized my neighbours to collect the money from them which is very unethical practice. They are threating the ladies in my house in my absence. Because of them my family has been mentally disturbed and may file fir to police station by taking legal action.

                                I'm requesting to please do one time settlement of the same as I cannot afford more than 30% amount of the total outstanding.

                                If you're ready for settlement then i'll be able to do same by borrowing some fund from my friends or relatives in week time to ten days. Kindly understand the situation and let me know.

                                      I had credit card with number: [protected] with you and i have made the total payment. But i recently checked my cibil report its still showing active wherein it has to be closed.

                                      Paisa baazar/bank baazar shows its closed but cibil shows active.

                                      I request you to clear the same and send me noc letter, as i was calling the collection department the call is not getting through to them and its been disconnected.

                                        Hi

                                        Been through a very worst customer care on my credit card KYC submission and card was blocked for non compliance of KYC submission.

                                        The customer care officers contacted each time did not have quick resolution and advised to submit each type of document each time but after submission and waiting for 24 hours assuming that there would be a resolution but to my surprise nothing happens. After again contacting they would ask for few more info missing and it again used to take so much of time.
