I request you that my card may please be cancelled and outstandig amount without penlty be convert in the loan and made 25 instalments whcih i can easily paid. I would also like to inform that i am retired govt. Servant and having very small amouint of pension i. E. Rs.25, 000/- and presently i am living in rented house.     This is satyanarayana g y was holding citibank credit card [protected] long back. I cleared all outstanding amount and closed the credit card during[protected].

    I see this credit card has been added to cibil report where my currrent balance is 0 (Zero). This is creating unnecessary prob to my cibil score.

    Please help in removing from cibil report.

    I applied for a credit card after too much request from a agent named Vishal, they said that i will receive a confirmation message after 2 days applying for the card and i submitted all of my documents, i even got the verification call from citi bank as well, now i am unable to check the status of my card, its been more than a week now and i have never received any call or message from citi bank, i am so fed up and angry with the services, i would never recommend anyone for citi bnk services.

      I was using citibank indian oil credit card which i lost few yrs back after that I called bank paid due amount and asked them to close the credit card. They closed it and removed from my online account as well. Later after 6 months I got the sms on my mobile that your indian oil has due of amount 1256 INR, I called citibank to close this card as I dont have it and there is no due i am going to pay, they said yes they will close it and there is no due. After 2 months again I got same SMS but with different amount as 256 INR again I called citibank and asked about this agian they said they will close it. Last month they closed my Rewards credit card without sending an intimation to me. Today I called citi bank to ask about this again they are saying due to inidian oil card they closed my rewardz card. Again they lied to me that I have not pais 5106rs on rewards card last month which I paid and i have proof of it. Also on rewards card i am going to receive cashback and that is received but officer refused to give me that cashback as well he said now the cad can not be Reactivated and casback will not be given. Once I told him that I will go to consumer court he said yes they received amount and they will provide me cashback as well.
      I want to raise a high level compliant against citibank for tortuing me from pas 6 months. Also due to there negligance my cibil score also reduced.

        I have purchased a few grocery items worth 1662/- from bigbasket [order no: bbvo[protected]] using my citibank debit card on 3rd may. There was an offer; 20% cashback; valid on a minimum transaction amount of rs.1500/- will be credited after 90 days.

        I did not receive any cashback even after 90 days and when i checked with citibank they say they have denyed the cashback for the reason "the payment towards purchase transaction big basket was initiated through paytm". I was surprised to hear this and when i checked with bigbasket they have assured that the payment for the order was done through paytm gate way and this order is eligible for cashback.

        It was not my problem, big basket has made the payment via paytm pg for citibank debit card payments. Citibank misunderstands this as payments made through merchant wallets and denying the cashback. I strongly feel this is a kind of cheating the customers showing invalid reasons for denying the cashback and all please beware of such deals.

          We obtained citi bank services on foreign currency conversion in 2011 based on citi banks promise to provide best conversion rates i. E., 20 paisa per foreign currency conversion as inter banking conversion rate. However, on recent audit it has been noticed that since 2012 till 2017 citi bank have been fraudulently charging us at an average banking rate of more than one rupees whereas presently, other banks are providing conversion service at a conversion rate of five to twenty-five paisa; without notifying us anything about conversion rate whatsoever.

          As a result, they have excessively charged us at a tune of five lakhs in the year 2016-17, even if we pay citi bank an average banking charge of 30 paisa per conversion of dollar/ euro.

          Primarily the citi bank officials said they will arrange for refund or adjustment of such unsolicited excess charges but no remedies have been provided for last 4 months.

            I've received a call from number : [protected] on 08/10 as citi bank employee and they have used my credit card for their bill payments and used an amount of rs.19, 024/-. Though i've contacted citi bank customer care and asked them to cancel the transaction, there was no action on that. Also, they had information regarding my new credit card. Please take an action on this. I'll not pay the bill for these transactions and i'm not responsible for this.

              Hi Team,

              Yesterday (9 august 2017) I got a call from the suspicious number- [protected] and [protected] and the were knowing my card details. I thought it was a call from my bank. After that I got 6 transaction messages back to back saying that I have done the transaction but I did not do any transaction. I have raised the complaint against these transaction immediately.

              I want you to take the action against these kind of activities so that anyone else will not suffer like me. Please take a strong action against that fraud people and contact me on my number [protected] for any query.
              Please help me to block these transactions. My transaction details and their reference numbers are below:

              Reference number- 063696, 778986, 405529, 683122 for (INR-4789, INR-4885, INR-4889, INR-4998) respectively at IDEA PAYMENT.

                I am getting a regular phone call on my no - [protected], for selling the credit card.

                Each time i request to remove my number and they confirm that the number will be removed.
                Inspite of several reminders to remove my phone number from the data base, no action is being taken.
                The calls are very disturbing and annoying.
                Requesting to kindly take action on this.

                I got 2 more call after this complaint. The person called and told that he is bank manager of citi bank and enquired about false credit card data. After I refused he started abusing me.

                  I live in australia and i was nri customer for citibank for a while. I had nre and nro accounts with them. My parents were using those account in jalandhar, india. Last year they send me and email which said that they are closing jalandhar branch in october 2016 and the next available branch is in chandigarh which is too far for my parents so i decided to close my accounts with them. They closed the nre account and transferred the money into my parents new icici bank account but they refused to close nro account and refuse to give my money from that account. They told my parents that they can't close nro account and give them any money from that account and i have physically go to chandigarh branch and close the account my myself when i come to india.in april 2017, i went to chandigarh branch and met mr jaspreet and he told me that the nro account has been closed and the dd has been sent to my australian address. I never received that check. So i told him that obviously i never received that check so can you please reissue that dd and send that to my parents address in india as i am going to australia in may and he said he will do it. I even given my written application regarding this matter to him but nothing happened. Now i rang him last week after 3 months in chandigarh branch and he told me that the dd has been sent to my parents address in india and it has been returned but my parents never got anything. I asked jaspreet to provide me with details that when it was send and where and he said he will get back to me but he never did. After waiting for another week, i rang him again today and he gave me the same response that he will get back to me this evening as he got lot of work at the moment and he have to check his emails and will let me know.
                  1. Now my complaint is regarding citibank weird and strange rule that if the money is in rupees and i have given my parents access to those accounts then why didn't they allow my parents to cashout that money when the account was closed.
                  2. Why the dd has been to send to australia and why they never provided me any details to where they send that dd.
                  3. Unethical and very disappointing behaviour of chandigarh staff. I had to travel from jalandhar to chandigarh to sort out that issue but its still unresolved after 3 months even though i have been promised. I am still waiting for my own money because they can't give me cash even though i am sitting right in front of them.

                    I had applied for the Citi bank Credit Card . My application has been rejected vide on the grounds of negative credit history based on a Credit Information Report from Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited ('CIBIL'). A copy of the Credit Information Report with control number[protected] Date[protected] was attached to letter. As per the report, my credit scoring was 715 and scoring factors included the following - 1. Presence of a tradeline 91+ days delinquent 13 or more months ago. 2. No presence of a revolving tradeline 3. Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months. However I have login into CIBIL to check my credit score on[protected]. In this report my score shows 785 and I do not see anything wrong in the report. All my payments are before due date. To my knowledge, I have not been a party to the above defaults and would like to get these defaults cleared at the earliest. I need complete details of the above defaults and the process to get these resolved so that my credit history is cleaned up for any future transactions.

                      When i got sms from citi bank for amount deposited in my a/c then transferred it to my regular bank. I thought deposited amt is my pf received from pf dept.
                      It was actually ready credit given by citi bank. So immediately trf the amt to citi bank a/c. But citi bank started imposing interest on same. Which i have not paid from 2007 & now amt is 35000/-.
                      Now it is written off mode which create a problem in cibil.
                      Amt taken on 27th may 2007 - rs 69000/-
                      Amt paid by chq on 1st june 2007 - rs 69000/-

                        Sir, i have purchased carrier 1.2 ton 5 star split ac from flipkart on dated 31 dated 2017 (Order id:- od[protected] on following offer applied.
                        1. No cost emi on citibank credit card ₹1793
                        2. 10% cash back on citibank credit cards maximum 2000
                        3. Extra 2000 off.
                        After applying these offers the final price of product cost me ₹28206 along with no cost emi emi showed ₹3134 for 9 months but when i get my citibank credit card statement for the month of june and july'17 amount of emi showed ₹3216 and ₹3333 respectively. When i contacted to flipkart about the issue flipkart told me that they could not do anything talk to citibank after that i spoke to citibank 2 times about the deduction the executive told me that according to rbi guidelines they couldn't sell product on zero percent intrest rate and the intrest which is 15% charged for 9 months which is equal to ₹1793 and will be given as cash back and ultimately product would be cost you zero percent emi. On this discussion i couldn't understand the no cost emi offer and earlier i have purchased many products on no cost emi by several cards never happened this before. So please help me to resolve this matter.

                          I realy surprised 03.08.17 morning at 10.15 a. M my citi bank credit card misused by international hackers and my entire credit limit was used by them.

                          After getting the debit message through sms immediately i blocked the card.

                          I would request you to support and take action and return back the money to my credit card account from the citi bank/un known hackers.

                              Someone is trying to use my credit card for online transaction several times for netflix illegally. Hopefully most of the time it is failed but not sure actually. First it was netflix.com then again it was netflix. Con. Final. I didn't use this credit card still now. Moreover i didn't show the card to anyone. Neither i shared my own details of cvv, card number to anyone. I don't know how it can be used then also. Please do the needful as early as possible. I have been trying for so long to calm the customer care but all the lines are busy.

                                Such a worthless and useless bank.. I had been trying to call citi bank for the first repayment of my loan.. Nobody picked up the call. Even though picks up not a proper response from them. Then i had to approach banking ombudsman cos i am also an officer of india's largest bank and silently watching their activities.. Thereafter all higher level authorities contacted me and taken necessary steps.. Now i would like to pre close my personal loan account and when trying to reach customer care no response n jus make to feel irritated.. Before bombarding those ppl i believe they themselves would contact me in advance.

                                  I was offered a loan amount of 300000 inr via my credit card and it is communicated and approved through ivr. During my communication with the citi phone officers, no body no where mentioned about applicable service tax gst for loan interest. I was communicated an emi of 10400 inr for 36 months and additionally they informed only about the processing fee of 1500 and service tax for processing fee which is 225 rupees. I was shocked to see extra tax amount in my statement and when enquired about the same to citi phone officer, double shocked to know it is gst for interest amount applicable for all month emi. Being a long term customer of citi bank, i feel like cheated and fooled by the citi bank customer service team in this regard. Request the management team to consider this request and provide a solution.

                                    Respected sir / madam,
                                    On 14.07.2017 i received a telephone call (From mobile no.[protected] suspected later as fraud) that they want to upgrade my citibank credit card and enquired my credit card details.
                                    Unknowingly and inadvertently, i gave the details which i suspected to be fraud when the enquired about my bank details, immediately i called upon citi bank customer service and requested them to block the card immediately. The dispute complaint was lodged vide ref. No.2248 and fraud transaction complaint was lodged vide ref. No.9700.
                                    The credit card was blocked immediately by citibank and subsequently i received a new credit card ending with last 4 digits 8122.
                                    When i viewed my citi bank statement, i was shocked to note that the fraud transactions details were mentioned as unbilled amount and as per the recent statement i am intimated to pay rs.1007.00 as minimum amount to be paid before 07.08.2017.
                                    Hence i request you kindly to eliminate the suspected fraud transactions and take suitable action against the culprit who has misled me as citi bank officer and tried to draw amount against my credit card.
                                    Anticipating reply from your end to put an end to the above fraud transactions against my credit card and oblige.

                                      This email is regarding the reminders which are triggering to my email id for the credit card payment. With due regards i wanted to inform you that i am not holding any credit card of citi bank then why the hell these emails are triggering to my email id. I have sent several emails regarding this but i haven't received ant positive response from your bank. Now i am getting email regarding the payment of credit card and failure will rise a legal action against me what the hell. Is this kind of a joke from this reputed bank. I feel very sorry to say, this kind of blunder is not expected at all from you guys. Please take an appropriate action for my complaint. If no action has been taken then i will file a legal action against your bank for harassing the customer through these kinds of bull # emails.
