Hi my name is asha, i am working with wipro (Ec campus - bangalore). I have applied citi credit card and for that i have submitted all necessary documents (Xerox of salary slip, aadhar card, pan card & hard copy of photograph) to mr. Anurag (Who is sitting in ec t17 bangalroe campus) and that time he didn't give any acknowledgement, post which, from past 2 weeks i am calling him to get the status but every time he is giving same answer i will check and update, some times he didn't respond properly but today (21aug2017) i fed-up with his behavior and i went to his place to check the status but i shocked with his worst/stupid answers like "i don't have time to check yours and if you can't wait then go head and apply any other bank credit card" and for this i replied like "this is not the correct way to speak with customers, plz share you manager number, i want to talk to him" for that again he replied like "i wont give, if you want then go and get it from anywhere". I didn't see this type of rude misbehaving person in my career. Guys who are in wipro ec bangalore be care full with him while applying citi credit card.
@citi credit card team: now i am not at all interested with your card as just your agent behaving like this then after getting your card how your customer care team will behave if get any issue. Finally i am requesting you guys this is not the correct way to deal with customers.
Citibank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
2. I am facing problem in Redemption of points and procedure seems complex. Please advise.
