I am using citibank credit card from last 20 yrs. From last 3 months, received statement too late, nearer to payment due date, already complain customer care department from last 3 months. this time, till today did not received statement. i am normally roaming for work, for my account purpose and reconcilation hard copy of statment required. cant not depends on SMS or soft copy. You have to solve problem from your side, i think from your side courier company is doing something wrong. take step on that and from next time, i want statement regularly otherwise i have to compain higher authority also. FYI, Just Send duplicate statement is not solution.. you have to find solution from your end or your courier side. Received your printed statement on 14th September 2015 at 4pm near my shoes rack, which is given by you on 27th August 2015. (Document No. [protected]) you have to take action against courier. Please note from my side, i am most of time travel roaming and can not access WIFI or 3G always. If i did not received your statement time to time, payment might be delay from my side and i am not responsible for delay of payment. rakesh dave

        My personal loan account number was LGGMRK6624065. I gave request to close the personal loan on 1st of Aug 2015. Even After one month, I didn't receive the excess amount which was debited from my account. I called customer service multiple times and I mailed them. No proper step from them. I request the people not to go for citi personal loan.

I have been informed on 12th of August by Irshad/ Ashok that my company BTI Consultants (Kelly Services) is not listed with Citi Bank, for that I have submitted my offer letter. I even mailed my offer letter to Rohit Malhotra [rohit1.[protected]@citi.com] who is a relationship manager (As told by Ashok) Kindly please look in to the matter.

                Dear Sir, I Purchased a t-shirt on flipkart Application. since i am not satisfied with my ordered item, i requested the flipkart team to cancel my order and refund the money back to account..they have refunded the money back to my bank on 10/08/2015--Reference No.729742. But for more than two weeks the refunded amount is not credited by my bank Account. there is no issue with merchant, my bank is not updating the balance in my account. please do the needful help to getback my money into the account. *note :whenever i get a refund from the merchant, my bank staffs are not updating them into my account balance.I am facing this kind of issue for 2 years.                       I had received a call from a lady stating that she is from citibank and asked me of i wanted to convert my credit card points. I said yes and she asked me verification question what are the last four digits of the Card. Which was confirmed by me. She said i will receive call shortly and in few mins i receive a call from guys. He was connected to the IVR and asked me to punch in the CVV number which i did. He the said i would have received a verification message i confirmed i received it he has me to confirm if which i did. I got suspicious about the call and called the Citibank customer care immediately, I asked the officer if they had called me, offer had confirmed there was no call made. i asked her to block my card. She said sir there is a mobile number update which had just happened. I told her i did not request for any number change. She asked me to go her head and block the internet baking which i did. Sir the there is a transaction of Rs 9999 that is done on your card. I told i am talking to you how can do it. The officer gives me the merchants name. I tell inform the merchant to block. Sir you will have to call us after 2 to 3 days only after the merchant claims. we can do anything. After a week citibank confirm sir u gave the OTP so we tried our best and was only able to recover 1000 changes from this transaction.

                        I am a customer of CITIBANK for more than a decade. However, they are least bothered about destroying the goodwill built over the period. Very pathetic customer service and redressal of customer complaints. Received sms regarding the dues and paid the same immediately. However, received statement showing overlimit charges of Rs 579.09 plus Service tax. I was surprised to see such charge. Either CITI should have limited the amount as per yr set limit or should have informed me to pay the excess to avoid charges. On 3rd July 15 I got a sms stating that I have utilised more than 90 percent & I have to make payment to release further limits for use. After that sms I have not used the referred credit card Also CITI charged US$ at the rate of 65.97 for booking BA tickets whereas the prevailing rate was less than 64. There may be a variation of 50 p per$ and not Rs 2. Since I am a regular customer & I always pay my dues well in advance as is evident from our track records, kly reverse the overlimit fees with service tax & the excess charged on us dollar conversion Awaiting yr favourable reply atleast here (Mails were sent and no response received) R Murali [protected]

                            One Year Back I had enrolled for a Citi bank Titanium Credit card (Basic Credit card) . As per the policy or agreement, If I make the shopping for 30K per yr, then there will be no annual charge on me . IF I can not meet then there will be a change of 1k per yr with taxes . But Unfortunately I had lost the card without using the card for a single time, So I have blocked it . Its Quite trivial, if a card is blocked No body can make a transaction . But surprise to see that after 1yr I got a bill . And in the bill they have placed the annual changes with taxes . When I have inquired about it, they are coming back with a reply that the card was Blocked not closed . But I simply believe that they want me to make me fool on technical works . Its Quite Obvious that, once a card is blocked you cannot make the purchase So as the target set can not be meet .and the said bill (annual charges + taxes) you have provided on a blocked card, which dont exist at all . And again, If the card got blocked, why the bank has not taken the step to provide me another replacement card . Without Helping to customer, they are harassing . So I dont expect such behavior from the Global Bank Citi . Who make money by, making fool to the customer . I have attached there reply . you guys can have a check on it . And before going for Citi Credit card, Beware of it . Thanks Manas

                              I have a citibank credit card. For almost 2 years i have been paying the min. balance due every month without fail but not a single penny has been deducted from the main amount, on asking i was told that the min. amount takes into account the interest etc. and hence it net net doesnt change the principal amount. My total credit due was apprx Rs. 80, 000. I have paid more than Rs. 60, 000 in total thru the min. payments and the total amount has remain unchanged. I made a payment to 30K and now appprox 55K is pending. So basically, for a total credit amount of 80K, in the last 2 years, i have paid 60K (as monthly min) + 30K (payment done) and now I am expected to pay the balance 55K. ie. 145K. Is this fair? Hope do u calculate the min amount? Is the min. amount only your interest rate? Please adjust atleast some of the payment that I have been making every month with my principal amount and let me know the final outstanding. You are fooling customers. I will not pay a single penny till you respond. And I wish to return the credit card. Thanks An extremely unsatisfied customer adeeti.[protected]@gmail.com
