We provided the request to withdraw an amount of ₹ 5500 from citibank atm - brookfield mall ' banglore (Atm id 7001). But we have received only an amount of ₹ 4600 with 4 notes of 1000 denomination, one ₹100 note and one ₹ 500 note.

So we got 100 note instead of 1000 note.

We are the holders of icici bank account and withdrew amount from citibank atm

Please take the necessary action to refund my ₹ 900.

After lodging the above complaint, I am getting calls from different different numbers saying that they are from City bank customer care. And they are asking for ATM card number and Valid through date and CVV number. These are very confidential details, any one can make transactions with these details. How should I make sure that these calls are from city bank customer care and why should I provide those confidential ATM card details ?

    I purchased an iphone 6 for rs.43, 098.00 on 12th of july 2016, the phone was delivered on 19th of july’2016; subsequently, a request to return the product was made with snapdeal customer care after 2 days.

    As per snapdeal instructions, the phone was sent to snapdeal warehouse through manual courier & received at snapdeal qc center end of august’2016. A notification was received from snapdeal that the refund of rs.43, 098.00 was being initiated on 4th of sep’2016 my account was credited on 9th of sep’2016.

    I noticed that my credit card account was charged for rs.43, 098.00 on 7th of sep’2016 from

    The july statement reflects 1st amount charged for the purchase made on 12th of july’2016.
    The september statement reflects the refund on 9th sep’2016
    The credit card account unbilled section shows the fraudulent charge of rs.43, 098.00 by citibank put on my card on 7th of sep’2016.

    Notes: i have already registered a dispute on your citibank dispute team on 21st of sep & after day my dispute was closed without giving me any call or updated with the remarks of “we wish to inform you that the merchant has processed the refund towards your card account for the above transaction. Consequently we have reversed the temporary credit provided to the card for the afore said transaction. The reversal will reflect in your subsequent statement. We are closing the investigation at our end.” but your team haven’t checked the transaction which we have done in 12th of july’2016. I received a refund of 12th of july’2016 transaction not for the 7 of september which was fraudulent charged by citibank. Again i have raised a complaint again but nobody is handling my complaint. Even every time i called to citibank dispute team and tell them complete story every time after that citi bank was put me on hold for 20 to 30 mins and come back with the promise that we are arrange a call bank on this dispute but not a single call received. Suddenly disconnect the call.

    Kindly get this sorted as a matter of priority, else i shall have no option but to initiate legal recourse.

      Dear Sir,
      The facts of the issue are - the merchant M/s Honey World Wine had swiped my CitiBank Credit Card number [protected] unsuccessfully 3 times on 12th January, 2016. The unsuccessful 3 swiping amounting to Rs.[protected]*3) did not appear in any of my statements till May, 2016. Subsequently, when I approached the dealer, he confirmed that he has received only 1 payment of Rs. 2416 and not the payment for the unsuccessful 3 swiping of my card.
      I have paid the amount Rs. 7248 with a protest to CitiBank as it had appeared in my account statement for the month of May, 2016.
      The above facts will establish that the amount paid by me is held by CitiBank only as the dealer has confirmed its non-receipt. I am compelled to bring this to your level because the second level representation invoked a copy and paste reply of the first query raised by me on 25th May, 2016 (I[protected]. Even the spelling mistakes are the same.
      I hope you'll be sympathetic and look into the matter and reverse the amount of Rs. 7248 charged to me which was not actually due.

        Iam a citibank suvidha account holder for the past 9 years!!! All this while i was proud to say iam citibank holder but today after i received a call for the personal loan i applied for the first time the agent named piyush treated as me as a degraded person!!! Never went thru such a humiliation!!! He was showing his bad attitude to me from start of the call!!! I was not asking loan from his family!!! He doesnt know how to be courteous with customers !!! I want citibank to listen to d call which was made to me and take strict action against the person named Piyush who called me today at 11:30 am oct 3rd 2016!!!

          I applied for Citibank credit card as they offered me with vouchers worth Rs2500/-.
          But when I received the card there were no such vouchers.
          Also I called Citibank service centre twice, but they have not registered my complaint to cancel the card.

            Dear Sir/Madam I am associated with your bank for than 10 years .I was surprised when I Received my this month credit card bill .I was charged Rs 950 for late payment and an interest of Rs 1181 against my bill of Rs 16568 . However I had made my payment on time but your record shows it for made on 6th of sept against a due date 02nd sept. Kindly wave off the mentioned amount which were unnecessary charged in bill.

              They offered me a consumer loan payable in 36 months postdated cheque and i accept it.they told me that the amount will be delivered by september 2. but upon calling the hotline, they told me that it will be process in 5 working days. i called again after 5 days they told me that it will be reprocess since they failed to delivered. they told me that they will inform the agent whom i have spoken with to call me and to reprocess the loan but unfotunately up to this day they were not calling me.i already prepare the cheques for payment and i already need the money to pay for the house renovation. can i file a case and sue them failing what they have promise to me about the loan

In the said reference in the transaction (SPIRIT AIRLI[protected]MIRAMAR) USD FOREIGN AMOUNT 69.95 was withdrawn by your authorities through my old credit card without my permission. I obtain a new credit card and I am not using the old credit card. I could not understand by the amount was withdrawn from my old credit card. Please clarify my doubt at early date.

                  Hahaha same here. Actually They hired bunch of idiots. They told me, i have case filed in past. After that I ordered CIBIL report there is nothing like that. When I emailed the proof they stop responding. Go for RBL credit card they value there customers. I have very good experience with them.

                    Hi i've taken card 1 month before, and not did a transaction, when i tried to do a transaction today in coffee shop, the card was not working, thank god ive money and other cards, if these people hav believed then today would be in trouble. When i came back and called these people(Citibank customer executive), they are saying they hav closed the card, due to some mismatch, they should do investigation before issuing a card, and that too without intimating me, they close the card. if i believed these people and went to do something big transaction would be in trouble. for thsi some action needs to be taken, otherwise i'll file a case against citibank

                      I purchased Samsung mobile from happy communication of Mohali for Rs 19000 by swapping my citibank credit no[protected] on 8.09.2016(MID[protected] and TIC[protected]Rs19000 is to recovered in 12 equal installements @Rs1714pm. While issuing email statement as on 21.09.2016 amount of Rs 19000 has been shown to be paid in lump sum instead of 12 installements . This needs to be clarified by bank for not recovering amount in installements instead of lump sum payment

                        I am an old customer of citi bank and using your card more than 10 years.

                        I have a serious concern of your bill. I am paying the minimum amount around rs. 30, 000 every month since more than 1 year. I accept that i am paying currently the minimum amount with 1 month delay. Actually, i have serious financial problem since last 1 years but i am not stopping your payment. Similar way, i am expecting cooperation from your side also. I think, it will be sorted out within next 2-3 months from my side.

                        I have paid the minimum due amount every month which has been communicated to me from your customer care executive. If you go through the billing history, the average due minimum amount is around rs. 30, 000.00. It normally lies between 29, 000.00 - 31, 000.00. I have not used your card since last 1 year. Today, i have received one call from your customer care executive. He said that the minimum amount due this month is greater than rs. 37, 000. I have a serious concern how the minimum amount shoot up suddenly rs.7000.00. You have also calculated the penalty last month and earlier months also. This month minimum amount cannot be the abrupt exception.

                        I can pay this month max. Rs. 30000.00 and i have kept my budget accordingly. If this kind of trend is continued, i have to take different course of action which may not be favorable to you also.

                        So, i request you to correct my minimum dues this month and help me to pay that smoothly. I do not like to go for legal course as i have maintained relationship with you since long years. I am looking for long lasting relationship with you. Now, it is up to your choice.

                              I have a credit card from Citibank used only at Indianoil Petrol pump. I paid through the card on 15th August at Indianoil petrol pump in Panchsheel New delhi (Rs1800/). On 18th August at 845pm I receive a sms alert regarding transaction on the card. I check the card, it was with me. The transaction happened at Mukharji Nagar while I was at Surajkund Faridabad that time. I called Citibank got my card blocked and got to know it was a cash transaction from an ATM. I am running from the police station to Citibank and it looks like a dead end. Citibank has not been very helpful. One of the Citibank representative even mentioned that this is happening these days? If this is happening them who is responsible? The customer because he has the card. There is no responsibility of the bank to secure these cards or machines further? I am asked by Citibank to pay the amount as per the statement? Why should we suffer. Are we saying that we should give up our credit cards, debit cards and get back to the manual system as before? I found out a similar case where this lady got fuel through her debit card and then Rs44000/ were withdrawn using her debit card at sadar Bazaar where as the card and pin were with her. If we have this mafia in new Delhi, why something is not being done, why it is left to the customer to suffer? Would appreciate guidance and help - I cannot pay the money if I have not withdrawn?

Previously also i tried through this media and also through ivr. But your did not respond to help me to get rid of this problem. I failed to draw your support in the matter.                                     Unfortunately i made a cash withdrawal from the credit card on June and i settled down the bill for the moth of Jun-Jul 2016 (balance nil, except the outstanding purchases). And, i received the bill for the month of July and i found around 48 rupees extra as interest and Service tax.
                                    When i called the customer care, they said that there was 3 rupees which was not adjusted and as a result it took all the unbilled purchases...

                                    I have my salary savings account with Citibank, and the debit card for this expired in Jul'16. There was no re-issuance of new debit card automatically. I raised a complaint with them on 20th Aug'16 and, they said that they would immediately process the card which would be delivered within 4 working days. They even took a confirmation telling that would be required to deactivate the online account accessibility in order to process the new debit card, and the account would be reactivated within 24 hours. It is been more than a week that my online account is still not active and not received the card yet as of 29th Aug'16. I raised complaint on 29th Aug that I am not able to access my account on which they gave some excuse and said it will be till 1st Sep when account can get activated. It is very bad and unprofessional of them that I am not able to transact my money in my account due to some goop up from Citibank side, after a relation of more than 5 years with them. This what they give as a service where they put customer to such horrible experience where he is not able use his own hard earned money.
