Dear Sir,

As per my record I would like to informing you that about my new city bank Credit card purchase login problem.

1st time login - 2 month ago first time your executive collected my Documents at my office (working hours) it is rejection or not I do not known but they told me it is signature mismatch
2nd time I given the all documents. (1st App No.: BPA0314420) login No. I forgot

3rd time few weeks after new people approach me Tele callers (Ladies from Chennai - Nelson Manickam Road Office)asked new documents for the same credit card purchase (login) again 3rd time I given to them but no replay from that people, 3rd time Login No. [protected]

4th time they called and asked me about my previous login rejection (signature mismatch) this is happened 2 months after again I given my all documents till no replay

Note :

Why they asking many times my documents about my new credit card apply. It is right, I am asked the people the reason, but they give hardly reply. It is not accept it,
I have all acknowledgement receipt for every application. Kindly I request to you do not treat me like this In future.

If I am not eligible for new CITI bank Credit card purchase, please leave it. I accept it, why they are treat me as idiotic.

if anybody will going to call me about CITI bank Credit card in future – I will take legally action.. So please give the advice to them .

    My citibank credit card was fradulently used by miscreants. I had spent more than 30 min. to raise my grievance to a citiphone officer in Chennai, IVRS said all the officers were busy!
    After several attempts, I could place my complaint at mumbai no.[protected]. On 18.12.16, an officer in Mumbai told me that my grievance had been forwarded to the "Dispute Team" & would get a call in the next 48 hours.
    No call came from citibank.
    I had escalated my grievance to Anna Salai Office on 22.12.16 & submitted a written complaint in person. I was told that I'd get a call in 24 hrs.!

    7 days gone but nobody ever called from Citibank!
    Citibank proudly claims that it is over 200 years old & it never sleeps!

    Seems like the Citibank is too busy that it has no time to address it's customer's grievance!

      Poooor customer care service.

      They only pretend that they are going to resolve issue in same call.

      From 3rd of dec, 2016 till date i kept calling them for my debit card to reach out to me.

      I'm cardless in demonetization situation.

      I followed complete process which they asked me to do but no resolution.
      They did a small mistake initially because of which i'm suffering a lot.

        With Reference to Credit Card Ending 9989, I had sent Many Mails to Citibank Customer Care and Grievance Cell and Citibank had sent Mails to Revert in 5 Business Working Days from Last 15 Days for the same, They had Given Me Reference No. 27383345 & 27421415 But No Any Mail Received from Citi bank Regarding Solving the Issue. They Were Charged Joining Fee as When I had taken Credit Card at that time, Concern Citi Bank Sales Executive told me that It was Life Time Free and No Any Hidden Charges also to Be Levied But Citi bank Charged Joining Fee of Annual and I had sent Many Mails to Concern Citi Bank Credit Card Department But No Any Resolution Given by them... Please help me for the same

          I have been repaying my citi bank credit card personal loan since 15 months now of an amount of rs. 16, 698 and suddenly since last month november 2016 they have this extra amount of rs. 862.84 ("st 14%, sbc 0.5%, kkc 0.5%") which is sudden tax from the government they say if you call the customer care of citibank and they can do nothing about it and continue paying this amount for rest of my 33 months emi.

          Citibank credit card personal loans are frauds! Never ever take a citibank credit card personal loan

          I have made an over payment of RS. 8667.60 on 7/12/2016. have already made an appeal through e-mail and customer care service . They had said that the money would be refunde within 24 -48 hrs. But it has not been refunded.

            At the time of applying she was talking very well. Once I competed my all verification and I ask her when can I expect to get credit card the she response "its wrong number, I don't know who are you so don't call me again". Her number : [protected].
            I got card dispatch msg on 2nd Dec but not yet receive.
            Do you guys really check your employee before assigned task. or just pick any one from market and assign to complete this task. I never expected such service from Citibank.

              Hi team,

              I started using citi bank credit card 3 months ago, and i have to say so far this have been my worst credit card experience so far. Just because i made a purchase for 50k within first two weeks of card issued, citi bank blocked my card without even confirming with customer and without even notifying the customer. How could they even block the card like this?

              I have always made my credit card statement due way before the due date. Even then your bank blocked my card this is really unacceptable and unprofessional. Re-activate my card right away, i need to make some urgent purchase on the card so would request citi bank to unblock the card or better cancel my card.

                On 28 november 2016 i have submitted a form to complete formalities for credit card, i have not received any reference number or any other detail about it, this finds me very disgusting that now on daily basis i am receiving fake call to disclose my account details from city bank.
                I could not find any convenient way to interact with the bank on call or online. Even i am not able to know my credit card status.

                  Description - I went to a Skechers shoe store in sector 14, Gurgaon and bought shoes for 3999.I swiped my card in their machine and it showed payment declined and thus I transferred some amount in paytm and paid them via paytm.But I came home and found out that the amount for that swipe was deducted from my account.I have called at the store around 50 times and they are not responding well and saying we haven't received.The Citibank helpline is also not useful as no one is picking up my call their due to some kind of issues going on within the bank .I tried calling them 100 times but nothing happened.
                  Whom shall I reach onto now as I am not receiving help from either side.

                      I have been a credit card customer of Citibank for more than 10 years now. I always considered citi as one of the best banks in India, but my opinion is changing looking at the recent ways of the bank.

                      I have been told that my loan on credit card (Enhanced Pay Lite Top Up loan) would attract a service tax of 14% on the interest amount. Imagine a situation where I am already paying 14% interest on loan and on top of that I have been told to pay another 14% tax. Is not that double taxation? Also, as per them, the govt is asking for it for all amounts converted to EMIs. I had taken a loan and had not bought any consumer electronics and converted the amount to EMIs. If this above logic given by bank applies to my loan, then all the personal loans, home loans, commercial loans should also attract the ST. But, not the case with those loans.

                      I am clearly feeling cheated since I will have to pay a hefty amount as ST on the loan I had taken on the credit card. Please avoid double taxation on the loan and revert the amount you have charged last month.

                        I had received a call from Citibank Customer care executive regarding Credit Card . It took my 30-40 minutes for the discussion and he convinced me to apply for the new credit card with below information.
                        1. All the other Credit Card due amounts can be transferred to the new credit card.
                        2. Amount can be paid with less rate of interest.

                        I contacted the customer care after receiving the new card, and requested for transferring the due amount in other cards. Now they are saying it is not possible to transfer the amount from one card to another and interest rate would be same as the existing card.
                        This is clearly indicating the fraud behavior of Citibank and cheating their own customers.

                          This is to let you know that i had a salary account with citibank with my previous company. On oct 2016, i have joined a new company and my salary account is changed to icici now. After 45 days, i got a call from citibank that since there is no salary deposit from 45 days, they are converting my ready credit amount of 147000 to 20 emi's and i have to pay monthly amount of 7757 (Principal) and interest which is reducing based on principal amount. On nov 30 2016, as requested by citibank i already made a payment of 8000 as my first emi. On 2nd dec 2016, i logged in to pay the interest amount and noticed that my savings accounts has been made to a negative balance of 63541 without any intimation to me via phone. Because of this action from citibank, my two ecs debits have been bounced and i have to face the consequences. Please take a serious action against this irresponsible bankers and do justice to me.

                            Dear sir/ madam
                            I have saving bank account at bank of baroda hadapsar branch. I used citi bank atm hadapsar (Atm id - 9700 non metro atm) on date 28.09.2016 @ 18.31 hrs. But there i couldn't got the money, i waited there for 2-3 min. At that time there was no any security guard available. As transaction was not complete and default window appeared, i pressed "cancel & clear buttons" 4-5 times. Still neither cash not came nor any internal sound (Which was generally heard while cash is coming out.) then i withdrawn the same amount from axis bank atm hadapsar. I got the money and got message of 10000 debited. But after 5 min again i got message of rs.10000/- debited i. E. Extra debit of rs. 10000/-
                            I have already registered complaint at bank of baroda also at cyber cell, commissioner of police office. During investigation of cyber cell, they received cctv footage. After seeing the footage following observations are noted.

                            1) i was there at citi atm at 18.32 to 18.34 hrs on date 28.09.2016. Cash not came.
                            2) there were no person or guard outside the atm
                            3) at 18.36 hrs, one person entered the atm, take out his wallet when he was about to insert his card, he saw the cash there, took the cash. He wondered, look back and kept the cash in wallet and went out from the atm.

                            The important things why i am claiming the compensation-
                            1) first of all, cash should be received within 15-45 seconds (Max) for any atm machine
                            2) there should be security guard outside the atm, as per rbi rules and regulations. If there was guard, i would have informed him and asked to check for the same.
                            3) the cash should be taken back by machine within 5-10 seconds, unless it is taken by customer.in this case cash
                            Was there for more than 1 min
                            4) the most important point, i did not receive money and it is my financial loss. I is not a small amount.

                            Above 1) to 3) conditions is not fulfilled at city bank atm (9700)

                            It is now more than 2 months period over. I am genuine customer of bank. Why should i bear the loss when it is problem of citi atm server system or atm machine itself faulty or bank of baroda server system.

                            Please credit my amount other wise, i will go to consumer court. Then you have to pay the full compensation along with penalty charges.
                            As per rbi guideline within 7 working days, money should be credited to customer account during such cases.

                                Citibank is telling that Government has introduced New Rule that they should charge 15 % tax on the interest for old loan ST 14%, SBC 0.5%, KKC 0.5%. They putting extra tax on the prompt payers like me. They are not at all reducing intrest on the EMI at all. They are simply charging extra and extra interest. Now they are charging extra tax on the old loan EMI. This is against the Banking rule. Against to Service Tax Number AAACC0462FST001.
                                They have charged on the Statement Period 20/10/2016 to 27/11/2016 for my credit card emi Reference Number [protected] Date 25/11/2016 ENCHANCED PAYLITE TOPUP-008/048 - Rs 13455.00
                                Date 25/11/2016 ST14%, SBC 0.5%, KKC 0.5% - Rs 811.08
                                They are not reducing interest for old loan instead adding tax of 15 % for old loan. This is a bank or what. My no [protected]

                                  This is with regards to the loan of 3 Lacs that was taken by me on my credit card back in 2016 in march and EMI quoted to me was 11, 317 for 36 months and that included service tax as well. I paid my 8 EMI of 11, 371 and after that bank started charging 555 rs extra as there was increase in service tax by the government. Government increased charges by some amount only and i never saw such charges in my previous emi and while giving the loan amount the bank should clarify it but they didn't. And from November 2016 they charge me 55 rs extra which is not fair. There is no written confirmation regarding this. wanted to raise this as I feel cheated in this. I will complain this matter to consumer court as well . I want this to be escalated to higher authorities. I won't be making any transaction with Citibank till further action is initiated.

                                    I was in Germany for two months for work. I paid every bill without a problem except Citi bank my Platinum Master Card. Their website is blocked in most countries overseas, not to mention how not user friendly it is. The only way to even remotely access their website is receiving a call (no texts!!!) which is not possible overseas as my phone is shut down. I flew in and there was a late fee and interest charge which is totally their fault. I contacted via phone and the person was so rude that I can't imagine how they stay in business. I e mailed customer service and agin got a retarded reply. I just paid 95 dollars for annual membership and this is not a service I'm willing to tolerate. There was also a charge I wanted to dispute and i was told - We don't do disputes. Your problem...Obviously, i don't want this card and i will not tolerate such treatment or service. I demand immediate refund of my late fees and interest as it is caused by deliberate actions by Citi bank and it is fraud. I demand 95 dollar refund of my annual fees (will not take - you are not eligible answer as I will not pay fraudulent company) and i demand a compensation for my time and 500dollars for putting up with incompetent and rude customer service. I will sue citi bank and will see them liable for all legal fees unless they credit the late fee and interest, pay back my yearly 95 dollars and compensate me for the aggravation. I will pay the balance due to make it zero after receiving the above. Will never do business with them ever again and will close all my accounts. Nobody needs that kind of service.

                                      Citibank is one of the worst bank i had seen so far. They doesn't have proper information with customer care. 1 week back i called to customer care and enquired about how to activate the ready credit account. The customer executive told me that there are 2 ways to activate the account. One option is you have to go to branch directly and submit the documents. The second option is you can courier the duly signed forms to chennai head office address. I had choosen the second option since i dont have time to go to branch. I couried the required documents on next day to chennai address. Till today they have not activated the account. Again today i called to customer care to claim the reason, now this time a lady officer was saying you need to go to branch only for activating the account and she confirmed that there is no other way to activate it.

                                      Seriously got pissed off by listening to the customer care executives with their explanations. That means they dont have proper training and they are misguiding the customers.

                                      This is very very uneducated things that is done for a customer.

                                      Note:- even though ready credit account is dormitory, if the savings account doesn't have sufficient balance the amount will automatically get debited from the ready credit account. Now if you have the sufficient balance and wanted to repay the money to ready credit account it is not possible. What kind of softwre citibank is maintaining??? Hats off to citibank...

                                      Because it automatically deduct from ready credit when my account doesn't have sufficient balance. And when i want to pay back then it seems impossible because my account is in inactive mode.. what kind of logic is that?? It can deduct from inactive account but cant pay back. Custom service suggested that i need to go to the branch.. I don't have time to go branch..
                                      from last one year bank is dedicating panelty from my account because i am unable to clear my ready credit amount.. IT'S GREAT... so what should i do now??

                                        This is with regards to the loan of 5 Lacs that was taken by me on my credit card back in 2015 in march and EMI quoted to me was 13, 915 for 48 months and that included service tax as well. I paid my 20 EMI of 13, 915 and after that bank started charging 631 rs extra as there was increase in service tax by the government. Agreed but while giving the loan amount the bank should clarify it but they didn't. And from November 2016 they charge me 631 rs extra which is not fair. There is no written confirmation regarding this. Still I m willing to pay the extra amount but wanted to raise this as I feel cheated in this. My name on the card is Hruday Patel and my credit card number is 4386 **** **** 6903. I will complain this matter to consumer court as well . I want this to be escalated to higher authorities. I won't be making any transaction with Citibank till further action is initated.
