I called up Citi bank customer care, but they are not taking my complaint. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by RBI.. .     Hi Team, I made a request online to take Health plan from Citi bank of Royan Sunderam. I was called for same and i agreed to take the plan for my mother and all verification was done on 25-November-2013. I also given my card details through IVR. I was told money will be debited in next 5 working days and policy will start. Very next day i got the call from and person says " Sir we need to go through the verfication call again. I will call you again and you give me details again. I asked why and he had no answer probably did not want to tell me. His name was Bala." Since then i am waiting for policy and I've called Citi bank customer service 5-6 times. Every time my complain was taken and promise for a call back and i never received it. My concern is if this policy is starting becuase if Citi confirms my policy not starting then i will take any other plan becuase i don't to pay for 2 plans at one time. So please let me know if my policy is starting and why people calls us on behalf of citi bank and give false commitments. Waiting for a solution through this portal becuase citi bank customer service is for no use. My Mobile number is [protected] and alternate landline if mobile is not reachable-[protected].         I have availed a personal loan from Citibank NA on 22 March 2013. I have signed the ECS Mandate form along with the contract on 22 March 2013. The first EMI was due on 01 May 2013, but the EMI was not debited from account on the desiganted date eventhough adequate fund was there in my account. I have contacted Citibank customercare and they informed that wait till another 02 weeks. But after 02 weeks also the EMI was not debited. As per citibank customercare instruction I have paid the EMI for May & June 2013 through online payment. Later when I check my loan statement I found that there is an excess debit of interest towards the loan. On my enquiry Citibank informed me that the excess interest is due to delay in emi payment. But it was not a mistake from my side as I have submitted the ECS mandate form well in advance and enough fund was there in my account. More over in the loan statement it is mentioned that ECS bounce for 02 months and it is adversely affecting my credibility. I request this forum to kindly intervene in to this matter and advise me for further necessary actions

            Sir, Re :- CItiBank Credit Card No. [protected] Your reference no.[protected] Please note that the above matter was highlighted by Citibank through SMS on 21st October, 2013. The cheque was not received by them and I was advised to call on[protected] Collection Department of CitiBank). This is second time when we are facing terrible problem with your bank. We faced the same problem in the month of July and now again. I dropped the State Bank of India checque no 357026 dated 01/10/2013 at Vaishali ( Ghaziabad ) sector 4 on 3rd October, 2013. and the phone number from which I got the sms was[protected] on 21/10/2013. I called the same number at least ten times but could not get response. There was only a voice message saying that “your card is invalid” (The phone service which is provided by CItiBank is worst). However, again I called the customer care center and talked with your executive Ms. AnuKriti, and informed the matter with details and got the request / reference no. 81310 on 22/10/2013. she also gave two other numbers to contact the collection center. I called again and talked to Ms. Eila and received the reference no.[protected] dated 22/10/2013. As per our conversation they were supposed to collect the cheque by 23/10/2013 but the collection boy came on 28/10/2013 and collected the cheques on 28/10/2013 under receipt nos. 607274 & 607275. I am surprised by the way of working of the Collection Department. After several follow up with Citibank., I finally got the call from CitiBank on 26/10/2013 regarding cheque collection after five days and the cheque was finally collected on 28/10/2013. Yesterday, I again received a call from your bank and spoke with Ms. Kushal that “the late payment charges would not be wavied off “ under reference no.[protected]. Now I bring to your kind attention that the problem is at your side. Your collection staff is not working properly, you can see that I called on 22/10/2013 regarding collection of cheque and the cheque was collected after five days. Till date I have not send any request for “payment stop” in SBI against the cheque no. 357026 because if I do that I will have to pay charges to SBI and on the other side you have misplaced any cheque. I have lost both sides. Who is going to be liable for the negligence of your collection department and the misplacing of the cheque. This is not the first time, I had to face the same problem in the month of July, 2013. It is really terrible. Your bank is not able to take care properly or there is some problem with the drop box. Please check and expedite. I will not pay the late payment fee because your collection department worked in a negligent manner and created problem which right now I am facing . At your end, it is your duty to see why the same is happening again. who will see this ? I am your customer, it is your duty to satisfy us. Please expedite. Regards Monika Razdan

              Citibank has failed to integrate my Aadhar unique id with my Bank account and NPCI. I have been maintaining my savings account with Citibank(Hyderabad) for the last 6 years. But this is the first time I am seeing Citibank is failing in updating the Aadhar number with NPCI database. Details: I have submitted copy of my Aadhaar card bearing number[protected] to link with my bank account number([protected]). I have received a confirmation message saying the Aadhar linkage to the bank account is successful. Now, I have booked a HP Gas refill and the subsidy amount is not credited to my bank account. When I enquire the issue with HP Gas (http://dcmstransparency.hpcl.co.in/), they said that the Aadhar is not linked with any bank account. Totally, I have lost my subsidy amount for the Gas refill due to the Aadhar linkage problem with the bank.

                  Hello Team, Few team members were came to my office NIIT Technologies, Greater Noida, on 25th October 13, where they have taken my some information as I went to them regarding some of my queries related to my previous loan. Now after few days on 31st October 13, I get one SMS mentioning that my application for City Bank Credit Card is submitted and the will contact me soon. Ref : [protected]. This is very surprising, I have never applied for credit card then how they can say that my application is in process. This is totally not acceptable and I want a clear justification with City Bank.                     Dear sir, I am user of citibank credit card near about 1 year at the time of giving me card company dint tell me that you have membership fee in this month bill I show 1000Rs of membership fee . I talk to costumer care they told me you have to use 30000 Rs in year . I was all ready use 29400 Rs I request to them who cane use 29400 Rs for 600Rs why I pay 1000 Rs for it .                       I was holding three Credit cards numbered [protected], [protected] and [protected] from.Their represntative started calling me on my mobile and wanted to possibly make some special offers. I had no time to talk and asked them to either email or call my secretary whose number I gave. They kept on repeating their tries on my mobile only.

                      Due to the repeated harassment, I decided to cancel all Citibank credit cards. With great difficulty, numerous calls again to my mobile number and after many days, they cancelled two, but did not cancel one. I was again informed for the fourth time that someone would call me to cancel the last card. This was over one and half month ago.. My secretary, Dimple Shah is fully authorized to communicate with their people. Her number is [protected].

                      Their people had mentioned there is a credit balance of about Rs 10, 000 and reward points. I asked them to pay back the credit balance and forget the points. But we have no reply from them insted they are sending us bills for Rs. 160.

                        My name is Ramesh Chandra Nailwal and my Loan A/C number is 125387. I have transferred Rs. 80, 000 /= to Citi Bank in a wrong account, on 5th of October through NEFT from Indusind Bank. Indusind bank confirm me that the money is lying with Citi bank from 7th October. I have called many people including customer care and online complaint, spoken to Ms. Mohini at citi bank, but today its 11th of October 3.35pm. I don't know what is happening on my money. Why citi bank is holding the money, when the account number is wrong ? Why they have not returned the NEFT when Indusind bank has remitted to them. Another transaction I have done from Punjab National bank on same account on same day for 20, 000 rupees, that is also lying with Citibank . PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND RETURN THE MONEY TO MY BANK WITH INTEREST OF THESE MANY DAYS.

                          i have got sanctioned amount of Rs. 139519/- on[protected] and amount of Rs. 129821 has been credited to my account of HDFC bank no.[protected] ref. no. is 153069) after deduction of other service related charges.Every month the EMI of Rs.3316 is recovered from above said account. i have preclosed my loan on[protected] with the balance amount of Rs.129987/- and the ref no. is519120. But still cibil report shows that my overdue of Rs.54358. even after prompt payment and preclosure of loan my cibil rate badly affected by this. i have recieved NO dues certificate for the same but i lost somwhere. Now i applied for car loan but due to low cibili rate i am not getting car loan. pls. help me

                            I have been using Citibank card in Chennai india for more than 10 years.. inspite of being their prompt customer the customer service people are not responding.. I have submitted my KYC more than 10 times they still haven't updated their records.. each day I call them and am put on hold for 30 mts only to be promised of a action and no nobody calls back or does the needful Am going to file a suit and this is the worst bloody bank I have seen .. a cost I pay for being prompt in my payments...

                              I've applied for a Citibank Indian Oil Credit Card and I got an e-mail from them that the credit card can't be processed because the feedback from CIBIL does not meet their minimum credit criteria. As the application was not processed I asked for the Credit Information Report (CIR) which was considered for the application processing. When I checked the report I found out that I had a CIBIL score of 807 which is way above the minimum score kept by Citibank. I've contacted Citibank many times in the past for the Credit Card and they told me that they are issuing card in select locations only. When they came to the Tech Park for cards, loans, accounts etc. I asked them about this and they told me that Coimbatore has been added under the select locations list and it will be reflected in their website later. If they can't issue a credit card they should give a valid reason for the rejection of the credit card application. My credit card application reference number is [protected]

                                My name is Mr. Mervin Fernandes, holder of CITI Bank Indian Oil Titanium credit card with the last four digits of the card being 6544. Last week there were advertisements in the Mumbai Mirror stating, CITI Bank credit card holders will be eligible for a 5% cash back on EMIs' at Vijay Sales. So I called up the CITI customer care and they confirmed, there is no interest of EMIs'. no processing fees on the 3-month EMIs and no other hidden charges and that's not all, there is a 5% cash back as well that will be credited at a later date.

                                So, I went and visited the Vijay Sales showroom on 18 June, 2013. The sales guys over there as well confirmed the above, there are no extra charges whatsover on the 3-month EMI scheme. SO I went ahead and purchased a microwave owen and received the delivery the next day.

                                Now, to my horror, I see I have been charged Rs. 499 towards the EMI transaction. I used to think CITI Bank differed from the others. However, this just does not seem to be true anymore. Does this mean, the CITI phone representatives do not know their products well. WHy are they giving wrong information over the phone. It is not that I just went ahead and did a blind purchase, I did confirm with a CITI phone officer and yet, I have been cheated.

                                I refer to my above complaint dated 23 August, 2013. This is to let everyone know that CITI Bank did contact me via phone on 26 August, 2013. I was advised the issue was investigated and the Transaction fee was charged due to a coding error at Merchant's end. I was also promised a reversal of the Rs. 499 fee in 2 business days.

                                I am glad to inform everyone, the fee of Rs. 499/- has been reversed on 27 August, 2013. This only reiterates my stand that CITI Bank is the best. The very fact that they acknowledged my complaint only proves that they care for users. Thanks to the CITI team. I am pleased, I issue is resolved in a matter of a few days.

                                  This is Aashish Maurya and I own a Citi Bank credit card bearing no. [protected] from last 1 year but on[protected] somebody had hacked my card and done unauthourized transaction in GBP from http://www.tennisnuts.com of 14636 in INR currency.
                                  within a second i called to citibank customer care and blocked a card and raise a dispute aginst that and bank have provided me a temporary credit of 14636 but on 12 august bank has called me and they are saying that you have to pay amount.
                                  so please help me out on this I am not in condition to pay this unauthorized amount.

                                    I am a NRI landed in Mumbai airport on 03-Aug-2013 citi bank personal's took my number to offer some benefits on the premises of the airport only and later on I got a call from citi bank executive and asked me to go to their online link :

                                    and asked me to deposit 10,000 INR initially to get all the other benefits they want to give to me like free stay in all citi bank tie-up hotels airfare,travel,vouchers,etc.

                                    so I did it and later on they didn't contacted me ,I am so depressed with the scam on my first visit to India and wish I never come back to this country and and contact any personal in my county also of Citibank.

                                      this is with reference account no 11368347 reflected current balance 0 .on dated 1/9/2008 as per cibil report . i have closed my account and got noc from citi financial in R/O above said account .but the bank has not deleted in their record which reflected in cibil record .therefore you are requested to do the needful so that it may be deleted from citifinancial as well as from cibil record.

                                      I have taken personal loan from City financial they charged high rate of intrest and hidden charges. Finaly thier exicutive came for settlement i agreed if it will not enter in CBIL, So i cleared the amount. But now in PAN CBIL report says its WRITTEN OFF.

                                        I bought citibank credit card, first they told I will get cash back for all purchases after that they told i have to earn 500 points even they did not tell about the membership fee and interest rate. They are telling something but they are doing something.. dont trust citi bank .. and the interest rate also very high... nearly 40% with additional charges...
