We live at cidco node sector 3, karanjade, panvel
Its been 3 years now we are facing water crunch every year, societies here are spending lakhs on drinkable water tanker

Even having good monsoon this year, if people have to fight for basic needs then its big reason to worry specially when nmai is around

All in all this is creating bad picture among inverters and business here
(Imagine only one bank in 6 nodes)

We hope our issue gets resolved at earliest.

Kharghar is said to be the model city but the condition of roads are pitiable,
There is no preparation for rainy season here as many potholes are othpen
And there are many places in the city itself where the garbage is dumped for days together,
It seems as there is not a single person who is sincerely doing inspection of the hygenic cojnditions in kharghar. Even there are certain spots whic can be developed as tourist spots but no work is being done there. Instead police is
Deployed there to stop the people from visiting these places.
Many plots atre lying vacant supposedly to be developed as parks by cidco
But no development is seen here for last 6 years.
I did complain before but nothing happened.

From 7 september till now 14september we don't have water supply since from week we are living without water, as we stay at 3rd floor the water is not coming up kindly solve our queries & increase the water speed as the flow of water increase then only it will come to3rd floor. Kindly help us.

Ganeschaya society, plot 37, sector 18. We are not getting sufficient water supply in our building since last 15 days. Society around us in our sector also facing same problem.
In my society there should be supply of 40 units that supply is only 3 units now. This is equally no water at all so kindly solve it urgently. We do not have water.in this pandemic situation we are been exposed to risk due to this situation. Please help

We are facing a water shortage in sec 9 ulwe for over a week now. We are receiving water supply for less than 2 hrs a day

Cidco is not supplying proper water supply in Dronagiri, Uran since 2 week. We are facing lots of problem. Several complaint have been made but all went useless. Authority is not at all concerned about the problem s faced by people by not supplying water.

Respected sir plz help us so that we could overcome the difficulties that we r facing due to shortage of water

We are receiving water supply up to 2600 liters per day. As per cidco officials, we should receive 3500 liters.

Cidco officer is saying different reason every day, why water supply is not normal to society pushp sarovar,

Society name plate has also not been updated till now despite repeated follow-ups. Society meetings and maintenance charge receipt is also not provided on time.

Dear respected authority,

This is a resident from maitri icon building, sector 19, plot 35/36, kharghar.

I want to highlight you the issue of incoming water in our society which we are facing from last 1 year.

On an average we were regularly receiving 60 to 65 units of water supply on daily basis till september 2019. From september 2019 to february 2020 we started receiving the same supply but with some hiccups in between, but still the situation was ok.

The situation became bad from march 2020 till june 2020 in this lockdown period, as we only started to receive water supply between 30 units to 37 units. Due to this the water storage in society came to minimum level and we managed to supply water internally 1 hour in morning and evening.

The situation became worse from last 2 months were in we started receiving water supply from 27 to 35 units, forcing us to supply water internally only once a day in the morning time.

Now from past 1 week the storage has gone to its minimum level and we can only supply water internally for half an hour in morning time.

Following this we have tried to find the root cause for this issue and we noticed that the reason for this situation is due to the decrease in water timings and low pressure of water supplied from cidco authorities.

We approached mr sumit morwal from cidco kharghar to visit our society to guide us on this issue, but he has only adviced us to change the dimensions of water inlet connection from 1.5 inch to 2 inch dia. But this doesn't seem to be a reasonable solution, as we have received sufficient water in past with 65 units with the same connection and whereas he failed to provide us the reason on the change happened from past 6 months which ultimately led to decrease in incoming water units from cidco.

Request you to please help us in this situation to overcome the problem of water in this crisis.

This is very unfortunate that governement is requesting people to wash their hands at regular intervals in this pandemic, but here we do not have enough water storage to do the needful.

No water supply in sector 1 as always, and i live exactly opposite cidco office. Facing this problem since last 7 years.
What's ur problem, you think we r some kind of special species who don't need water?
This cidco management system should be filed a case against them for not taking these complaints seriously.
This is the situation of an average citizen living in main areas. I don't know why even paying my bills to have hellish experience like this. We not recieving the quality of life, we r paying for. Basic things like water and electricity they facing to fullfill, and that's ridiculous how they claim it as smart city on that digital panel at hdfc circle.

Kharghar is mentioned as model city of india, but the confdition of roads and potholes is miserable Here, , cidco is not prepared for the rainy season or they are waoting for another mishap to happen as one famous Dr. from Bombay hospital tragically got drowned in a pothole
Looking at the conditionds of many plots.supposed to develop as CIDCO parks .it seems no one is bothered about the developmrent of the lots.
Unless the people in india do their work at the grass root level..the concept of Sawacch Bharat and Atmanirbhar bharat will remain a dream .
It seems as there is no accountability of any one in government .
Even so much of garbage luying every where in Kharghar., supposed to be a model city.

I have paid the emd amount of rs. 25000/- on 3rd october 2019. After verification my application was rejected in the month of february and i was told that i would be receiving my emd refund in 10days, but till date haven't received my emd refund, it's almost 4-5 months. I am attaching the receipt of payment. Request you to process the payment as early as possible.

Hi,
There are illegal shops set up on every other corner of Kharghar Sector 35E. This particular one which is right opposite Elite Homes Plot No. 51, Sector 35E is a disputed property on which there are bunch of vendors who have set up their fruits and vegetable shops. These vendors dump the waste on the back side of their shops. Due to improper disposal of the waste the neighboring societies have mosquito problems which can lead to dengue/malaria. Also, these shops are also operational during lockdown as some of them stay there.

Request concerned parties to take a note of the complaint and attend to it as soon as possible before any casualties take place.

Dear sir, we are facing daily interrupted water supply from cidco. So it is difficult for all society members to live without drinking water. So, we are requesting you to look into this matter very seriously and supply drinking water without any interruption.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of our society due to increased number of dogs. They bark even on every thing and even on permanent residents of this area. Many resident are old age roam with their grand child. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind everyone on the road

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my request and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Illegal open meat & chicken shops standing on government land near water nala, near mosque. It is making concrete structure. It is hurting the sentiments of people waking on footpath.

I am sagar suresh rane, applied for swapnapurti lig scheme and won the lottery but due financial issue i didnt proceed for flat process. I have visited cidco office for refund amount of rs. 25280/- but i didnt get yet.

Please help me in this.

We in karanjade sec 4 want to bring this to your notice that garbage collection is done alternate days and we feel it's unhealthy and risky to keep bins fill and overflow until they are emptied. Request you to ensure garbage collection is done daily

Dear sir/madam,

Just a quick note regarding the tree at road no. 4, sector 18, janata bazar, nee panvel 410206. I have concerns that the tree has a broken branch/overgrown and may damage the property if it falls. Its a request please could you have a look at this and arrange any required pruning etc to make it safe.

In mahaavir jyoti chs ltd., sector 10, kharghar, many flats have made
Alterations in their flats which is affecting the strength of the building.
Besides causing cracks on external walls and leakages in the flats below.
Many flat owners have extended their main doors further in to the common lobby thereby usurping the society's space.
Some flat owners have even changed the elevation by raising walls and reducing the window size (Originally french windows)
Most flat owners have taken flower bed inside but some have gone beyond the flower bed and put up grills to keep plants and a/c machines.
They do not taken permission from the managing committee or give false
Information like painting, furniture work etc.
The office bearers need guidelines from cidco about the alterations permitted.
