There has been no water supply from cidco in kharghar sector 20 since last night. Please help as we were not informed about it as a result we couldnt fill water and keep for cleaning.
Kindly help as the current situation demands to keep washing our hands and maintain cleanliness.

The compliant about the unusual supply of water in sector 17 plot 194 ulwe. Since It has been more than a week that supply of water in sector 17 is not continous. People in the respective area are facing problem through out the day and night. Kindly look at the issue and sort out the issue as soon as possible.

Since the past 2 days, there has been no water coming in the water line provided by CIDCO. It has been happening in the past as well. Please supply extra water resource in the line immediately. Sector 21, Kharghar.

The percentage calculation is totally wrong few month back the meter replaced. Month bill we got correct as per actual consumption.

For such cases the average billing is incorrect. You should billed based on last actual bill.

Muddy and dirty water supply in gruhlaxmi chsl, plot no-73, sector no - 11, kharghar
From last 3 days and gives a bad smell.
This poses as major threat to the residents’ health.
It is feared that it may caused dangerous diseases like jaundice or cholera in this area.
I am again requesting you to look into this matter and solved at earliest.

We are getting water for only couple of hours and there's no proper management and proper communication by society about water supply. Can you please let me know why can't it be 24/7 like other societies are getting.

I have applied for cidco swapnapurti lottery scheme (102-swapnapurti lig) held in oct 2019 and won the lottery on 26/11/2019 but due to financial issues i have to step back and surrendered my tenement online through cidco nivar kendra portal in january 2020 by submitting surrender/cancellation form with surrender/cancellation letter.

It was conveyed that the refund will be initiated within 45 days but nothing has been received so far after more than 45 days.

This is to bring your attention that nala situated in 35e near building (Sai sadan, kapleswara, athens, np vatsala and many more) are spreading foul smell and making deceased atmosphere.

As we understood that it was considered channel for rainy water and not to discharge waste on this, however it seems sewerage are being discharged here.

There is continuous foul smells during various time of day and night. Please take a note to identify same and do the needful to stop the same.

Further request to get this clean and do the needful to create healthy environment and avoid a risk of various illness to neighboring residence.

In CIDCO website for online water bill payment, there is no option for Indian Oversees bank link for net banking, we are not able to pay online through Indian Oversees Bank. kindly make the changes as early as possible on your Website.

We residents of kalamboli sec 3e kalamboli facing drainage problem in our area. The main drainage line is jam due to which the whole waste water is coming inside our house which effects we are facing problems regarding health. The drainage is jam from 1 month we are request you to please clear drainage line. So the waste water flow and the issue will sort. The main line between kl-5 18 to kl-5 48 no buildings, sec 3e kalamboli.

This is to bring to your attention the destruction of mangroves and wetlands in nerul, navi mumbai along palm beach road. Coordinates are roughly 19.0447° n, 73.0077° e.

The following has or is being noticed on daily basis:
1. Mangrove and wetlands burning on daily basis
2. Expansion and widening of kuccha roads
3. Street light installation
4. Metal shed construction
5. Plying of bikes and autos

If this, is not checked and stopped there will be total destruction of wetlands. This is a slow and steady encroachment. The next thing we know is a building will be constructed. This encroachment has given access to the inlands through the waterways to notorious elements and those that seek to destroy the security and integrity of our nation. It makes the city a high risk.

We request you to urgently look into this as we are approaching other platforms and govt bodies to demolish illegal encroachment of wetlands.

Ref: - building sujata empress co-op housing ltd. Plot no 50 sector 35d, kharghar
Sub: - water problems for the past 1 month

This is to bring to your notice that we at “sujata empress, plot no 50, sector 35d” have been facing water issues for the past 1 month, we have being receiving shortage of water supply. We have a total of 105 flats in the society and wuth a total of 400 to 450 residents.
Previously, we were getting a steady and good pressure water supply in the night, from 10.00 pm till 6.00 am in the morning, that makes for 8 hours of water supply.

Off late our supply timings changed. We have started getting water in morning, from 8.00am in the morning till 2.00pm in the afternoon, that makes for 6 hours of water supply. Also the water pressure was much reduced.

But past 1 month we have had it worse. We notice that the duration of water supply is reduced to 4 hours. The timing are morning 8.00am to 12.00pm in the afternoon and the pressure is also further reduced, because of which we are facing shortage in water supply to residents.

We humbly would like to bring to your attention again that we have total 105 flats in the society and with a head count of 400 to 450 residents.

We kindly request you to please look into the matter and help in resuming the normal 8 hours of water supply under the optimum pressure standards

There is shortage of water supply in our area sector 20 kharghar near mauli medical lane. Since saturday we are facing a shortage of water supply in this area it is tough to survive in this situation if such essential services are not adequately available, so in this worst scenario water is essential so kindly look into the matter seriously to start the regular supply.

We at kamothe sector 18, ahinsa chs, facing water supply issues since last 6 days now.

In the times of the coronavirus disease, we do not get enough water to drink and use for our daily needs how can we protect us from the disease. Need to wash our hands and other places for hygiene but no water supply.

This is to bring to the notice for the loot at koparkhairne pay and park.
If you happen to visit this pay park please check the receipt they handover and charges they take.
Most of the customer neglects this but this is where they make fool of you.

Handing over the receipt for 8 rs and charge 10 for each.
Now you might say.. Whats in 2rs.
Think about it again!!

Upon complaining they might say they have 10rs receipt but it is not available right now! Which is the same statement everytime you visit here.

Please raise and route this to concern department if required.
