This is to inform you that there is huge mosquito menace in ulwe node in specific areas, due to which there are many medical health issues such as malaria and other cases due to mosquito breeding.

Requesting you to start fumigating frequently in this area, which will help in reduction of mosquito, also to clean the rain water canal which are the major mosquito breeding area and also to beautify this areas so that it can be maintained.

I've not yet received the lottery refund amount of inr 25000 in my registered bank account.

It was stated that the refund canceled. The payment status is reflecting as a "refund in progress" from the last few days and doesn't change. After a lot of effort and struggle, we had managed to pay the money thus requesting to refund it asap.

Kindly refund the lottery amount for the same at the earliest.

Your soonest revert would be highly appreciated.

I resident of kharghar would like you to know that construction of kopra bridge was suppose to start a year back. Authoritative people have closed the bridge since a year and not even.% of work has been started as of yet. Daily there is traffic for no reason at all. I hope you tend to understand people's problem who travel from there daily. It has become time consuming nowadays to travel from panvel to sec 18 kharghar it takes 1/2 hour daily at kopra. The road was closed because the bridge was weak. The bridge is still weak and i would want to know that till when will the work start and when will the work finish, so that peacefully we residents of kharghar who travel daily from kopra can be there on time at our respective offices. Because of you delaying the completion of 20metre bridge project there is a lot of inconvenience been caused. I request you kindly consider my request and start the work.

I am winner of cidko lottery 2019. I had applied for two flats. One i have won but second i have not. I have not got my refund of the flat which i did not win. Also for the flat that i have won, i am not able to login on the cidkonivara website as the application number shows as invalid. I tried putting other random number of another winner, still the same issue as "invalid application number". Unless i do not login here, i cannot go ahead to book appointment portal or to surrender the lottery. I need my refund of my flat that i did not win and also need to go ahead with the procedure of login for the flat i have won.

We residence of sector 13 right from parul plaza building till dead end of road street lights are not functioning not even a single pole is functioning for last 4 months, kindly look in to it as senior citizen, small children's, and even women's can't walk along due to dark after sunset and panic of street dogs, please do the needful and restore the lights

I have applied for cidco lottery, as per the website refund is to be done by 7th december but till now i haven't received my emd money. Kindly look in to this matter as i have borrowed this money from others. I have applied in lig quota and havent got allotment. I am trying to contact the customer care but no one is picking up the phone. How long it will take to refund the emd amount.

You may be aware that there is a heavy traffic congestion on the nearly 500m stretch on the thane - belapur road during morning and evening peak hours of almost 2 hours each every week day opposite turbhe railway station.
Besides the frustration that it causes to all the vehicle users, precious fuel is wasted, dents and scratches result due to close movement. It takes atleast 10 mins to cross the stretch.
This congestion is caused entirely because of commuters and people crossing the road to either take a train or move to the other side of the station/road and autoriskshaw, tempo and minibus drivers blocking sometimes in two lanes to pick up passengers and unload/load vehicles.
Whenever there is a traffic policeman the traffic tends to ease.
It is time that the muncipal corporation construct a fob over the road and ban vehicle parking on the road side. Every day this road is used by thousands of commuters.
It is understandable that the people that live and work in this area are potential vote bank to politicians who seem to be avoiding it as a touchy issue. There is no point in having wide roads when they are forced to be slow down at this bottleneck that turbhe station road is.

Still cidco people not refunded my lottery application excess amount which i have paid for swapnapurti 102 (Ewn) scheme.
From 07 october, 2019 to 12 december, 2019 i have logged 04 complaint on cidco website portal, cidco team closed that all complaint status, but still i have not get resolution.
Cidco is the reputed company name in new mumbai area, but i have not aware about this services.
I am very much disappointed about your customer services.

There is a leakage in water tank of my neighboring building and water is continuously draining out since last 7 days. Its shame ful for us that thousands liters of water id wasted and residents of house is not taking any action to present it. I also tried to complaint for the same but no landline telephones were picked up by cidco authorities.

Expecting a prompt action to stop this wastage of water and appropriate action against house owner as well.

Location is a house opp to nimbeshwar angan, g-4, h-1/3, sukapur, near old ganesh temple, new panvel, panvel, raigad - 410206.

Respected sir this is to bring it to your notice that waste specially dry leaves. Grass and dry wood is incinerated around khandeshwar temple area. This uncontrolled incineration is causing an air pollution making it difficult for the citizens coming hear for walk and also visit temple. When swiping staff contacted and requested not to do such things he behaved rudly.

I had applied for a cidco lottery under pmay in january 2019, got selected in their lottery. Submitted all the required documents in their nivara center, still my application was rejected as i was unable to book appointment on their nivara website due to otp issue. I haven't got my refund of the deposit i have paid. Visited their office at raigad bhavan, cbd belapur on friday, 22nd nov, 2019 first of all they asked to visit axis bank vashi, axis bank says they don't have anything pending for cidco. Again visited their office met mr. Pawar, he says some 44 peoples refund is pending and i am one of them, says to check my account as it may already be credited to my account. If i already had the money why would i visit their office and waste my whole one day after taking a leave from office. Need help with this.. My application number is : [protected]

We are facing irregular and insufficient water supply issue since 6 months now and would like to mention that we have approached concerned cidco authorities with written letters regarding the same. But the situation has not improved yet.
Still we are facing acute shortage and are dependent on water tankers.
On regular basis, we intimate cidco officials for look into the matter, but it has not yet been resolved.

Please help urgently and kindly suggest a time line of plan of action to resolve the matter.

Dear sir,
I am gungun chanda resident of rosewood heights cedar 1001, sector 10, kharghar, this is to bring to your kind attention that in our building cedar, flat no 901 has put up illegal sheds on their balcony which are directly below our balcony. These sheds are recently made permanent by using concrete. These sheds are disturbing us by following ways
1) they have become resting and nesting ground for pigeons. Pigeon droppings cause serious health issues, being a chronic asthma patient i am now having more frequent asthma attacks for this unhealthy environment.
2) these sheds are blocking 50% of our view from our balcony.
3) apart from pigeon droppings a lot of dust and other debris like half eaten chicken legs or dead lizards etc accumulate on these sheds and have become an eyesore for us and everybody visiting us. We are unable to use our balconies because of these above reasons.

We have informed the said flat owner of 901 about our discomfort and health concern but they are not willing to listen or cooperate in any way. We have also informed the society office but they have not done anything towards it so far.
My husband is a senior citizen, a diabetic and a cardiac patient, i am 53 yrs old with a chronic asthma condition. This is causing us serious health hazards for both o[censored]s. We are helpless and seeking your prompt and active support and help to remove these sheds and allow us to live in a healthy environment.

I am a resident of sector-21, kharghar. We have been facing problem from august 2019. The water supply is irregular. We use to get water for only 30 minutes in a day. But after election i. E from monday we didnt get water for even a minute. For last 5 days we are without water.

I would like to bring to your notice that the cidco pay & park facility at vashi railway station, navi mumbai; contract: sushila trading corporation, has been charging hefty parking charges which is not according to the parking slip they provide. They purposely put the date stamp above the rate/hour mentioned so that people cannot check clearly the rate. I parked my car for about 20 mins and rate can be seen (Barely)...
