I am a resident of pl-5, building no. 5, room no. 9, sector - 17, cidco colony, new panvel. This is regarding water crisis which we are facing since a month now. Despite of heavy rains in the area for last couple of weeks, we are not receiving water supply. People have installed pumps in the building causing more issues. We are facing huge problem so please help us. I don't find any reason why water supply is inconsistent only in this area despite of heavy rains around. Pls contact me on [protected] or email id shoaib. [protected]@gmail.com. I am also tired of looking out for any contact number whom i can approach to. Cidco headoffice is not responding, cbd office not responding. Please let me know what to do. I hope someone reads this message and the resolves the problem. Pls help.

Rain water logging near crystal plaza society kamothe sec 5 bldg and there is no place for water to go.the sewage system create is of no use as it is completely blocked. Also there is garbage disposal near our bldg which is causing water logging.this may lead to mosquitoes and diseases

    To whomsoever it may concern

    Last year we had problem but this time the condition is way bad. This year the reason stated by the media was repair of hetwane dam. No water supply in kharghar sector-34/a since 1 week. The condition has became worst each day. People are very much annoyed and may take cidco officials to task if not fixed immediately. We have order 3 tanker till the day which has costed 7.5 thousand to society. Every day tanker is not feasible. We regularly pay tax. Kharghar other areas water supply is restored to normal. Please ask any of the cidco engineer to look in to the matter at your earliest regards.

      It's been almost 8 months, and i still have not received rs. 50, 000 (2 applications * rs 25000) refund of my application.

      On nivara website of cisco, i have surrender my lottery winning in march 2019.

      In april 2019 : status shows - action taken on their nivara website.

      But i still did not get refund.

        In sai pearls housing society we are facing a water shortage since past 15 days, even after continuous follow up with concern cidco engineer no action has been taken resulting in getting water through tanker and restricted usage of water to the resident.
        Request to resolve the issue at the earliest, so many new societies have come in this node and its a duty of cidco to ensure water supplies.

        Its been 4 days our society got the water...we are in sector 15A new panvel . i can understand water shortage in summer .it is necessary . but no supply of water in monsoon season is ridiculous . our society is sagar chs in sector 15A . please get into the matter. We are a small society and yet have such issues.

          Cidco have position my flat uiwe node unnatti housing ul - 2 buildin - build. 1 flat -602 in the year 2013,
          I am complained to last 5 years to cidco office cbd belapur, in the rani seasons the water goes at lift dunk and that time lift not work properly, because lift dunk waterproofing work not done.

          I am requested to you all lift o[censored]nnati housing lift dunk waterproofing work to complete properly and please solve this problem. If the problem will increase some one will be die, cidco & his contractor
          Shirke is responsible this case.

          Prasident, ganesh housing society's,, cidco unnati housing, ulwenode navi mumbai already sent letter in this issue your office. But your office not take any action in this work.

            All of a sudden the water supply to our society has decreased drastically. Our society is a small society with only 17 flats and still the water supply is so little that it is only sufficient for 3 hours daily. Whereas, just a week back we were getting enough supply. I have visited the single window complaint center at sec 4, kharghar, where i was told that there is no water shortage in our area. We were told that a plumber will check the connection, however, no one has come from the department yet. Also, the point from where the water supply starts i see a lot of water tankers lined up everyday to fill in water. However, they do not start the water supply to buildings on time. When there is enough water for the tankers, why is there no supply to the building which is merely at a distance of 0.5 km.

              There is no water supply in our society for the last 7 days in gold crest, sector 34 a, kharghar. Nearby socities get regular supply but our society is not receiving the supply. Kindly look into this as it has become cumbersome to manage water needs in our society. Some officials had come and inspected the water line but there is no action taken yet.

                There is tremendous drainage issue observed in sector 22 kamothe new mumbai.. Drainage water has reached inside the society water meter due to which many residents are falling sick and getting hospitalized. Already logged many complaints with cidco but no serious action has been taken yet. Instead the local contractor asks for extra money for getting the drainage cleaned. Please look into this ASAP as this is a serious issue affecting lives of local residents including kids. Societies affected are jai corner, shreeji kutir, jai villa from sector 22 kamothe

                  We are Staying in Anmol Plaza CHS Ltd., at Plot 7, Sector 8, Kharghar 410210. There is no supply of water or supply with very low pressure to the above said Society.

                  Society has complained to The Water Department at CIDCO, Kharghar Node on 17th June, 2019. But no body has visited or bothered to check or regulate the supply of water to the building.

                  We are facing the problem for more than 2 weeks now.

                  There is no answer from the personnel / Engineer with concerned department on given mobile number of Mr. Taneja. His Mobile number given to us is [protected].

                  Working people getting troubled in our Society. Society can release water for only One and half hour in the morning and for half an hour in the evening.

                  Requesting to kindly look in to the matter and restore supply of water.

                  Water supply regularised. But main problem in our Society's line only. The concerned officer Mr. Dalal from Water Supply Department, CIDCO Kharghar has sent his team to clear choke in Socitiy's pipe line from Main line to the water storage tank. Thanks to Mr. Dalal for prompt action.

                    I am a resident of jasmine building plot no.152 sector 9 ulwe. Sir there is no water supply at jasmine building plot no 152 sector 09 ulwe since long time, some times if there is any water supply it has very low pressure and it difficult to fill half the ground tank, which is insufficient for our society. We are families living here, we go to office and send our children to school, it is very difficult to manage all this and household work due to scarcity of water and also there are elderly person who are also finding difficult to meet their daily requirements. It is requested to do the needful as we are facing lots of trouble.

                      I have won in CIDCO Lottery 2018. I have submitted all my documents . But still my application got rejected .I do not have any lability wanting to buy a house for my mother ...we do not have any house...I can pay the emi with my decent salary ...I have salary certificate and my cibil score is also good..but the authorities had rejected my application.. Please look into the matter and request you not to give false hope

                        I would like to ask the authority if you do not have water supply to the legal flat owners of newly city ulwe node then how you give no objection and possession certificate to fraud builders ..
                        Why cidco is so poor in front of fraud builders and its crime and harresment with the innocent people for not providing water supply since last 2 months.
                        Its not cheating but its crime of harreament.
                        By order of high courts no authority will stop water supply without prior notice..
                        Why you people not give notices to society..
                        Kindly take this as notice if you did not able to supply water supply without prior notice. You are not eligible to ask charges for that so.

                          The worst water supply facility CIDCO provides. Tata hospital khargar is the biggest victim of it. Being hospital there is no regular supply patients suffering because o[censored]navailability of water which makes things unhygienic and leads to more suffering.
                          Adding to it in sector 20 khargar as well there is irregular water supply. Not even getting water to drink orcook or perform daily tasks.
                          CIDCO always have water supply issues rather than solving they are only making it worse.

                            We are residents of Dream Paradise, plot no. 160, sector-9, Ulwe.
                            Since last 30 days we get very irregular water supply from CIDCO.
                            Also the supply is at very low pressure. This problem started about 3 weeks before. It seems to be improper distribution
                            All the residents in the adjacent societies are also suffering very severe shortage of water.
                            Other sectors in Ulwe node get water supply regularly.
                            We have visited 2-3 times to Raigad Bhavan and requested the Executive Engineer at Raigad Bhavan and have given written complaint.
                            Everytime they assure that the problem will be solved in 2 weeks. Still there is no improvement.
                            CIDCO supplies water to Sector-8 and 9 every alternate day. The supply pressure is very low.
                            There is serious unrest among the residents of the area.

                            Please look into the matter and resolve the issue, as early as possible.

                              Respected Sir,

                              I am a resident of vashi sector-16. Recently we had our bathrooms renovated with all new fittings, new pipelines, taps, etc. But we are facing problem with the water flow. Our plumber checked, even the diverter company (jaguar) person came in and checked and said the low flow is because low pressure availability. Optimum pressure requirement is 3 bar. Sir request you to let us know the available water pressure in my area i.e. sector 16. Sir can this pressure be increased?

                              Your prompt reply/action will be highly appreciated.

                                Respected Sir, I'm a resident of Taloja-Panchanand Phase-2, L.K exotica sector 19 there are serious issues regarding 1 hours Load Shedding in every 4 hour as well as No Street Lights in our area. After doing continues follow-up with MSEB and CIDCO officials for this area, there is no solution to this problem as they put blame on each other regarding their failures. Being a CIDCO administered area people are facing this problems even after paying Development charges to Builder for this amenities. The street lights are installed but no current is supplied by MSEB to this poles. Please highlight this problems at highest level in order to be heard as tax paying citizens we are facing this problem. Regards, Drx Rukshar Meman.

                                    There are many trucks and tempos on daily basis dumping debris of highly hazardous material - construction waste as sighted..
                                    The mangroves and natural topography of this land is lost as heavy mounds of debris is seen all over the place..
                                    Please take a necessary action against this as this is a reserved plot as per cidco master plan for recreational zone sector 19.. Ad measuring around 5-7 acres..

                                      Dear sir, a ground almost 10000 sq. Metre designated for children park at roadpali, kalamboli node near visarjan talab sector 20 since long being subjected to accumulation of construction debris and other rubbish. No one from cidco took note of this. How we can have govt policy of smart city accomlished.
                                      I would request cidco mgmt to immidiately act and pls take necessary step to stop such practice of debris being thrown there and remove and clean ground pls.

                                        Please draw your attention towards plot no 80 sector 23 building name Parvati Castle. The sewer pipeline in damaged and the sewer water is flowing on road as a resident i feel very uncomfortable to cross that area . CHILDREN’s and adults can get severe medical problems like malaria, dengue and many more the complain is given long back by my father but still no resolved . Please do it to save life of people suffering.
