Hi team,

I've not yet received the lottery refund amount of inr 5000.00 in my registered bank account.

It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 10 days from the date of draw for the applicant who are not the winners of that scheme.

The payment status is reflecting as "refund in progress" from last 10days and doesn't change. After lot of efforts and struggle we had managed to pay the money thus requesting to refund it asap.

Kindly refund the lottery amount for the same at the earliest.

I'm a resident of sector 27 kharghar and water supply since 02/27 is impure and brown in colour. This is across various societies like sai yashashkaram, arihant krupa etc
Bath with this water resulted in skin allergi.
It's the 2nd day and we still have the same issue

Water is not good for any external consumption let alone cooking

We are complaining about illegal sugarcane vendor (Cart) near podar jumbo kids
Kindergarten school sec-21 kharghar. As this is not safe for very young kids because lot of miscreants standing near this vendor pretending as they are taking sugarcane juice. Almost 400 kids are studying in this kindergarten. So, for their safety concerns it should be shifted to some other place.

I have applied in cidco lottery 2018 but i have not received any refund in my account. I have called so many times on helpline no. But either the no. Is busy or its automatically disconnected.

My friends got their refund within 2-3 days but i have not received any refund.

I have also checked new notice about refung stating that the amount will be paid at cidco bhavan but my name isn't mentioned in the refund peoples list.

I am reaching out to you as a responsible citizen, i am staying in sector 34 kharghar navi - mumbai
We have a building opposite to our residence society name is sai prasad, it has been pattern in this building where residents have illegally constructed extension by putting slabs, this is 4th extension in last 6 months, apart from being illegal this comes with a risk of damaging the structure of the building this weakening the whole building, residents in the building have brought it to notice of office holders (Secretory and chairman) but in this case both the chairman and secretory are doing the illegal extension, this is a cause of concern as in case the slabs falls other residents and children playing in the building will get killed or injured
I would request cidco authority to look into this matter as the people involved are well connected to local politicians below id the details which will be useful

Both of them are little rowdy in nature and not listing to any other member i would request timely intervention as to avoid any loss of life and structural damage, i would like to keep my name hidden as these ppl are potentially harmful

Kindly note, M/s Jay malhar enterprises are charging 6 -8 rs. Instead of 1 rs per 6 hours as per CIDCO NOTIFICATION for cycle parking for 6 hours from Kamothe customers. It is corruption that are openly collected from customers. In a day, around 5-7 RS. behind one Cycle more charged.
Request u kindly treat as genuine complaint and take strict action .

Hi, i have applied for cidco lottery flats and won the lottery but due to financial issues i have to step back and applied for refund by submitting the surrender letter in person at belapur office. They said it will be credited to account within 45 days but it is more than 45 days now but no refund has been initiated. Tried calling them but nobody picks the call. My application number is 4860. My application iz dated back to july of 2018.

This is to bring to your notice that i as a tenant of apt # 504 monarch luxuria apartments kharghar sectore-18, navi mumbai am facing a big issue. There are 2 extensions over the balconies built by apt # 404 which is very illegal.

This is accumulating a lot of garbage including plastic bottles, cigarette butts and people throw garbage from the floors above. There is a mess also created by birds and the whole things also smells. Have started having asthma due to this and it is a sight for sore eyes which is not correct especially when one wants to enjoy a cup of tea in the mornings.

Have been requesting the owner of 404 they the estate manager mr bhagwat, committee members and there is no action in the last 1 month. I would request your intervention in the same and prevail upon him to at least clean up the place. Suitable action may be initiated as it is a illegal construction.

I would like to bring your kind notice the issue of stray dogs in ulwe, (On the road from sector 18, plot no. 1 to sector 17, plot no. 294).
There are nearly 10-15 strey dogs roaming in sector 17 & 18. Yesterday early morning 4.00 am my husband left the house 4.00 am because his job mumbai side 6.00 am shift but ulwe from sector 17 ram seth thakur stadium that time no riksha and no train and bus also. So he go by walking from sector 17 to sector 19 for riksha but in this area so many street dogs. When he was going to sector 18 (Near lakhani and thakur building) suddenly a dog bitten his on leg. Barking of these dogs at bikes and other vehicles makes it difficult to pass by the way.

We request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and make necessary arrangement solve the issue.

I had recently did agreement to sale for a shop in silver star bld sec 18 kamothe.
Hdfc bank want mortgage noc from cidco.
Cidco is not giving noc as they say society/builder has not submitted registered lease agreement.
Now i am stuck in between seller n bank.
Its total harrsment of comment people as what to do now.
Why is society sleeping n not doing anything about it.
How can cidco allow such society to work.
How they have given them convenience deed to society.
How is such society registered
How can cidco give oc or cc to such construction.
How other flats or shop got noc earlier.
How still flat or shop being resaled
There is no uniformity
It's all about corruption.
What the hell this big bank are doing, when they can find out about problem of cidco transfer in such society

I saw illegal football turf (Skygoal football turf) constructed at cidco reserved space which is misused by local gaowala.
It is opposite to itm hostel, sec 5 inside the jungle trees.

How can cidco allow gaowala to unauthorised use of public place.

Please take immediate action.. Because money earning from skygoal is eating gaowalla

I've not received lottery refunded amount inr 25000 in my registered a/c of bank. My cidco application no. Is [[protected]]

I have won the lottery under Lower Income Group (LIG) in general category at sector-27, Taloja, but I refused for further processing and wrote an application to them on November 19, 2018 regarding my withdrawal from lottery.

Since past 2.5 month in the payment status, it is reflecting as a refund in the process and doesn't change. Also, no one is giving proper answer on phone call and are delaying the matter.

Kindly let us know the exact date and refund the lottery amount for the same as soon as possible.

Cidco — kharghar station parking contractor akhar enterprises doing a scam.
As per rule contractor (Akhar enterprises) staff in kharghar railway station parking suppose to give 1 part of slip to owner and one part to keep with them for record purpose.
But i have notice regularly they use single to slip for 2 different people vehicle and don't keep any slip record.
Also they charge additional amount for late hours without slip unless payer demand for it.
The most important and biggest reason for complaining is none of their pay and park slip include gst number.

I hope this honest request for strict action to bring control to this services.

In sector 9 Ulwe, some of the street lights are not working.
For example 3 LED lights in front of plot no. 160 in Sector 9 are not working.
Sometimes these lights work.
Since yesterday night there is darkness.
Please look into the matter and check the lights and rectify the problem.

I have not yet received EMD amount for CIDCO lottery 2018.
I won two lottery in CIDCO-2018.
I submitted a request letter to CIDCO office that I want to surrender one flat and please refund the EMD amount. But till the date (after 3 months) I have not received my amount.
I am facing some financial crisis and It is very humble request to you to please refund the amount at the earliest.

Please let us know when the water supply to sector-9 will begin. Currently there is no water supply from cidco, since 22nd january 2019.
Severe shortage of water in sector-9, ulwe.
There is no water for basic needs.
Please restore water supply at the earliest.
Also, if the problem is going to take long time to be solved, please make announcements in ulwe node.
No information from cidco, creates very annoyance in the minds of the residents, and there are chances of public unrest due to scarcity of water.
Please do the needful asap.
