प्रगति कृपा, सैक्टर 17, प्लॉट नंबर 248/सी, Ulwe येथे आमच्या सदनिके समोरील गटार जनवरी, 2019 पासून ओवेरफ्लो होत आहे. त्याची फिर्याद 28.01.2019 ला दिली होती। परंतु आज दिनांक 30.04.2019 पर्यंत त्याच्या संबधित काही उत्तर किंवा कारवाई झालेली नाही. ओवेरफ्लो मल निस्सारण पाइप लाइन चा फोटो तसेच लेखी कम्प्लेंट सोबत जोड़त आहे. संबंधित अधिकारी यांना विनंती आहे की सदर पाइप लाइन दुरुस्तीचे काम लवकरात लवकर करावे.

Since last 2 months water supply in sec 20, kamothe navi is soo poor that it just goes in a wink of eye. Pls cidco look into this as without water we are not able to. Mange.

My entire family is craving for water and people because they cant fill up. Big tanks entire day they are without water.

Why is this so when all the taxes are duly paid. Its your reponsibility to fetch eater. And our responsibility to conserve it

I beg to draw your attention towards irregular supply of water in our building for the past 2 - 3 month

Our building is not getting sufficient water for past few months. During this situation we are starving for water. We are also facing tough situation for washing, cleaning, cooking, bathing etc. These are common activities in every house.

During summer season the condition becomes worse with the least supply of water. Scarce supply of water in summer throw us in a big panic.

Many times my mother has fallen in unwanted querral with each other for water.

Please note other buildings or bungalows are not facing any issues and they are getting proper and sufficient water supply

On behalf of the entire building, I therefore, request you to come over and check the situation as why only our building is affected

I have applied for cidco flat lottery held on 14feb, 2019 and won the lottery application number [protected] but due to financial issues i have to step back and applied for refund on feb 20, 2019 by submitting surrender/cancellation letter in person to marketing manager on 3rd floor raigad bhavan belapur.

It was conveyed that the refund will be initiated within 45 days but nothing has been received so far after more than 45...

1. Sector 2 kharghar has piles of waste on the side of the highway opposite to the glomax mall.
2. The gutter near little world mall is becoming a nuisance and an emerging junkyard. What is the deal with open sewage disposal are buildings not checked for open sewage disposal before society formation clearance by cidco?
3 last but not the least the huts opposite cidco park near grow more tower is still a nuisance with the slum dwellers stealing water from the cidco pipelines in a world where we already face water shortage.
Suggestion - the entire stretch of land adjoining the highway should be converted into a park for children and senior citizens.

I am a resident of jasmine building plot no.152 sector 9 ulwe. Sir there is no water supply at jasmine building plot no 152 sector 09 ulwe since long time, some times if there is any water supply it has very low pressure and it difficult to fill half the ground tank, which is insufficient for our society. We are families living here, we go to office and send our children to school, it is very difficult to manage all this and household work due to scarcity of water and also there are elderly person who are also finding difficult to meet their daily requirements. It is requested to do the needful as we are facing lots of trouble.

I live in sector 9, ulwe node, we are facing lot of water shortage since last one week. Water supply is cut of almost 2 to 3 days. Just 4 days ago we had 2 days shortage of water.
Also there is no prior notice for such shortage. Please provide necessary warnings before such major water shortage, so that we can prepare for it. There is also electricity shortage. After paying taxes and bills regularly we still get such a bad service

Kamothe is only node in panvel municipal corporation zone which gets water supply from nnmc from morbe dam. As per rule 35 - 37 mld water is released to kamothe everyday but from last few days water supply has become erratic. If any question raised about regular water supply from cidco official answer is that we are get less amount of water from nmmc. As summer has stepped in water supply is very poor. People have to depend upon tanker for the water supply. No judgement no answer when will supply become regular from cidco official.

This is with reference to the bad road and open gutter in Ulwe, sector 19

I am writing this in reference to plot 206, where the building possession is already done last year but the roads are still not built. Due to open gutters and bad road the residents living in this area are facing lot of health issues

Too many mosquitoes are also leading health problems to the children.

Request the Cidco team to look into this and help us in getting closed gutter and proper road to avoid any more inconvinience in the upcoming rains.

This society called kalpataru co-operative housing society ltd., address above, and its members have constructed around 15000 sq. Ft. Illegal construction by extending the building line and/or otherwise without any proper commencement certificate and without applying for any occupation certificate.
I am also a member and inspite of repeated request, the so called managing committee is not applying for validating these illegal construction.
The building does not have sanctions from nmmc water, fire and other statutory permissions for this illegal extention. Further the building does not have any artichetect certificate for this additional illegal construction.
Some members (The current secretary and chairperson) have even encroached the walking passage.
Request you to please take immediate action on this huge illegalconstruction done before 12 years around.
To take necessary illegal action on the so called committee members for allowing this illegal construction.

I have applied to cidco lottery for 11 february 2019 draw. And i've not received lottery refunded amount inr 25000.00 in my registered a/c of bank.

I have applied for two different zones ghansoli and taloja. Both applications were not winner. For one application i got refund but for 2nd applications i did not receive refund.
Payment status for both the applications is showed as in progress. Hence i can not identify for which application i did not get refund.

Kindly advise exact reason and refund the lottery amount for the same as soon as possible.

It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 10 days from the date of draw for the applicant who are not the winners of that scheme.

The payment status is reflecting as "refund in progress" from last 10days and doesn't change. After lot of efforts and struggle we had managed to pay the money thus requesting to refund it asap.

Kindly refund the lottery amount for the same at the earliest.

In our society neelsidhi amarante, plot no 4, sec. 9e, kalamboli, many shop owners and flat owners have made illegal structural changes. When few o[censored]s try to oppose the same they are of view that cidco will take action if we are wrong you people don't try to interfere in this matter.

Request you to kindly visit the premises and check, you may find almost 450 flats and 10+ shops had made either illegal construction beyond the approved plan and some of have made the encroachment of common area.

I m the residence of sector 2, plot 25, ulwe i request you to please allot the garbage bins and carrying vehicle for open garbage near our society. Currently all garbages are dumped into the near by open area plot - near by our society, please pay attention and arrange the garbage people to clean the open plot beside our society passage. I own a property at aniruddh darpan flat no.202, 2nd floor, plot no. 53, sector 21, ulwe, navi mumbai - 410206 at ulhve. For the past one year the society has been facing severe water shortage. They are receiving water for only 15 min in the morning and evening.
They checked with neighbouring societies none of them are facing this issue. They have water supply 24. Hours.
Im requesting you to please send someone to look in the matter and resolve the issue.

I'm a resident of sector 27 kharghar and water supply since 02/27 is impure and brown in colour. This is across various societies like sai yashashkaram, arihant krupa etc
Bath with this water resulted in skin allergi.
It's the 2nd day and we still have the same issue

Water is not good for any external consumption let alone cooking

Please look into this
