Today, i was being charged rs. 10 for cidco parking at sanpada railway station on the highway side. The receipt though shows rs. 7. I have been paying rs. 7 at juinagar station and also on the other side of sanpada station. On asking why is it different, the person said it is a different contractor. Can you please confirm if this is correct and if yes, why the receipt does not show rs 10. If this is not so, request you please take strict action against those doing this and cheating igorant public.

Dear sir, this complaint is regarding water supply officials in cidco (Kamothe area), i belong to the sunrise chs ltd., we are facing water supply problems.in last few weeks the water supply condition has gone worst, now the situation is that we are receiving water with low pressure. The reason for this situation is because of reason mentioned below:
1. Cidco is not supplying sufficient water supply to this area
2. Many buildings in this area has fit boosters in their water connection, because of which they suck all the water in the pipeline and buildings with no-boosters has to suffer the effects for the same.
In fact it's cidco's responsibility to check for the boosters and remove them according put penalty to the buildings.

Request you to please look into the matter and resolve asap, since water is the life for human being. It is the basis need which the government authorities / government organisation has to resolve.

I have not received lottery refunded amount rs. 25280.00 in my registered a/c of bank. My cidco application no. Is [protected]
It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 10 days from the date of lottery draw for an applicant who is not winners of the scheme.
Since past 18 days in the payment status, it is reflecting as a refund in the process and doesn't change. This status is just pacifying the applicant and not doing any good, after a lot of personal pain, efforts and struggle we had managed to pay the money thus request to refund asap.

Kindly advise exact reason and refunded the lottery amount for the same.

My application id is [protected] and i have applied for cidco lottery 2018 in 40 kharghar scheme for which result came out on 2nd October and I didn't won lottery so as promised I should have been received refund but still I got none. I payed 25000 rs through debit card so plz tell me when I'm gone get my refund whom should I contact in this matter.

As we are not treceiving sufficient water at taloja phase 2 residence area from last 8 months, suffering by people who are staying in many new building and upcoming building, daily we are receiving water for 2pm - 6pm which will not full filling the whole requirements of persons who are staying around and water flow is too low to to fill the tank in short time span.

So, 5000 which i had paid initially should be refunded but i have not received any refund since my account details mentioned on portal is correct. I have tried reaching out on cidco helpline
Since two days but no one answers the call. There is no email id to reach out as well. No other branch of cidco is willing to help on this matter. Please help me in this matter.

The cidco park in sector 2, (Near growmore tower), kharghar remains dark in the evening making it very unsafe for taking a walk or for kids to play. The lights in the park are either not being lit or are dysfunctional. Kindly request the authorities to look into the matter and ensure proper lighting in the park. Staying in such a cramped up city, parks are the only free spaces where kids can play, senior citizens can take a walk in the evenings etc. If these places are also not maintained and pose a safety risk then it becomes a challenge to the general well being of the citizens. So requesting the cidco authorities to take immediate actions. Thanking you in advance.

We were earlier getting 4-5 hours of water from cidco and our buildings use to supply 2-3hrs of water every day. Now cidco is supplying just 1hr water every day and we are just getting 30 mins from our building. Is this fair? People in other sectors have installed boosters in their building and fetch enough water to their tanks. There is 24hours supply they provide to their buildingrl residents. Few buildings are facing huge water problem and residents are just getting 15 mins per day. Plz don't give excuse when there is enough water supply from municipal corporation. Plz give water at least 3-4hours a day and stop giving false promises to the society people.

I am waiting for my cidco lottery refund amount
Visited to Belapur cidco office they provide me Contact number but no is answering no respond at all.
They want written application to be submit probably but why they are making delay and why they dont provide online procedure as we are private sector employee its difficult to get leave every time and its difficult to visit for small small things
kindly provide me simple and quick solution for the same

I am writing this post as to inform you that sector 20 road pali is receiving inadequate water supply since 2-3 months which is inadequate to suffice our daily needs, not enough to drink, wash clothes, utensils or even clean our houses and even have a bath. This is really unsanitary and inhumane. This is really bad governance on the part of the people handling the area.
Please do something about the water pressure issue as soon as possible.

It has been very serious situation that severe chemical smells coming from midc area to roadpali-kalamboli area. Now a days roadpali area is crowded due to newly constructed big building such as amarante, regency, springs etc. Number of people residing in these area are high.in neelsidhi amarante society itself we have 960+ flats residing more than 4000 people. Same like other building also. Now a days every night especially after 9 pm, there...
