At sector-36, Plot-9 of Kamothe, we have been facing a severe water shortage since last few months. There has been a supply of water for 30 minutes in the morning only. As a modern and planned city, CIDCO can definitely resolve the issue.It is also interesting to note that not all the sectors and societies are facing this problem. We need to hire the tanker water which is definitely not a good quality water and can cause a lot of health related problems.
Kindly look into the matter.

There has been a major water supply issue in phoenix heights, plot no 56, sector 17, roadpali, kalamboli,
Since past 8 months, there has been scarcity of water on daily basis
The condition has become from bad to worse,
There is no water supply for last 4 to 5 days and many complaints have been raised, but no permenant solution has been provided, cidco officers says that the pipeline in your area is small or the pressure is weak
But no one takes ownership to solve the problem, raising multiple rti today because we see no resolution to this problem in near future

It's been over than a month that the road in front of mansarowar complex is being used as a garbage dump and for the past few days the gargage has only got accumulated across the road where people are supposed to walk or drive. It's turning filthy day by day. I request you to identify a proper area not on the road but across the road so that people can walk and drive properly. This is only spreading more diseases. Please take action immediately.

Hi I am the resident of Seawood Heritage Plot no-50 Sec-4 Kharghar. I would like you to address the issue that is water supply in our building. It has been almost 3 years since we had regular water supply which is very frustrating now as it has been 3 years since it should have been fixed for whatever the issue is. I would like you to address this issue as it is high time now. Thank you

I booked a 'Ready to occupy' flat 101 Tapovan, Plot B 46 Sector 08 Ulwe, Navi mumbai.

O/C is issued on 23/12/2016 by Town Planning Officer, CIDCO, Belapur -400614, the allotment letter is issued on 27/02/2017. The Builder is asking 1. Development Charge Rs 135000/ 2. Formation of Society Charge Rs50000/
As the O/C ( Occupancy Certificate ) issued 23/12/16 prior to issuance of Allotment Letter 27/02/17, I.e Builder already developed 100%
prior to my Booking.

No proper water supply in KHARGHAR sector 12, Navi Mumbai in "A" type pls do the needful.

Cidco declareded only day no water supply but last 10 days we are facing problem of no water .

Every month atleast minimum 3days we are facing problem of water, their is water issues in Navi Mumbai but always water problem in KHARGHAR.

Booking date : 3rd December 2010, Project Name : HEX WORLD Phase 2 area : 880 sqft rate : 35 lakh. Promised to give possesion with in three years.it has been 7 years and still only plinth is completed.Work is stopped from more than 4 years...and every time we go they give us some different reason.We have paid 10% and there is no clear picture from builder that whats next and when are we going to get possession.
Request you to look into this matter on priority basis.

Im a resident of Sector -8 Kharghar.

The road in front of Hiranandani is full of large crater size potholes since last Monsoon in June 2016. Its surprising that since then almost 8 months have passed and no action has been taken to repair the same. Also kalamboli circle road is in very bad condition.

Now in 4 months again Monsoon will arrive and with the exosting condition, its feared that the road will get completely washed out.

Its highly regretted that despite collecting a huge revenue in the form of road Tax no action is being taken to maintain the roads and its a virtual nightmare for commuters.
Request to kindly repair the same at the earliest.

SHIVAJI RFMK CHS, sector--02, plot no.517, airoli, navimumbai is in dangerous condition and in most of the flats, frequently ceiling materials fell down and creates a high risk living condition to the members. the society/commitee members are very careless and always giving excuses for taking care of the society issues.

I HAVE PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED OF FALLING DOWN OF CELING, WHERE I AM LIVING WITH SMALL KIDS. PLEASE PLEASE REQUEST TO IMMEDIATELY VISIT TO THIS BUILDING AND TAKE STRONG ACTION TO TAKE INITIATIVE FOR REDEVELOPMENT. ABSOLUTELY THE EXISTING SECRETARY/CHAIRMAN AND TREASURER ARE USELESS AND TRYING TO MINT THE MONEY FROM OTHER SOCIETY MEMBERS.

There is huge problem for crossing the track in taloja phase i as well as taloja phaseii. Many families are staying there. There are almost 1000 families staying there. People have to wait for longer time for crossing the track. If the construction of bridge from taloja to kharghar is completed soon then it is good for the people travel to kharghar station directly from the bridge.
Why the construction of bridge is pending?
Since cidco is constructing the buildings in kharghar there is huge development there? Why not the development can be done in taloja.? Why it is pending so? Why no one is initiating for constructing the bridge from taloja to kharghar.
Please complete the construction of bridge as soon as possible in taloja to kharghar for the convinience for people in traveling.

I have booked a 2bhk flat in hex world project in 2008, under company named devisha infrastructure pvt ltd. Owned by mr. Bhujbal. Till date project is not completed, whereas the promise was to handover it in 2 years. I have paid 10% down payment which was my hard earned saved money. There is no agreement being signed, only had got the receipts of the payment done.

My demand would be of getting flat booked with the same rate as of 2008 that we have booked at, and not the refund as property rates has gone high in entire kharghar area.in case the principle amount paid as down payment is refunded, it is beyond possible to get flat in same budget.

In spite of writing a couple of letters and meeting your officials several times over the issue of Land acquisition in owale village taluka Panvel reference of survey number 47/9/b. However they have been no response to my letters or me personally meeting Cidco Officials at CIDCO Bhavan, CBD Belapur. This really baffles me at the poor attitude showed by your officials towards me. I have been writing and meeting the CIDCO officials for more than a year now but all seems to be in vain as they have shown no professional approach in helping me out in this context. I hope me bringing this issue out via this platform will help me by highlighting the issue.

In front of my building there is a major leakage of sewage line and all waste and water spread on road. Causing bad smell and unhygienic condition. I informed to my builder but he told me that problem related to CIDCO. Pl solve the problem.

Dear sir,

I am resale flat purchaser in navi mumbai area in cidco 12.5% scheme kalmboli sector-17. I have done all the payment except loan amount. My loan is sanctioned from hdfc and they are demanding cidco noc and cidco mortgage certificate. I had initiated process with cidco to obtain cidco transfer noc and mortgage certificate. I have filled all their form and issue dd in favour of cidco for transfer charges. While submitting the forms cidco verbally informed that my society has not paid service charges of total rs 171900 and due to this cidco refused to provide me transfer noc and mortgage certificate which is most important for loan disbursement.
Society is conveyance deed and conveyance date is december 2015. However, cidco service charges are pending from year 2009. Society is saying that society is not liable to pay that amount because as per rule and low cidco should not conveyance our society without taking service charges from builder. As per society committee members cidco officer have provided conveyance certificate and without checking pending due at december 2015 or else cidco officer have taken some money from builder and issued conveyance deed to society and allow builder to free from service charge.
Now, cidco is sending letters to society to pay rs171900 but they are not mentioning due from date. They are mentioning due till september 2016 only. And society is saying to me that we will not pay that much amount of 171900 for which society is not liable. As per society, this happen due to mistake of cidco that cidco should not give conveyance to society without taking all dues from builder.
Cidco is giving me verbal information that due to pending dues from so and so date and due to this we can’t issue you noc and mortgage certificate. However, they are not ready to provide me the reason in written on cidco letter. This might me they scared that i will go in court against cidco.
Society is saying me that not to fight too much and if matters go in court it will cancel our conveyance and oc which will became problem to all the members. Society committee is calling builder on his number but builder is not receiving call and not reverting to sms.
In this matter am really frustrated and tensed also while buying i took special precaution and as society is formed, oc received and conveyance deed is done by looking this i did the deal. However, am really frustrated. My owner is ready to wait but not taking any action from his side. If i cancel this deal i will be in the loss. I will not get all the registration and stamp duty return. 10% loss will be there also hdfc processing charges an advocate charges and society noc charges will be in loss. That’s the reason i don’t want to cancel this deal. However, i can’t find any way out from this.
Please suggest me what can i do further and who is liable to pay this rs 171900 amount.

also I would like to bring in your notice that in place of cc you have updated oc & repeated the same for oc too eg dec 2012 cc oc. cidco website helps us to verify and be safe from being duped by builders.Pls update soon as it helps everyone including outside mumbai

I am residing in sector-12, been observing last few days CIDCO has stopped supplying waters to Sec-12, in this year there are sufficient rains that we it can be supplied to other state, but CIDCO has some kind of excuses, they are not even communicating ...CIDCO is involved in tanker to earn quick money.

whom to approach for water complaints pls suggest...

I am a residence Royal Galaxy, sector 10, plot no 180, next to our building corner of the road, there are only one cidco garbage boxes kept on the road side, rest all the garbage spread across the road. All this this is really annoing, and make me wonder if cidco has a proper plan to keep this garbiage.
Many a times this garbage not picked up for about 4 to 5 days due to which all the wastage food spread all over the street and footpath, will it not cause health issue to the residence, also city and locality looks bad. Modi talking about swatch Bharat, we are paying tax and also paying swatch Bharat tax, civil service department misusing our money and enjoying.
My request is to you, please... Look into this matter.

Even though rain is good in this year, in our area we are facing water problem. only 15min water supply is their. i am from sector 22 kamothe. some building are getting good water supply but many are not. dont know why is this inequality. many people went to cidco office but no result yet. we are facing problem from last 8 month. due to lack of water almost all society needed tanker even after such quantity of monsoon. plz kindly do something
