dispute transaction happened on my account

I received a cal today morning from [protected] saying that he is a sbi manager took all the details of the atm cards and used it for a transaction
Txn # 218733 - cubbankw mumbai - rs.4999 - 9.30 a. M
Since it is a bank i want to get requiredf details to find the person who did thsi as he also took 70, 000/- more from both debit cards using online transactions of around 60, 000 for ola cabs as below

On thursday, aug 10th 2017, my uncle got a call from fraud for a transaction with ur bank.. And his account got debited with rs 5000. Cubbankw txn#[protected]. I tried to call the customer care number but it was not connecting. As he was illiterate, he couldn't realiize it as a fraud call as it was informed that they were asking details for activating account. Please send me the correct number or process this request...
