I received a cal today morning from [protected] saying that he is a sbi manager took all the details of the atm cards and used it for a transaction
Txn # 218733 - cubbankw mumbai - rs.4999 - 9.30 a. M
Since it is a bank i want to get requiredf details to find the person who did thsi as he also took 70, 000/- more from both debit cards using online transactions of around 60, 000 for ola cabs as below

    Sir, i am b. Umamaheswari a senior citizen doing insurance business and it is my bread winner. I am having s. B. Account with city union bank. Vadavalli. Coimbatore. On 07.09.17 a commission of rs 1416.66 was credited in my account, with this rs 670 was debited as charges in single day. It is abnormal. Kindly look into the matter and save me from the abnormal charges. My s. B. Account no is [protected]. Kindly arrange to refund the amount. I am operating the account for my commission credit and with this i am running my family. When all other banks are initiating a minimum balance of rs 1000 city union bank is insisting rs 5000 as minimum balance. Being a small investor maintaing rs 5000 is a huge amount for me.

      Hi,

      On thursday, aug 10th 2017, my uncle got a call from fraud for a transaction with ur bank.. And his account got debited with rs 5000. Cubbankw txn#[protected]. I tried to call the customer care number but it was not connecting. As he was illiterate, he couldn't realiize it as a fraud call as it was informed that they were asking details for activating account. Please send me the correct number or process this request to get money back. You can call me at my number [protected]

        Greetings!!

        This is regarding my atm withdrawn made on aug 16th night nearly 10.30pm at mandaveli on a/c [protected]. I have requested cash of rs.8000 but, i didn't received amout from atm machine where, i got message from bank to my mobile stating the above amt was withdrawn. I thought it will get revised to my a/c soon but, till now not received money. Kindly check and revert the above mentioned amt asap.

          I done my irctc ticket (Transaction id: [protected]) on 06-aug-2017 with cityunionbank internet banking of a/c no. [protected]. A/c holder name s. Abhishek kumar, branch - sriperumbudur, tamil nadu. On this ticket money is debited but ticket is not generated. I informed to bank but refund is not done. Please go through my issue as soon as possible.

I asked the airtel customer care executive they told your recharge was unsuccessful so plz contact ur cub. I used cub mobile banking app for recharge i waited for 24hrs no refund had been given to me from cub.               Amount deducted twice from my account on using debit card.

              There was a bill pay at my University, wherein the amount was deducted twice upon swiping. First time it said Card declined but amount was subtracted from account and not yet refunded.

                  I agree that this is not official site to take any action but at least as a helpless consumer I am requesting you to block mentioned wallet which is being used for fraud transactions so that the guilty person can not do any more transaction.

                  So, if you can provide city union bank mail id where I can send such grievances it will be very helpful. As you can see in previous attachments, we have all available documents enough for you to take some action.

                  Kindly help us so that the guilty can be tracked and we can retrieve our money.

                  Additionally I will share information shared by MOBIKWIK regarding this fraud which was one wallets where money was transferred reference you can find in above attachments.

                      Hi, I have an account in CUB in Madanapalli Branch, Chittoor Dist, Andhra Pradesh.
                      I took mortgage loan in CUB, they didn't give me full amount and also they deducted amount in my account without any proper intimation. If it is less than 1000 r 2000 rupees is enough, but they deducted 50, 000 rupees without any intimation. WTF...How can u guys deduct the amount without any intimation. This is Ridiculous.While I asked about the deduction, the employees in the branch are behaving very rudely with me. Such a waste people they are, do they don't how to treat customers.

                        I am a sr. Ctzn and customer of cub for the past 20 yrs. I have deposits in cub about 30 lakhs in jayanagar br. Bangalore.
                        The tax deducted form. Tds 16a is not yet issued inspite of my several requests to bank for the past fifteen days. The reply from branch is not satisfactory. It is urgently required for filing
                        It returns. All other banks have already issud except cub.
                        The delay is causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
                        Please consider this as urgent and take proper action for issuing tds certificate.
                        Please donot ask me to contact the branch and take necessary action.

                        From morning itself am waiting to withdraw my cheque...no response from staff's...triplicane branch...they are just saying what can I do...go to rbi...it's just irritating...I seen more account holder r scolding abt cub...i don't need ur cub account...we r claiming for our money...they treating like they giving...

                          on 28/5/17 I used my card to pay bill at a restaurant in Kodaikanal.

                          Unfortunately first swipe wasn't successful hence i made second swipe and paid.
                          But they have debited amount Rs.660 twice.
                          I thought it might return within two or three days but yet the amount hasnt been credited.
                          I checked with the Hotel Cokkers tower twice on 28th and 29th but the statement was negative.

                          Hi I am Akilan from Chennai and my contact no is [protected]. This month 2nd I have initiated fund transfer of 20k to an insurance company through net banking it came up with an error bt the amount debited from my account and even though I had waited for a while bt still same thing happened.. so then I have initiated another transfer to the same account and the transfer was success .. once I was done with the transaction I had contacted the bank about the failed transaction and the amount they said it will take 45 days to credit back to my account .. I wrote a letter to the bank executives on 8th of may 2019 . They said within a week it will be credited back to my account bcz of their words I had waited for so long and now these bank people are saying it got debited to that insurance company again .. I was waiting for a long period from these bank ppl for this response ..it's been more than 20 days for them to give this reply how irresponsible they are? Now this insurance ppl are not ready to give this money back .. how are you gonna solve this case? Technical issue is because of me? Or with you ppl server? I had enquired the bank executives every week and they took this much of time to give this answer! I am a lawyer and m gonna take necessary action regarding this ... My account no is [protected].

                            I have a savings account in cub with 0 balance. Which i was opened in my college days. I finished my college 2years before and get some gold loan also in previous days. Now today i decided to get some amount with gold loan due to. My financial problem. But they almost done my gold loan and finally they seen my account is college account. And said u have to maintain 5000rs u cannot means ur gold loan as not processed and cancelled too. See guys i have a account in cub nearly last 6.5 years and i finished my college 2years before, that time they are not asking about this kind of question and all. Now only they are asking and cancelled my gold loan too. What a pathetic service, and finally i close that account and finished the service of 6.5 years. Thank you cub. Best of luck...

                              Today i withdrawl process 10000 payment in cub near ganesh big cinema theatre. Cash was not cam that atm machine. But message received my phone 10000 rupess payment withdrawl in your sbi account. How could manage this problem. Please tell me about solution that problem

                                  Sir, i have made purchase on mega mart for rs.1404 by debitcard on 22.05.17. But the problem is amount debited twice on my debitcard. So i went that showroom to asking why should you credit the amount twice, so they will said no sir we are not credit the amount twice. So you may call the customer care in case any network problem means the amount will not credit will be a late. But still the amount was not credited in my account. So that only am requesting you to refund the extra debited amount rs.1404.
