My sb a/c number: [protected] I try to withdrawal amount of rs 500from SBI ATM ramalinganagar trichy on[protected] due to atm failure i haven't received money but got a sms to my mobile, amount deducted from my bank account. Then I try to withdraw RS200 but same I got message only not received money total Rs700. I wait more then 24 hrs but not returned to my ACC. I waited some time ATM shows time out.

Kindly refund the amount soon possible.

. I waiting that ATM Room 5 minutes. Amount not received. .

    Dear sir,

    I am a vip customer of your cub arakkonam branch, i am holding sb account, i went your bank to know my account balances by means of entering my passbook thru your banking staff.

    However, your banking staff has denied the same and i was asking the reason for 'denial of services'. He said that passbook has entering through only a passbook printer machine, which has located outside most of bank. I am not wish to use the service due to improper printing that would be faced by the fellow customers. Hence i was not getting a proper service thru your banking staff.

    1. Can you please advice, is there only a option to print/update through by passbook print machine?

    2. If not, why your banking staff has denied to updation of my passbook?

    I request you to take the necessary action on this and let me know the reason for 'denial of service' done by your banking staff at cub arakkonam branch...

    I hope that getting a good response from your side and sort out the issues as soon as possible, unless i have no other option to closure of my savings account and i doesn't need anymore of your service furthermore...

    We had already contacted customer care in City Union Bank as well as mailed to customer care team. However, We haven't get single response from them. Afterwards only I was made a complaint thru www.consumercomplaits.in to logging my issues...
    Not even too customer but cashier not in cabin in time their staff chating each other like vegtable market
    Banking hours starts too late but they end too earlier very wrost banking next to sbi.
    No cashier no manager.
    Not even get a single response for the issue...

      During cash withdrawal yesterday in indicash atm (Atm no:tyys0095) there was power cut and i received the message saying the amount (₹6500) has been debited before i could collect the cash. I was told to wait for 24 hours so that the money could be credited again but i haven't received it yet. Kindly help me with this issue to the nearest time. Thanks in advance.

      I returned my package on amazon so they issued a refund of Rs 499 for the same on 17th September 2018. But the refund has not been generated in my account yet. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

        I deposited a cheque (009466) dated 17.07.18 amt 100000/- on 23/07/18 the amount was not credited to my savings account till now. Today (10.05.18) i went there to check the status of my cheque and the amount is credited or not what is the status? Finally they said the amount was not credited. I am waited for one hour to get the status this is the way they are treating the customer???. I am very much disappointed how they are treating the people. The amount was not credited for the past two months. Why? Who made the mistake who will responsible for this?. If i am not check the amount i will be the looser. They made a mistake but they didn't realize and even ask any excuse. So bad now i am thinking i am going to close my account and black mark to cub madipakkam. I am waiting when will be the amount will be credited and i am shocked how they are treating customer money so bad...

          I am a vip customer of your dharapuram cub branch and i am having a many deposits in your bank. To day on 29.9.2018 i am sending my son in law on my behalf to deposit sum money in my o. D. Account. The cashier told him to deposit the amount only through atm machine. My messenger is a 62 old man and his eye sight is very poor. I contacted through phone at your branch in dharapuram they told only meagre deposits will be deposited through atm machine.in the above condition what can we do.
          The position is to push to me to close all my accounts with your branch.

            Hello,

            My name is sriram. I had opened a current account in name of sahanas - live the dream a month back. It took 21 days for them to deliver a cheque book and one more week to deliver net banking details. That too because of repeated calling and coordinating.

            Now i have been calling them for debit card. They told i'll receive it in 1 week. Its been almost 2 months. On questioning the staff, he told the card got returned since i was not present at the address. I was very much there. On questioning the mode of post of card and reference number, the staff could not answer and simply told they'll initiate again.

            I'm yet to receive my debit card. I consider opening the current account at this branch as one of my worst banking decisions and will soon migrate to another bank based on their response to this issue.

            Not proper response for account opening and gold loan for employee.
            I am approach for newly account opening for gold loan City Union Bank Avadi branch.. I have also kyc properly that the time employee will be delay for account opening and told for came next day. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly. They are always busy in their personal gossips.

              I am a student of sastra university. I have swiped my debit card on 16/09/2018 for payment.in the first time, the transaction was unsuccessful but money got debited from my account. So i had to re-swipe the card and make the payment. This time, the transaction was successful. Its been 10 days, i haven't been refunded for the first unsuccessful transaction. So i kindly request the concerned manager to make the refund as early as possible. I have hereby attached the picture of transaction history made on that day for proof.

                I booked a railway ticket through online on 21.09.2018. After finishing payment in irctc website my account was debited with rs215. But irctc website says no payment from bank end and my transaction was cancelled. Once again i tried to pay the ticket fare and book my ticket. But unluckly my booking was rejected due to payment not made by bank. So rs 430 was debited from my bank account. So i request u to refund the amount to my bank account.

                      I am having a sb account with cub perumbakkam branch since last few years. I had taken jewel loan few occasions. But last time i had kept in two accounts. I was not explained anything about agri or non agri category. Also they said the renewal will be after 11 months. They never informed me anything about paying monthly interest but while closing i found too much interest and i found in the statement that compound interest is added. If i was informed i could have paid monthly interest. Because of their lack of communication i had to pay almost 10000rs extra. This is real exploitation of our hard earned money

                      This is one way of exploiting our hard earned money. It's bank's responsibility to explain clearly the terms and conditions. But while applying loan they don't explain anything clearly, but while closing they simply say I could have read the terms and conditions before signing. It's ridiculous, very disappointing from bank end. When we ask anything they give irresponsible and irritating replies.

                      I had initiated a recharge in paytm which had failed. The amount of rs.51 has been debited and still not credited. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          He all handled very hard to the customers, all time very angry speech and not satisfied to her response,

                            Sir/madam, i have an sb account in south main street, thanjavur.
                            On 27.8.2018 at 4 p. M, i have operated the branch atm machine for withdrawal of 10, 000/=.
                            No amount has come from the atm machine, but the amount was debited from my sb account. Received sms in my registered mobile.
                            I have waited for one day as per bank staff statement, awaiting for reversal.
                            But not yet credited still.
                            Then next day 28.8.18 4 pm, i have given my complaint to bank authorities in proper format.
                            Everyday i am verifying my balace in my account but not yet credited.
                            Upto this incident, i have felt my cub easily one and raasiyana bank one.
                            Will you please proove it again in my complaint remedy?

                                    The apps was downloaded by ganthinager branch.
                                    But past one month when we open, we recd message ur pin no is wrong. After few attempt it was blocked.
                                    Then we met branch office they insist me to give return request. Then we meet the staff today, they insist me to register again. When we start to type cellno automatically it was taken and we get otp. Drectly it was taken, but after few mints we get sms the session was expired.
                                    We tried plenty of time. What can we do.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is with reference to subject and in continuation to my trailing mail sent on 17th june to the manager of cub mira road branch, i would like to bring to your notice that i am yet to get resolution with regards to my complaint from the bank or managers end.

                                        I will further like to state that i will stop payment of emi and close all accounts with your bank until i get resolution. I assume the bank doesn't care about my years of relation and active business with you. My emi have always been on time and i get this behavior in return. Further as i opted for variable interest and the bank has been kind enough to charge me higher when the interest went high but was not so kind enough to charge lower when the interest rate went down, so please also work this out. I seek pre closure and would like to get an answer asap so that i can pay and get rid of your services. I have made endless efforts and by now i am tired of following up for the same. My patience has been put to test by non functional and irresponsible executives of your bank with various personal and officials stories to kill my time.

                                        I shall take up this issue with governance cell, banking ombudsman and rbi if i do not get final clarifications and ultimate resolution. I shall further state to claim compensation for all the mental agony and harassment i had to go through because of your employees.
