Dear sir/mam,
Cub (Aduthurai branch) is one of the very very worst branch in tamilnadu. Did not respond for everything. I was asked netbanking facilities last 1 month before but still they are telling simply it will come after 2 days. All employees are lazy. Mobile number wrongly updated in records. All those things are doing worst case. Please take immediate action. When enter into the bank all the customers are always scolding that branch employees for lazy work and wrong updation but they didn't care about anything.

After given the complaint mail, within 2 days i got netbanking userid and password documents.Now it's working fine and registered successfully. Also changed mobile number correctly. Thank u for the proper response.

    Amazon initiated a refund of rs.550 for a product that i have ordered... But the amount is not reflected in my account.... I need to file charge dispute regarding this issue... Please do the needful as soon as possible... I have contacted amazon customer care and verified whether a refund has been done or not.. It is confirmed that they had done a refund.. But it is not reflected in my account. Please check and help me to solve this problem immediately.

          I have transferred rs.20, 000 to my cub jewel loan account from my hdfc saving account via phonepe upi.
          Phonepe has confirmed amount 20000 has been debited from sb account and sent to cub jewel loan account. But when i check the cub jewel loan account transactions, the amount rs.20, 000 has not yet reflected in the credit statement.

          Below is the message from phonepe,

          "we have received a confirmation stating that the amount of ₹ 20000 has been credited to the receiver’s bank account (*56221). Hence, we request you to check the receiver’s bank statement with the utr number:[protected] against the transaction id: p1804281451449509119405 to confirm the same."

          Please do the needful asap.

            1. I am a savings bank a/c holder in city union bank of reddiarpalayam branch, pondicherry since opening of the above branch (Sb a/c no is [protected]). I had also taken two security lockers on rent in the said branch.

            2. I am noticing that the locker rents are being revised upwards by rs 100
            Every year arbitrarily, without any prior information to me (Customer) which is
            Not in order.

            3. The locker rents deducted automatically from my savings a/c for the last 03 years for each locker are as under :-

            - on 25 april 2016, rs 2, 100/- + rs 305 (Gst)
            - on 24 april 2017, rs.2, 200/- + rs.330 (Gst)
            - on 06 april 2018, rs.2, 300/- + rs.414 (Gst)

            4. I am aggrieved by the policy of the bank in raising the locker rent every year. As per my understanding, even a house owner cannot raise the rent for the tenant every year as per rent control act. If that be so, i fail to understand how the bank is charging incremental rent for the locker every year, that too with the risk lying with the customer?

            5. I request that the incremental rent charged for the last 02 years be reverted to me and any increase of rent be done once in 03 years with prior information to the customer.

              I have tried to debited amount rs.5000 on 27/04/2018 in atm no cubfi232-bhavani. First time the server loaded and not responded on 05:18pm and then i have tried to debited again and received amount rs.5000 on 17:20:24 but it showing me that i had debited twice the times rs.5000 in my account. I am unable to contact customer service number as it was busy network. Please find me the best solution for this problem as soon as possible [protected].

                I have tried to book train ticket through irctc and used bharath qr as gateway amount debited in the account but ticket not booked so i called the customer care they told to mail to the customer support i did the same but no one gave reply to the mail even though i have mailed two times its been more than 25 days still i did not get any reply from customer care

                  Hi,

                  I am surya, customer of city union bank, madanapalli branch, andhra pradesh. On 12/04/2018, i have used my debit card at petrol bunk, the amount was deducted from my account but the from merchant machine it shows 'error in transaction', so that i have paid my cash again. I have called to customer care number, they said it will be reimbursed with in 24 hours, and still it's not reimbursed.

                  Kindly help with the issue.

                    I am maintaining cub a/c from last 7 years more. I applied visa to hong kong so i m maintaining balance 5lac more. I got my balance proof letter& statement of a/c from my branch manager at january. I sent that copies to immigration of hk. But they need pass book copies of arrested by branch manager need again bank balance proof letter immidietly, so i went asked my query at april 19, 2018 but my branch manager is not ready to issue my proof of fund letter again. He said 6 month only once they 'll issued. But i need one more letter but he won't mention it is month validation about the letter if i need means u must to do customer fulfill, i kindly request my query 'll take soon i have short time of immigration process.

                      Am don't like to share account number either card number for safety purpose.

                      I used a petrol bunk, and used cub rupay card, 1st time declined error comes, then why do you debit amount for declined transaction.
                      And if you know it's declined transaction, why can't you reverse the amount in 24 hours.

                      I used the card on[protected], time 09:04 pm.

                          I have my saving account in city union bank ltd in thane branch maharashtra my account number is [protected]. I made a transaction on rs. 1300 on 17/03/2018 ie. Withdrawal transaction from atm of axis bank but i haven't received the cash from atm and my account got debited by rs 1300.
                          This is a request you to please check out this problem and provide solution for the same as soon as possible.

                            I shanmugam customer of city union bank, koramangala branch bengaluru. On 3/3/2018 the debit atm card is swiped at kfc restaurant, modi road bengaluru for 244 rupees, the amount deducted message i got through sms, but from the machine, i'm not get any slip (Slip is not generated). The machine readout showed transaction decline and i'm not got any slip too as any copy. The shop people showed the last transaction too in that nothing was deducted from my card. But in my account amount is deducted still it is not reimbursed still.

                            Kindly look into the matter and do the favor.

                              This is yuvaraja. I withdraw cub atm in bodinayakanur. First time i taken 10000 rupees. After i enter 5000 but system very slow i press cancel button. Again i will enter 5000 but again also same problem but amount debit in my account. Totally 10000 debit in my account. So please check and recover the problem and refund the amount in my account quickly

                              Respected sir /madam
                              This is yuvaraja. I withdraw CUB ATM in bodinayakanur. First time I taken 10000 rupees .after I enter 5000 but system very slow I press cancel button .again I will enter 5000 but again also same problem but amount debit in my account .totally 10000 debit in my account. So please check and recover the problem and refund the amount in my account

                              Iam one of the account holder cum depositor in cub. Now a days cub is concentrates on cash handling charges? Whats the mean? Then maintain minimum balance with rupay card in savings general account rs.5000/- is too over. In my account stmt i saw cash handling chg, qab chg, visa card chg, sms chg.. These things are cheating.
                              Sir i need my bank statement already i send mail for tat.till now i didnt recieve reply fro u r side acc no [protected]

                                Sir,
                                I forgotten my e wallet password. I could not logging the e wallet. it is showing user locked. when I clicked forgotten password then it showing secret question. I don't know what I given the answer. how I can open it.
                                Am being using cub for past 2years. The quality of credit cards they provide looks cheap and are of low quality. The new card they provided the chip did not work in 4months time. When contacted in bank they asked me to go to the main branch bank. I can swipe in atm but cant be used in bunks and shops. Worst quality in such a renowed bank.
                                An amount of 3000 was deducted from my account without receiving money while tried to withdraw money using ATM card . Transaction failed message was shown on the screen . This was happened with me on 31 st March 2018 at 18:38. I called customer care but they did not take any action.

                                  I am having account in city union bank, saibaba colony branch with (Savings a/c no. [[protected]]). I have with drawn amount rs. 6500/- (Rs. Six thousand five hundred only) from sivananda colony, city union bank branch atm on 13/02/2018 with city union bank atm card and the atm card no. Is [[protected]]. The authorized id no.5224383 for the above transaction and i have not received amount from the sivananda colony atm. The amount rs.6500/- is debited from my account and it was not automatically credited in to my account. Have in complaint in mother branch (Saibaba colony).
                                  Please look into this case seriously and help me.

                                        I tried an imps transfer of 2000 but it failed. I tried for two times once it was refunded but secondly it was not refunded.
                                        My money got debited and is not refunded.
