Complaint against the surcharge

I have given my. Ike for service to samukh motors medavakkam who owns account in CUB OPPOSITE to the showroom. On the bill amount of 3900, I have been asked to pay 2.5 % as surcharge. Since I know that is not right as per law, I have refused and came out without taking delivery of my vehicle. Pls note I am also a CUB customer and this incident makes deep impact in me about CUB for the bank not taking proper responsibility in these issues....

Debit card not issued

My debit card was expired last year, so i applied for the new debit card but still i haven't received my debit card yet. Very poor service provided by the avadi branch.
Im not able to do any online transactions. I have made several visits to the bank. Kindly take some actions as soon as possible else i have to close the account permanently and switch over to some other bank....

Poor Service - Related

I Have deposited some amount at 10 am on a particular date.But my account has not been credited till 03 pm on the same date.Due to this i suffered a lot, because my friend at the other end needed the money very urgently.This kind of poor service is not acceptable.When asking about the same at the bankers, they did not responded well.Please take necessary action to improve the service....

Bank fraud call

Yesterday, afternoon i got a call from this no: [protected], said that i am from bank manager of city bank (Credit card department) and its regards for official background verification check, he asked me about my bank details like my card details others and i told him that i cannot provide these details as per the bank policy norm. Then he has provided him employee details as 012128rs and mobile number [protected]....

I try to withdrawal amount of rs 4000 from your atm on 25/01/2017 in cubf1049, vannanthurai (Voc road), mannargudi, but due to atm failure i haven't received money but got a sms to my mobile, amount deducted from my bank account. Somebody said to me atm out of service past 20 minutes. Next day i given a complaint to my cub branch, gandhi road, mannargudi....

Sir let me tell you with I'd card I can't go anywhere or Rome in college please I request you ask your senior most person to take charge of this
There is no right to you can give me punishment or do this type of miss behavior with your client sir is this is a police station...
