Dear sir;
I my self karthi keyan r my a/c no :[protected] at branch of kinathu kadavu. My self inttemated for mobile banking on the branch on 21/1/2017. I have submitted my all documents at branch. Till now i don't received any information from the branch. So i am disappointed the service of city union bank (Kinathukadavu branch at coimbatore). So please concern the subject and follow the related and provied me mobile banking facility.

    I have given my. Ike for service to samukh motors medavakkam who owns account in CUB OPPOSITE to the showroom. On the bill amount of 3900, I have been asked to pay 2.5 % as surcharge. Since I know that is not right as per law, I have refused and came out without taking delivery of my vehicle. Pls note I am also a CUB customer and this incident makes deep impact in me about CUB for the bank not taking proper responsibility in these issues. Kindly help to take necessary action from your end on the dealer.

      We have a number of saving and current account in your bank,
      we request you to kindly contact us and close all our accounts, if a.T.M is not working as we require cash nearly daily as many of them are salary accounts.
      The only bank and atm in indore. Kindly contact us and solve your atm issue immediately

      kindly change or get the atm repaired as it has many issues, nearly 5 days out of 7 days, the machine is not in working condition.

        When we use the city union bank atm the securitie always inform us to remove our footwear.is this any rools are there moreover he is watching us.these are habits we dont freely use withdrawal our cash.he displyed one paper in the door in that dont wear footwear inside the atm.let me know what are the rules and regulation to withdraw the money.
        Sir, I have union bank visa debit card no [protected].My card was deactivated automatically . When I link the upi in phonepe then it shows atm card is not recognised . And when i make payment then it also shows the same message that atm card is deactivated. Kindly activate my atm card as soon as possible . Thanking you

          My debit card was expired last year, so i applied for the new debit card but still i haven't received my debit card yet. Very poor service provided by the avadi branch.
          Im not able to do any online transactions. I have made several visits to the bank. Kindly take some actions as soon as possible else i have to close the account permanently and switch over to some other bank.
          City Union Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Im complaining about the branch manager in cub SRM UNIVERSITY Branch, regarding his behaviour with the me. The other day when i went to the bank, the way he behaved and the language he used is totally not acceptible. Kindly take some action against him

            Subject : the complaint against rangarajapuram branch manager regarding roughly speaking and behaviour like this.
            Today i went for cash withdraw though your bank cheque valasaaravakkam branch given by my client third party chq at payable all branches chq to your bank branch at rangarajapuram branch, kodamabakkam, chennai -24 at today 21.04.2017, time around 1.45 pm.
            1st entered in your bank at branch at rangarajapuram then i asked in front sited officer “could i with draw the amount in this chq rs 2250/- third party chq non ac payee” then he bring the chq and see the amount then he asking me” what is your name “then i said my parthiba selvan. P, then officer said it’s ok name also correct
            And officer said anyway “write in chq back side your name and any one id proof number ‘ then give the cash counter.
            Then i done as per said officer and i gave the cash counter.
            The cashier issue the token no 50 in metal format
            Then cashier said wait for some time then he told me sign lightly mismatch in chq
            Then the cashier discussed with some senior manager and senior manager said me “the cheque scan and we will send to the particular branch (Valasaravakkam) and verified the sign and then send back again in this branch” then i agreed and i will wait
            Then senior officer scanned the cheque and sent email to the valasaravekkam branch and he also informed though phone also.
            I wait long time, then the senior manager again called to the valalsaravakkam branch and he replied me “valasaravakkam branch officer have some auditing work”
            Again i waiting long time
            Then senior officer tried many times to inform to the valasaravakkam branch then same reply came.
            Then he gave the chq return back to me and on that time around 3pm
            Now i asked to the cashier why hold this much of time around 1 houre 15 minuts and your are all waste of my time in my business.
            Now branch manager came
            You go to valasaravkkam branch
            Then i asked why long time waiting for me and already i asked to your branch officer then i came withdraw cash and i have payable at all branches?
            He told me very rough no.. No.. I not payable and also this branch allowed upto rs 25000/
            Then i asked to him my withdraw amount is only rs.2250?
            Why not allowed for me long time waiting and why i wait long time for that?
            Then i asked to him why do write token number in front side of my party issued cheque and how can i will deposite in my bank about some token no 50 mentioned in my party issued me chq?
            Now he get angryed and behaviour like this rough and non professional way acted me
            Then he signed back in my chq back side.
            My main compliant
            Why he get angry?
            Why do like this very rough? Like street boy
            Why not he is not keep professional way?
            My client issued me chq also attached here
            And i request to you kindly action against the the branch manger
            Actually i went for your branch i will do some fixed deposit around 10 lacks
            And my existing fixed deposit nearly 6 lacks in state bank of india.
            Now your branch manager behavour like this.
            How can i come to your bank like branch manger like this?

              I Have deposited some amount at 10 am on a particular date.But my account has not been credited till 03 pm on the same date.Due to this i suffered a lot, because my friend at the other end needed the money very urgently.This kind of poor service is not acceptable.When asking about the same at the bankers, they did not responded well.Please take necessary action to improve the service.

                    Fraud bank call,

                    Yesterday, afternoon i got a call from this no: [protected], said that i am from bank manager of city bank (Credit card department) and its regards for official background verification check, he asked me about my bank details like my card details others and i told him that i cannot provide these details as per the bank policy norm. Then he has provided him employee details as 012128rs and mobile number [protected]. After that i was providing the details then immediately the amount rs.7860 was debited from my account. Then i was realized that it was fraud call. Afterthought i was called customer care informed them to same, they told nobody was there like it was a fraud call. Then they file a compliant and gave compliant no 4510.

                    I want to refund the money to my account...account no:[protected]..the money will deposited to account by the time 5:16pm

                      I am gnanaprakasam r.

                      My sb a/c number: [protected]. I try to withdrawal amount of rs 4000 from your atm on 25/01/2017 in cubf1049, vannanthurai (Voc road), mannargudi, but due to atm failure i haven't received money but got a sms to my mobile, amount deducted from my bank account. Somebody said to me atm out of service past 20 minutes. Next day i given a complaint to my cub branch, gandhi road, mannargudi. But cub not yet refund the amount of rs.4000.

                      Kindly refund the amount soon possible. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                      Yes. I have already registered a complaint to my CUB Branch. But the bank people tells 'transaction succeeded'(cash delivered).

                      I am not agree with this. I waiting that ATM Room 5 minutes. Amount not received. There is no crowd that time. (time 10:48AM). I am only that time in ATM.

                      Finally I will go to consumer court/NCDRC.

                        Sir in banks when I give 10 rupee coins they didn't accept it they are telling that they also having more coins and not accepting.if I give the 10 rupee coins in shop they also tells that in banks they are not accepting 10 rupee coins so they said that I also can't accept .Sir because of the problem no one accept 10 rupee coins so please do any favour for this problem.

                          As I got a call from cub customer care they told me go and collect you I'd from bank manager, I spoke with him he sent I will not give you back I'd card
                          Sir let me tell you with I'd card I can't go anywhere or Rome in college please I request you ask your senior most person to take charge of this
                          There is no right to you can give me punishment or do this type of miss behavior with your client sir is this is a police station or bank if you want to not me as your client give my money back close the account and return my I'd card
                          Due this I am facing problem in my college I m not even to come out from my room
                          Sir are you giving me punishment or ??
                          My educational life getting problem due to this issue is this type of manger you have they don't leasing your voice also if they are not listing you how can you think they will listing to poor people

                          Dear SIR/Madam,

                          I am an account holder of CUB SRM University branch.
                          I have been to the bank today to withdraw the money. There was a glitch with my signature for which they have not given my money.

                          Instead of taking my signature once again they have ordered me to give me my college ID card and after that they will give me the money.

                          After I have given my ID card they started telling me to give me my coupon and only then they will give me a ID card.

                          I felt it wrong as they were never returning my ID Card. Then I called customer care of CUB so that they can solve my problem. Customer care spoke with the accountant and has promised me that once I give the coupon they will give me Id card so I have given the coupon to the accountant but after that also the accountant told he will not give me my ID card and he has started calling the heads of my college to raise a complaint on me. I really do not understand for such a small thing why does the accountant of CUBwant to take such unethical step on student to spoil the education career. I had felt it as a police station and not as a bank for a while with their behaviour.

                          The Customer care has asked me to send the happening as a mail to forward the complaint and do the needful to return my ID Card.

                          Please do the needful. The ID Card and my Education Career are at stake.

                            1.first issue:
                            account number [protected] account holder name A.Ganapathy nagarajan. Amount deposited 500 in Atm machine. Date of deposit 5.10.2016 at 8pm at tiruchengode.transaction failed but amount taken by Atm machine till now not refund the amount.
                            2.Another issue. Amount got debited from mobiKwik on june 23, 2016. Amount 160 rupees. Till now not got credited to account. Same account number

                            The above two issues already intimate to the bank but they are not taken to the necessary action

                            3.Today 20.01.2017 transaction via airtel app 200 rupees debited from the bank transaction failed not refund the amount.same account number
                            Please rectify the problem as soon as possible

                              Sir even though there are three types of transaction, the bank manager is compelling me to use ATM card for transactions and i have gone to the bank for withdrawing money through withdrawal slip and they are saying that i cannot take money through withdrawal slip and after long process of quarrel i got the money its totally frustrating for me even though i belong to same branch and it is irritating because this type of issue are faced even after demonetisation... So i kindly request you to issue an order so that these bank officials work correctly that the common people will have trust on banks

                                  Today (I. E 23/12/2016) my father got a call from a fraud for a transaction with your bank.. And his account got debited with rs 5000. Cubbankw txn# 119582 on pos [protected]. I tried to call the customer care number but it was not connecting. As he was a simple man don't know abt the cyber security and crime he couldn't realize it as a fraud call as it was informed that they were asking the details to link it with adhar card., please send me the correct number so that i can contact u soon and make him to get his money back. Please call me at [protected]. Here i attach u the screencast. Please reply as soon as possible.

                                    am a new CUB salaried ac holder, and my a/c: [protected]××××,
                                    my new debit card does not work, that branch officers behave worst...
                                    please improve that branch officers and process...
                                    am apply for a salary a/c sep fist week, and get my debit card dec 13... till that card says "Temporarily Unable to Dispense Money"...
                                    the money counter are free, but can't give my salary, and talking too much ...
                                    and this incidence totally loss my Daily subsistence and food...!

Recently I had an issue in a net banking against my account and balance enquiry. Today I received a call from the no [protected] at 1:15 pm from the ATM manager asking me details of my ATM debit card.
