Yesterday morning i try to withdraw my money from atm (Idbi) but i didn't receive money from my account. But i received message like your money has been deducted from bank account but i didn't get my money within 24hrs my money will be credited to my account the bank manager said but i didn't receive anything. I feel so depressed this morning because that was my first month...

In my account recently they are taking amount without any notification its like they want to hide the theft. If you are not refunding my amount means i will take further steps in court. Am using cub account very frequently but your service was not good always taking money from my account without knowledge of me. Now finally started to steal in hundreds. I want the reply immediately else i will file a case in court for sure....

I had availed an education loan of Rs.80000 from city uninon bank during the academic year 2012-15.The payment should start from 2016.I got Job in 2016 but I couldn't start paying the EMI due to some financial problems in my house.But when enquired I understood that the bank calculated the interest since 2012 when I availed the loan. ReQUEST A REFUND:

We have done an movie ticket using CUB debit card @8.54PM.The amount was debited in my acc, bt it was declined in POS MACHINE, So we have tried next time it was again debited and successfully the same also debited in POS machine.Now the isssue is the amount was debited in my account 2times @8.54, 8.56PM

Iam having locker at karaikudi main branch my suggestion is to provide a chair and a small table in the locker room so as to keep materials
while operating the lockers as in other banks.we are having locker in indian bank also they have provide a chair and a small table near each locker room i told to the your bank staffs many times but action has been taken...

Today, Legal advisor of your company inform me about the pending dues for my loan...Although I accepted to pay dues the day after tomorrow...he forced me to pay the dues tomorrow through kotak mahindra bank...In the middle of conversation...he used bad word...and phrases like "fraud"...He also talk to me in disrespect manner...I have all the recordings...if proper action wouldn't be taken...i will be move through...

I'd requested for an address change over a month ago. Went personally to the bank, filled a few forms. Was supposed to receive debit card and internet banking credentials. I've been following up almost every day since a month and I still haven't got any information. They say that the details were not updated at all and have sent the card to the old address.
Every time I call the bank, I get a response that they will call in 5 minutes.br...

amount deducted.ON 1.7.2018 Rs 241.90 was deducted as POS at P&P associates/TPJ and on 8.4.2018 rs
120.90 was deducted as POS at same location which also not done by me . Kindly look into it and arrange

I went to withdraw money from CUB ATM but it is in out of service, so I went to another ATM(state bank).I had try to get the cash but no cash had came.money from my account have been deducted(400rs).This was happened on July 4 then I contacted the customer care.they told me within 24 hours the money will be refunded but money not have been credited...

Yesterday i purchased a product from market and i made a swipe, amount was debited 2 times but swiping machine cant generate a bill and also i checked with transaction history of machine but not credited to market. On 18 jun, i swiped my cub debit card at sree muthukumaran petrol bunk near perur coimbatore, initially the card declined. Then again i entered pin number and the amount has been debited and i got a receipt for it. After sometimes, i noticed that the amount has been debited even thought the card declined.
