Hope you're doing great

Yesterday morning i try to withdraw my money from atm (Idbi) but i didn't receive money from my account. But i received message like your money has been deducted from bank account but i didn't get my money within 24hrs my money will be credited to my account the bank manager said but i didn't receive anything. I feel so depressed this morning because that was my first month salary so please take immediate action. Please revert back me as soon as possible and i have to give this money to my family.

Wrong transaction for beneficiary account..name is correct but ifsc code is wrong, so don't credit for amount, how will be received correct account or return amount to my account

    In my account recently they are taking amount without any notification its like they want to hide the theft. If you are not refunding my amount means i will take further steps in court. Am using cub account very frequently but your service was not good always taking money from my account without knowledge of me. Now finally started to steal in hundreds. I want the reply immediately else i will file a case in court for sure.

    I used my debit card for 2 transactions for Rs.277 and Rs.14535 on 14/7/2018.Transaction got cancelled but money was taken from my account which is not refunded even till now. Bank manager is asking me to wait for 45days. Kindly do needful to refund the amount early.

      Respected sir,
      I had availed an education loan of Rs.80000 from city uninon bank during the academic year 2012-15.The payment should start from 2016.I got Job in 2016 but I couldn't start paying the EMI due to some financial problems in my house.But when enquired I understood that the bank calculated the interest since 2012 when I availed the loan. And the present day itself an interest of amount RS.1400 has been calcuted as interest per month though I paid RS.30000 in between where they calculated it in interest only rather than in principal amount.Still I have to pay Rs.122000 which I feel very difficult for me at the present situation along with this much interest per month.Im working as medical represntive hardly getting Rs.15000.Im attaching the the copy of the bank statement herewith.Kindly find the solution as soon as possible.

              In my account the refund amount was not added so check it and add the amount to my account. And send me the statement as sms, email, etc.

              Morethan one week was over .so please check the problems and give me a solutions the transactions is done by card payments

                  I'd requested for an address change over a month ago. Went personally to the bank, filled a few forms. Was supposed to receive debit card and internet banking credentials. I've been following up almost every day since a month and I still haven't got any information. They say that the details were not updated at all and have sent the card to the old address.
                  Every time I call the bank, I get a response that they will call in 5 minutes.
                  One of the worst bank services that I've ever seen.

                      I went to withdraw money from CUB ATM but it is in out of service, so I went to another ATM(state bank).I had try to get the cash but no cash had came.money from my account have been deducted(400rs).This was happened on July 4 then I contacted the customer care.they told me within 24 hours the money will be refunded but money not have been credited

                                On 18 jun, i swiped my cub debit card at sree muthukumaran petrol bunk near perur coimbatore, initially the card declined. Then again i entered pin number and the amount has been debited and i got a receipt for it. After sometimes, i noticed that the amount has been debited even thought the card declined. Now i want to know whether the amount will be revert back to my account or i have to check with the petrol bunk.

                                  I'm one of the oldest customer of srirangam branch i just wanted to change my mobile no. From my official no. To personal no. As i'm due to retire. Mine was a e or s a/c in my name and my wife's name. I was given a form and i filled up with one signature and handed over to the branch. After 10 days i visited the branch to know the fate of the request for change. I was told to get the signature of both the account holder. That could have been told he first instance. Any how why two signatures even a cheque for lakhs of rupees is signed by only any one. This is not a complaint, but a food for thought.
                                  2. My manual pass book and subsequent pass books contained my name and my mrs. Name correctly.in the recent continuation pass book given to me recently my name and my mrs. Name a bit different and hence there some problems with the mutual funds. As i approached the branch they wanted the pan copy of both o[censored]s and an application. Here also i have complied with the requirements. However as it was a mistake at some point of time in the bank why all these formalites. Again here also it is not a complaint and i have already submitted the requisite papers to the branch for necessary correction. For your kind perusal and action as deemed fit. N.                                     I have transferred a huge amount to 3 accounts, it was debited from my account and i made thr transaction 2 days back till now there is no credits to my recipient, it's a important amount i sent for my medical expenses to those persons and till now it is not processed, if they didn't debit i have tried going directly to bank but i am helpless now, please reemburse my amount or please credit to the account i have transferred the amount, worst experience with city union bank and its transfer methods and net banking, going to close the account with city union bank
