Dear sir,
I have try to withdraw 1000 rupees from my cub account through icici atm centre, thiruninravur (Jaya college bus stop) on 27th november 2018. I waited till and shows that "transactions could not completed". But, amount was debited from my account and i didnt received any amount from that machine. (I dont know what is the reason in that atm centre) i was shocked!!!.
I need of some money. So, immediately i urged to cub atm which is far away from my place (Near to vela cinemas) i tried there and withdrawn the same amount (1000/-). Then i rushed to bank by taking mini statement and discussed with manager the problem which i have faced. He asked me to keep the mini statement safely and wait for one day it will reverse back automatically. Still, i didnt get my money back. Since, i am from middle class family this money is very huge for me.
Hence, i kindly request your help to refund my money into my account. Please help me in this regard
