Amount debited from my bank account but not credited to sender account....

This is from New Delhi at laxmi Nagar Pankaj Fashion l have POS machine of city union Bank with TID 11900095 and got my account debited by Rs 3200 just because customer complaints that my account is debited twice by the same amount but without any prior notice and without any information collecting from me my account being debited by Rs 3200 This matter passed by 20 days but no action in my favor since I have submitted the required documents...

At around 16.48, city union Bank, thirupapuliyur cuddalore, I had given withdraw request of 10000.I didn't receive cash but amount 10000 deducted from my account...

Sir, this is R.Suresh Kumar and my customer ID is 2428285. On 17.05.21, my brother Mr.Ramaiah Sridhar transferred ₹5, 432.23 (equivalent to AUD100/). The above mentioned amount is from the bank's acknowledgement slip. He paid his bank charges seperately. But, on 20th, the amount credited to my account was only ₹4, 606.23/. I want to know why there is huge difference of ₹600/ despite payment of the bank charges? Thank you....
