I am terribly fed up with the services offered by City Union Bank. I have sent umpteen number of times about the quality of service which this branch is offering. I have my account in this branch. The staff and the branch manager make great talks but when it comes to action it is Zero. When ever I visit this branch there will be minimum of 2 problems. I see lot of senior citizens who come for updating their passbooks. Since I have my mobile app, I do not bother the staff much. The passbook printing kiosk will be out of order most of the times. Obviously a customer will seek the help of the staff to get their passbooks printed in order to know the latest balance. I have seen the staff saying ruthlessly, use the printing kiosk. That staff in particular may not be aware whether the kiosk is functioning or not. The senior people have to go home without getting the job done.

On 8th July I went to the bank to get my passbooks updated. The reason was that the recurring deposit account passbooks cannot get printed thro' the kiosk and I was forced to seek the help of the counter staff. The machine in the counter staff cubicle was also not functioning. The branch Manager told me to leave the passbooks and have it collected the next day from the branch. I told the Manager that I cannot keep coming to the bank everyday. She told me that an indent has been made to get the machine rectified. Today(15th July 2021) I went the branch to get it updated. The staff gave me a reply that the machine is yet to be rectified and an indent has been sent. I really do not know how the Manager said with great confidence that I can collect the passbook the next day when I went there on 8th of July 2021. Today the Manager was not in branch due to some meeting in T Nagar. If I have to take these matters to the Manager each and every time, I feel I am only wasting my energy and my so called respect. If the pass book printing machine cannot be rectified on time, definitely the senior citizens particularly the retired people are going have a very tough time with this branch.

If the higher authorities feel that my part is genuine they will definitely do the needful. If they feel that I am complaining frequently then the bank has to return the deposits which I am holding. The bank work is not going to stop just because a customer like me is leaving.

      I have deposited rs.3500 500×7 notes on 20.06.2021 at Gandhi Nagar main branch ATM kumbakonam but machine Calculated wrongly as 3000rs, I lost my money rs.500 kindly solve this issue and refund my money

              This is from New Delhi at laxmi Nagar Pankaj Fashion l have POS machine of city union Bank with TID 11900095 and got my account debited by Rs 3200 just because customer complaints that my account is debited twice by the same amount but without any prior notice and without any information collecting from me my account being debited by Rs 3200 This matter passed by 20 days but no action in my favor since I have submitted the required documents in the bank

                    Sir, this is R.Suresh Kumar and my customer ID is 2428285. On 17.05.21, my brother Mr.Ramaiah Sridhar transferred ₹5, 432.23 (equivalent to AUD100/). The above mentioned amount is from the bank's acknowledgement slip. He paid his bank charges seperately. But, on 20th, the amount credited to my account was only ₹4, 606.23/. I want to know why there is huge difference of ₹600/ despite payment of the bank charges? Thank you.

                          By using my cub atm card, in kvb atm machine, kootapalli tiruchengode. I withdraw 6000 rupees on 06.05.2021 but I received only 5900 rupees. 200 rupees note × 29nos = 5800 & 100 rupees new note × 1nos =100- totally I received 5900. Please take proper action. I attached my transaction message below.

                            Hi I am Vidya parthasarathy .I have an account in CUB bank porur .
                            My Acc. no : [protected]
                            On 10th March 2021, I went to withdraw Rs 3000/- in Canara bank [atm machine no : 12834082] in Madanandapuram, Pour, Chennai-125 . I received a receipt in which transaction was declined. But I received a message that the amount was withdrawn. Then, I went and filed a complaint with that receipt in my home branch. They checked my account and accepted that the transaction was declined, "you will receive that money within 3 working days". After one week I enquired about this, they told "Our account shows that the transaction was declined" but canara bank people told that "Amount was withdrawn by the client, So please complain to the nearest canara bank".
                            We met the canara bank manager Porur, he guided us to register the complaint in the ATM toll free number.
                            Till today I didn't receive my Money and any responsible answer from the bank people.

                                I have to close my LAD opened against FD. Yesterday I had been to the Branch at 4.30 pm. I was asked to come today, office time being 10 to 2 pm. I am a resident of Ambattur and I am working in a factory at Maraimalai nagar. As I have my own employment at that time, I tried calling the Branch. Regards

                                    Respected sir, my father deposit a particular amount through AL RAJHI BANK in dammam but there is no upadate in my CUB account. What is the reason for that problem. And he use correct account number eventhough the money will not deposited. This is the third time. Please accept my query and solve the problem
