As i placed an order snapdeal portal for rs 3413/- on 01/06/20 (2.31 pm) with the reference number of[protected] and otp of 18888746 to the credential id:[protected] and amount was debited but the transaction was unsuccessful. Till now the the amount was not credited back to my account. So kindly credit the amount asap.

    I withdrawal the cash in your atm at musiri. I give the correct details and password but amount cannot come but amount to be debited from my account so please. Reverse tha amount to my account

      I could see from the reply that the customer care and the higher officials are not interested in listening to a customer's problem. If the complaint is short(continuation of the long mail) what is the solution to the first mail.
      Has it gone into the recycle bin and the recycle bin got emptied???.

        This is in continuation to the mail sent few hours before. Will a Customer feel comfortable walking into a branch where he has been ill treated??????.

        Is the branch going to lose something just because Sankaranarayanan has left that branch?????.

          I am v. Sankaranarayanan account holder in city union bank. This is the third time i am telling about city union bank staff persons approach to customers. Yesterday i went to rajendra prasad road chromepet branch on 6th of may to open a new fd. I was standing outside in the que and waited for my turn. When my turn came, one staff person (Male) asked me in a raised voice
          "what for you have". I told him i have come to open a fd account. I have never seen a person working in multinational companies talking to a customer in such raised voice. After i walked in, the security staff and the the staff who asked the question were talking with each other. The security was telling the staff who spoke to me said these people (Customers) will spread the covid19 on us. Is it not an insult to a customer???. I finished my work and came out. If i have stooped down to the level of the staff then definitely there is no difference between two o[censored]s.

          Today (7th may), i went to collect the fdr. I had a cheque with me to be deposited in my sb account. I filled the challan. The staff who spoke to me yesterday, took the challan and the cheque and it was not pinned. He gave it to person receiving the cheque. The person receiving the cheque said something. I asked him whether some thing has gone wrong. He said in a raised voice, i can do only one work at a time. Normally i used to hand over the cheque to the concerned person. It was the staff who went and handed over to the person receiving the cheque and a customer (Me) got abused. This shows how wonderfully the branch is treating a customer. I have already been abused twice. When i got abused for the second time i told the branch manager to close all my accounts. But she was so polite and said this will not happen.
          Today i told another senior staff to close my accounts and settle everything because every time a new thing keeps happening.

          We are now going through a very tough situation due to covid19 and the banks are also trying to do some service with limited staff people. If a staff doesn't know how to behave with a customer then what for they are running the bank.

          The higher authorities might feel that a person like me keeps sending complaints and i am a fault finder. Everyone knew that a customer is the most important person in the business. The customer is giving an organisation an opportunity to make their business grow.in the case of that 2 staff members i conclude that they are doing a favour to the customer.

          I have expressed all my feelings. It is up to the higher officials to guide the branch to be friendly with customers and not to be rude. Let this not happen to other customers.

          This branch is not going to make a loss just because a person like Sankaranarayanan is trying to close his accounts. The branch can get any number of customers. Will all be happy and satisfied??????. If a customer gets this kind of treatment, will he feel comfortable when he walks into that branch??????. He has to see the staff person who has not behaved in a polite way. Kindly think and do the needful. Never make a customer to feel disgusted.

          I have received 4 notifications stating that the continuation mail is too small and small complaints will be ignored. Has higher authorities looked into the first long mail or has it gone to the recycle bin and finally deleted.

                            I paid school fees online payment to the pupil saveetha school through the city union bank gateway. (Which provided by school portal).

                            I have paid the amount from my icici bank account.
                            Transaction reference id - [protected]
                            Date -30-march-2020.

                            Amount is debited to my account. But post transaction complete i didn't get the confirmation details and receipt of payment.

                              I used my cub debit card in syndicate bank in dharmapuri-salem main road branch. I tried to withdraw rs.10, 000 on march 20, 2020 at 11.49 a. M but i haven't received any cash but there was a message to my bank registered mobile number that rs.10, 000 have been debited and my account also have been debited with rs.10, 000. So i request kindly to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                I used cub debit card to debit inr: 5000/- from my account in indian overseas bank atm, in batlagundu, dindigul district on 16/03/20 around 11:10 am. A rupees of 5000/- has been claimed but not received from that atm. Amount got debited from my account. The atm id is:iobc1476 kindly revert the transaction and credit the deducted amount in my account.

                                  Sir, from city union bank villupuram branch requested me to apply pan card for my family members with 100 rupees, so i apply pan card for my son (Mohitkumar) and daughter (Kiruthiga) 10 months before, aprox more than 300 days
                                  Till now i didnot get anything from cub sir
                                  I decided to complain about villupuram branch through customer care, but they didnot answer & quit the call before answer, kindly take action resolve my complaint sir

                                    amount debited from account but not received from atm

                                    I used cub debit card to debit inr: 3000/- from my account in tmb mercantile bank atm, in palani, dindigul district on 29/02/20 around 10:52 pm. A rupees of 3000/- has been claimed but not received from that atm. Amount got debited from my account. Than atm id is: tmb08904. Kindly revert the transaction and credit the deducted amount in my account....

                                    Why my debit card has been rejected. Why the head office staff enter in a wrong entry. My card has stolen but they have entered wrongly that my card has been damaged and i am applying for a new card. It is the way of working cub staffs!.

                                    Due to bank entry wrongly i am suffering to get a card for so much delay.

                                    When i will get the card?

                                    Do not delay this kind of way.

                                    Always to issue properly to customer to issue debit card

                                    You should intimate tracking details.

                                    Other banks informing the details by mail or message.

                                    Always give clear answer for the above reject. Recorded reply not satisfied by any customer.

                                      I have applied new debit card on 17th feb 2020 due to my card lost.

                                      Since 10 days have gone there is no reply or i have not received the card.

                                      Customer care and branches have not responded proper reply. And they have told me that after several calls, my card is rejected. (I think bank applyingside mistake). And in my branch to have apply request for new card and it will take another 10days to process/ receive the card.

                                      It is not my mistake bank only sending the request from mail to head office.

                                      I need urgetnly card. When i will get the card? Why it is delayed? Why peoples not answering proper reply / to quick process for preference to get new card. It is the way city union bank working?
