          I’m Jayendran Arumugam. My Dad (Mr.Arumugam) Account number is: [protected]

          Card number: 5253 80 ***** 2982


          We recently used our card to purchase goods after swiped our card the money amount of Rs.649 has been debited twice on 19/11/2020. But from the merchant's side, the amount got declined. Here is our POS number: 99274854 the same POS number got debited twice the amount of Rs.649.

          The details from the merchant side are also attached in this mail.

          We already raised this complaint in the Cub grievance Level 1 and sent an email to [protected]@cityunionbank.com, [protected]@cityunionbank.in, [protected]@cityunionbank.in. But no response

          We already passed 1 week and no response of money to be credited back to us. Please do the help urgently for us.

                I A Gowri account Holder salary account [protected] branch tambaram. I got refund from amazon shopping of Rs 579 on 31 Oct 2020. But till date Rs 579 is not credited to my account.
                When I contacted amazon they told to contact bank for the refund . kindly look into the matter and credit the amount Rs 579 as soon as possible.

                I pudiyaveedu Revathi holder savings account(protected) branch poothandhalam . I recived a refund in Amazon shopping for 2 items i cancelled which are 799 and 799 on 12 dec 2020 but till date didn't them to my bank account .
                When i contacted amazon they asked me to contact bank customer care .please slove this issue and credit the total amount of 1600 in to my account as soon as possible .

                      I have ordered a product form mi website and cancelled the product and I got the message that your refund has been processed and told me wait for 3 working days 31/10/2020-04/11/2020 .                           Dear sir/ Madam,

                          I am sambathkumar. S, living at 32 100 feet road, Nadesan nager, 605005.

                          Today morning nearly 8 o'clock I used the ATM machine in the same address at Nadesan Nagar, pondicherry. To drop cash.

                          Asked for Pin number, then amount, I entered Rs 10, 000. While machine was counting the money suddenly atm machine got shutdown without power.

                          The money is deducted from my TRANSWISE account.

                          What is the procedure to get back my money? Can I raise complaint in police?

                          Kindly let me the procedure.

                                My name is Harish and I had ordered 2 products of 368 of RS.Amount mouse and keyboard in Amazon on (3/10/2020) and after (8/10/2020) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (13/10/2020)

                                  On 17/10/2020, I tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] for Rs.698 through Airtel online recharge mode.The amount Rs.698 was debited from my account towards Bharti Airtel Ltd but recharge was unsucessful.The amount has not been credited to my account.I request you to kindly take necessary action.

                                    I have booked my flight tickets using ixigo and the ticket is not booked on 21st September or 22 September 2020 and the ticket wasn't booked and contacted ixigo for the refund and they have done their process and my money is still not refunded it's been more than 20 days can you do the refund process and kindly do the refund process ASAP

                                      Amount debited from my account but not credited to other's account

                                      Respected Sir/Madam.
                                      I am Karuppu Raja N from Madurai. I paid Rs.5000 for TNEA Engineering counselling through online banking. But It shows transaction status is failed. But Rs.5000 is deducted from my account. I also contacted TNEA officials, They said "we didn't received amount from your account. It may be some transaction failure, contact your bank."

                                      I also paid amount through DD after got this failure.Because today...
