      I have CUB account in Perambur, Chennai Branch. My Account number is [protected]. In my account frequently an amount of 53.10 INR charged as QMC monthly charges and was charged frequently for last two months. There is no need to charge such kind of charges unwanted manner. It should be refunded and hereafter it won't be charged in future. So please take necessary action regarding this and I need proper explanation regarding this unnecessary charges.

                  This is to bring in your notice that I am regularly sending letters for waver of foreclosure charges, we have gone through your website in that it is clearly mentioned that there is no forecloser charge for priority sector loans and RBI guidelines clearly mentioned that priority sectors comes in export units and MSME Units, My firm Ankur Traders and Manufacturers comes in both.

                    I lost my my Debit card and I applied new debit card in CUB Jalladianpet branch medavakkam on January 2 week 2021 still I didn't receive any card or information, so i visit the branch four times in February month but the bank staff not given proper response, I don't know his name but he told any time there's is no time to check for the status of the card.
                    Pls take some action in this regard.

                      It is really so sad to know that despite me raising a complaint and even talking with Mr. Mohan from the Head Office on Saturday (6-Feb-2021) regarding the FDs that have matured, the Chief/ Branch Manager from the Ameerpet Branch, Hyderabad seems to be INTENTIONALLY IGNORING my requests.

                      After talking with Mr. Mohan from the corporate office and sending the below email on 6-Feb-2021 I received phone calls from the chief/ branch manager later in the day and as one of the FDs matured on 3-Feb-2021 he said that the concerned staff (both Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Swaminathan) had taken off because of which the FDs were not renewed according to my request which is that the interest was supposed to have got credited to the SB account and the Principal had to be renewed for 1 year.

                      The FD which got matured on 3-Feb-2021 was renewed accordingly and the Manager later called me and said that the FDs which were maturing on (2) on 7-Feb-2021 and (1) on 8-Feb-2021 would be renewed similar to the one which was renewed on 6-Feb-2021, that is the interest would be credited to the respective SB account and the Principal would be renewed for 1 year. Today i.e., (8-Feb-2021) my requests were not taken up and automatically all the 3 FDs along with the interests got renewed for 1 year.

                      It was a FALSE PROMISE given by the Manager and I also feel that he even gave a false excuse on Saturday by stating that both the staff viz., Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Swaminathan were on leave.

                      I am given a feeling that the entire senior management of CUB seems to be encouraging the Managers/ Staff to not only disrespect its customers but also wanted to show the customers that if they raise any complaints against any of the Managers/ Staff of CUB the customers would be ill-treated/ harassed, in the manner I am being treated now.

                      Also, I am not sure as to why CUB has provided the Principal Officers and other Management email addresses on the website as I have not even received an acknowledgement even from the customer care department (Complaint/ grievance cell).

                      I feel thoroughly cheated by the Senior Management of CUB and I will definitely take up this matter with RBI stating that CUB SENIOR MANAGEMENT SEEMS TO COMMEND ME AS IF IT IS DOING ME A FAVOR INSTEAD OF RESOLVING THE ISSUE/ COMPLAINT THAT I HAD RAISED.

                      I am also given a feeling that the entire Senior Management of CUB is under the impression that THEY ARE MY BOSS AND THAT THEY ARE GIVING AWAY THE MONEY TO ME FROM THEIR OWN POCKET AND THAT I HAVE TO LITERALLY BEG THEM FOR EVEN WITHDRAWING MY OWN MONEY.

                      This kind of attitude I feel is NOT ONLY ILLEGAL BUT AMOUNTS TO FRAUD AND I WILL HAVE TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER AS A CRIMINAL CASE AND POST THIS WITH RBI AND OTHER LEGAL BODIES AND ENSURE THAT I AM GIVEN PROPER JUSTICE BY THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT OF CUB.

                      I feel so sad and even ashamed that I have been a customer of CUB for more than 16+ years now and this is the kind of harassment/ ill-treatment that would be bestowed on such customers.

                      If the senior management wants to enjoy the interest from my FDs please do let me know so that I CAN WRITE THEM AS CHARITY but please don't try to cheat me in this manner and try to enjoy by disrespecting and harassing customers like me.

                        Cash not received from atm but amount deducted from account...
                        Yesterday night I went to take money from dad account so I went to sbi bank near to my home...I put card and pin number first it take so long by displaying your transaction in progress but after sometime the cash not came from machine it just shown unable to process...then after taking card I try to check the balance same as it display unable to process..so I called my father asked is that pin right he said yes right one after that he told me 10k deducted from account but cash not received..but definitely money not came so kindly check it sir it's very important money to pay fees

                              I tried to withdraw cash of 12k rupees from CUB ATM anakaputhur.. But the transaction failed and card was ejected out of the machine...but 12k was debited from my account...Kindly look into my issue and solve as soon aa possible...we are in urgent need of the amount..thank you

                                I made three transaction using Google pay last day and in all the three the transaction got failed.But the respective amount has been fully debited from my account instantly.When will i get refund amount credited to my account please. Resolve this quickly as i have to make some important payments .
