My office guys gave me a clay sim card when I was travelling for work to Singapore. I must say that this was a horrible connection. No proper network coverage, no internet (even though we had internet plan activated) and when contacted the customer care, the guy was very rude! Totally disappointed!!

    Get a Clay Sim Card at your own risk!! Because it is a totally useless connection! I went to Europe and bought their global sim as I was travelling to many places in Europe and didn’t want to keep multiple sims! Trust me you never want to go in for Clay Sim Cards. Out of the 30 days I was there my connection worked only for 10, i made several calls from pay phones from various places to their cust care, but it was all waste!! All i heard on a regular basis was that they will fix it in a few hours but those hours never came in those 20 days!! Very bad and pathetic service.

      My family and I went to USA for a holiday and on a friends recommendation we chose Clay telecom connection instead o[censored]sing the international roaming on our local numbers. Obvioulsy we wanted to save on the international bill. It was a really bad decision cz instead of saving on our bills we were overcharged and slammed us a bill of 10k. After several emails they shared the proper itemized bill we saw certain nos we hadn’t called were charged once but on regular intervals! So the actual bill which was some 6k was hiked to 10k at their convenience. Pathetic and fraud company!

        Recently I went to Thailand for my friend’s wedding. I took the Clay Telecom post paid plan with internet so I can share pics not only with my mother but a few other friends who cudnt make it. Clay telecom number did not work anywhere! Useless no! And when I called the customer care to complain against their poor services, they were just so rude! Never using this again

          I was in Australia using Clay Sim Card for that very region and i had to call the very mentioned number in an emergency cz my data stopped working and i needed the same for my emails. And talking with Clay’s cust execs showed me their next level of rudeness and lack of information abt the product. Not only was i told that it cudnt be rectified, but kept on hold for 20 minutes. Post which they just hung up. Nobody has the time to use such pathetic services!

            i happen to fall in their trap of a pre paid sim card for Dubai and did buy it as well thinking it was a great deal. Great deal my foot !! Their rates for outgoing calls are crazy high and most of my credit was consumed by the data. These ppl didnt even tell me anything about the data charges. Beware and get all the information from these guys before you find yourself paying hefty bills !! Frauds !

              I bought myself a Uniconnect sim card for Germany, spent so much on recharging the sim cz the money just seemed to fly off everytime i made a call. I spent more money recharging the sim than procuring one. I guess my international roaming would have been cheaper than this. Poor services overall. Just don’t use their sim cards ever...

                If you are looking for a wow experience, trust me you should not even think o[censored]sing the pathetic services provided by Clay Sim cards. The same has happened twice with me, with teh same outlook and response from their customer execs when my sim didnt work, calls dropped randomly whenever the sim chose to pick any network and they just refused to take any actions despite several calls. Recommending never to use Clay

                  Clay Sim Cards – horrible horrible and horrible again. Used their pre paid option for Thailand and it was disgusting. Before even i could get the sim, I paid for the recharge and everything else that you can think of and on arrival the sim refused to register on any network!!! Being a pre paid option, even the exectives didnt pay any heed to the issue and just dismissed it

                    I bought a prepaid Clay Sim card from the delhi for UK and must say i had the worst customer experience with them. I was told that the sim wud automatically pick the network but once i got there and inserted the card, there was nothing. And on calling the customer care @[protected] my call was transferred from one person to the other but no one helped me with the no signal issue. All that they kept on saying was it is automatic so it will happen. ! It actually happened 2 days before my return! Horrible!!

                      Be rest assured that all your money will be wasted if you use Clay sim cards. I took a prepaid clay sim card for Europe cz i wanted to curb my telephone expenses. But turned out i spent more than expected only recharging the phone or running to the pay phones to call their “really busy” customer centre, who don’t seem to respond at any given hour!! Overall really bad and frustrating experience using CLAY!!

                        in the worst hours of my life i feel i wud have bought a clay sim card for Australia. I rechecked my call records twice when i saw my bill of rs 18k for 10 days. Turned out that i was billed for calls made by person who used the number before me and for most of the calls, there was increase in the duration by them. It took me a week to get this sorted and to finally pay my bill of 6k!!! See the difference ! Never using this again

                          I was in UK until my European Clay Sim card started acting up. With the only option being calling the customer care, i did that. Oh but what a task it was to get through one number. It took me half and hour of just getting through the number, another 15 mins for someone to connect me to the executive who i thought would help me. After 10 mins of explaining my problem, he just said its network issue, we cant help and it will be fixed by itself. !! Thats my very first and last impression of Clay telecom.

                            I bought a sim card from Clay while i was travelling to US and convenience turned into a inconvenience right after i signed the agreement sheet. First they blocked 10k on my card. When i questioned, they said its US so thats the norm for US. And then while i was in US not even 6 days into the trip, they barred all my calls – outgoings or incomings! I was left with a mobile phone which was rendered useless!! Calling their customer care, i get to know that i have crossed my limit of credit and until someone pays the bill, they wont start my services. !! I had to email them to disconnect my connection while i was US and cleared the bill worth 4000 ( which was my credit limit i guess) right there. So if you want to go through this process, please go ahead and get urself a clay sim card!!

                              Even if offered for free, never use Clay sim cards.!!! Trust me when i say this cz i have learnt my lesson the hard way, being stranded mid way, no signals on the phone and what to comment on the really super inefficient customer care ppl hired !!! It was the worst experience of my life

                                As a part of an official trip to US, my admin guy got me an international sim card from Clay mentioning that everything has been taken care of and i would have no issues using the same. And what can say after i started using this intriguing peice of technology. After 2 days all incomings and outgoings barred!!! Somehow the customer care responded being a Sunday giving me a lame reason as that i have crossed my credit limit of 5k rs and until i deposit more money they cant restart the services!!! How is it even possible that a post paid corporate connection be serviced like this !! Total disappointment !!

                                  Can’t believe that I used a Clay Sim Card for my travels to Thailand. Anyways was a short duration trip and on top of that this crappy regular failing services just messed things up big time in terms of communicating with friends there. Total disappointment and never going to recommend this piece of crap to anyone!!

                                    Learning from mistakes and never using Uniconnect sim cards. I have had the worst experience using their sim card for Australia. Nobody informed me about something called as a flag fall cost to any calls being made! Was clueless and so was their customer execs. Turned out i spent more recharging that stupid sim card than what i would have spent otherwise. !! Dont fall in their trap of being super economical!! OK

                                      I was travelling to Germany for about 10 days and took a clay sim card for the same. The guy was super quick in delivering the sim card to me, but when it actually came to the service quotient, i’d rate them a negative!! The sim would only work after 15-20 mins call to the customer care to fix it(obviously that call was charged exorbitantly. This happened not once or twice, but thrice !! What a way to make money of people !! Never recommending this cheat of a company to anyone!

                                        So glad that i can voice my opinion here about horrible customer care services from Clay Sim Cards. I took their international sim for US with $30 rental plan for 25 days. Despite having given my credit cards details, i get a message after 10 days that i can no longer make longs. I called up the customer care centre and the guy on the phone told me that because i crossed my credit limit on the number, i can no longer receive or make calls!! The guy wasn’t ready to extend any solution only kept on repeating like a type it cant be possible!! Whats the point of a post paid connection then!! Such a horrible services company!
