I bought a sim card from Clay while i was travelling to US without knowing what i was getting into. First they charged my card with 10k, saying they do it specifically for US. And not even a week into the trip, they barred all my calls! I was left with a mobile phone which was rendered useless!! Calling their customer care, i get to know that i have crossed my limit of credit while i was told i had an unlimited plan and until someone pays the bill, they wont start my services. !! I had to email them to disconnect my connection while i was US and cleared the bill worth 5000rs. So if you want to go through this process, please go ahead and get yourself a clay sim card!!
