Worst Customer support

Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer support team employed!! I had some billing issues where they over charged my credit card by adding another months rental to a rental free plan for UK. It was quite strange that the sales rep asked me to call the customer care for such issues whereas i thought it was his duty to get the bill rectified! Clay is a headache

I took a Clay Sim for a place as regular as Singapore and trust me i have never experience such a worse service ever. Pathetic data services (which was the main reason why i chose to take an international sim card). The customer support team wasnt of any help either. Neither were they ready to upgrade the service nor discontinue the same. Clay Sim cards literally gave me a headache with their poor and over hyped services!...

Have hired the rudest customer support and totally useless as well

I opted for Clay Sim card for my recent travel to Thailand and i must warn all of those who plan to use their services for any other country. My sim wasnt working after a few hours of landing and like any normal person i called the customer support number that they shared. Ok so first it took me forever to get thru the number and when i did get lucky, the guy on the call cud barely give me any solution to my no signals issue and just hung...

If you are looking for savings as an option, its better that you DONT EVER use Clay Sim Cards. I used it for UK and regretted it big time. Even after they blocked 10k on my credit card as buffer money, they billed me for 20k for a week!! Imagine with no data activated and calls made not more than a few minutes i got billed for 20K!! Disgusting services by Clay telecom

Clay telecom will take your credit card details and charge you on the same over and over again for bill that doesn’t belong to you. I was travelling to HongKong and used a Clay sim card for the same. Like any customer, i gave my details to save me the hassle of running to make payments once the bill is generated. Having cleared my bill, they charged my card again for a bill against a UK number, while i was still in India !!! And they don’t...

I was travelling to Singapore for work and after quite some debate on nternational sim cards, i was forced to use a clay sim card for Singapore. I was assured that everything has been tested and activated and i wudnt have any issues whatsoever. I landed and ever since i only had issues with that junk until i came back and returned the sim... The bbm services were inactive all the while and the voice calls were more expensive than making calls...

Pathetic coverage and poor customer support

My parents were travelling to Malaysia and to be in touch with them, i got them a sim card from Clay. And trust me, their services are pathetic!! My parents landed and their sim didnt work at all. For the first 2 days the sim didnt work and after several calls to the sales guy and some screaming they got the sim working on the 3rd day!! Such pathetic and poor support!! Totally disgusted!...

Never use Clay guys.. Ever!!

I was travelling to Italy and France and got a European Clay Sim Card. Turned out not only did i pay for pathetic coverage and snail slow data, but also for countries that i never visited! So basically i paid for UK as well, which was no where on my list! And the rude customer support wasnt ready to refund until i had to take up the issue to the Sales Manager! Never use Clay guys.. Ever!!...

Clay is full of liars

I’d like to complain against this dubious company Clay Telecom. They are nothing but bunch of liars who seem to be running the show. I took a Clay Sim Card for UK and the sales guy ensured that my bill wont be charged on my credit card. I had a horrible experience trying to find decent coverage area, and on returning the entire bill was charged on my card despite the instructions. On calling the customer support, they said no such instruction...

Warning against clay sim

Warning against poor services that they will ensure you pay for – I was travelling to Dubai and bought a UAE local Clay Sim Card. I already had deposited a security against the number which by all means did not work at all there. Despite several calls, there was no respite from their end and they had the audacity to send me a bill worth 5k!! No service, no calls made or received and yet they debited 5k from my card with no explanation....

Clay is totally crap !!

Clay Sim Cards are the worst when it comes to customer service and the quality of their service. I took their sim card for my travels to Paris and it was total crap!! There were hardly any signals throughout the trip and when i managed to call the customer care for help, they kept me hanging for good 15 mins and then abruptly disconnected!! This is their poor levels of service. Never using their servies ever again!...

Beware of the rudeness

I bought a clay sim card for Thailand and while i gave all the supporting documents and credit card details as asked by the sales rep, my sim still dint work when i landed in Bangkok!! Like any other person, i called up the customer support team seeking help. But they were sooo rude on the phone!! Told me my documentation was incomplete and bcz of which they cudnt extend any help on the issue!! Despite telling them that everything was shared...

Dont fall a prey to Clay Sim Cards

My daddy got me a Clay Student Sim card for UK and while we were in the process of procuring everything from the sales rep, he ensured that if at all i had any issues using the sim there, he wud be available to help sort issues out. Turned out it was nothing but a BIG FAT LIE only to close the sale. My number was working fine the first 10 days and then was acting up with falling signals, poor data services and sometimes the data didnt work...

Never ever use clay sim

Never use Clay Sim Cards for Thailand or any other country. They are neither cheap in terms of affordability nor do they have the brilliant coverage that is pasted all over their website!! Its all a honeytrap to make money from people who buy their services to make life simpler but instead are calling them from their destination so that their sim would work!! Poor quality product!...

Worst network coverage in Australia

Experienced the worst network coverage in Australia with Clay Sim Cards. Get a clay sim card and its assured that there will be numerous hidden charges which they never disclose while signing the deal and ultimately slap a big bill on your face. Just pathetic !!...

Pathetic signals

It be better to be without a connection than use one from Clay Sim Cards, cz its also actually like having none!! Poor and pathetic signals are its trademark with equally pathetic customer services that have no idea about what they are selling or what is the solution to what problem! Least trustworthy company

I was travelling to Germany and thought of cutting down on my international bills, therefore rented a Clay Sim Card for the same. I was a quite unsure about sharing my credit card details with the man(who already looked like a cheat to me) who had come to sell the connection, but in good faith for the company i did, giving them instrctons that the final payment will be settled by cheque. Negative Customer Service

I bought a clay Sim card for France and while which worked fine the first day, acted up a lil on the secnd and stopped all of a sudden on the third!! I had to make calls to their customer centre via payphones to get this recurring issue fixed! But there was no respite from their end. Those guys were not even concerned about the issue, infact kept on saying it will get fixed in a few hours, but they never were really empathetic about my problem....

Horrible Connectivity

In case you are planning to use Clay Sim Cards for ny of your international travels, its a request please think not twice, but thrice!! I used a Clay sim card across Europe, cz they claimed they have the best network connectivity and everthing is smooth!! It was nthing but crap.. I could barely make calls, cz most of the time there was no reception on my phone, while my co-passengers had full signals!! Clay telecom is the worst option that...
