During my stay in Singapore and Malaysia, I have used clay telecoomunication card and when i back and recived invoice and call detail.
It was really SURPRICE THAT SEVERAL TIME i called a number which was actually 5 digit (32588).
i complaint the same in the clay that this was not done by my side but they said that you received some messages and this was chargeble.


when i checked my phone then i found that i have not even received any mrssage because this no is not share with any of member.


then Clay persone told me that you made a call or several points ,,,$%^&*

Finally, i paid for the same even i didn't do this

please avoid to use clay Telecommunication...

    I had called up Just- Dial recently to ask for the number of few telecom companies , they assisted me with this new name “Clay Telecom” and provided me its number , I called them up and told them my requirements. They assisted me with a “fraud” scheme and persuaded me to take the sim card.I had purchased a clay telecom worldwide blackberry card on 26th May 2011 wherein I desired to use the same only to check the emails on my blackberry . I was delivered the card at the airport and was told that my email service will start within 2 hours . After waiting for 2 hours when my Sim – card didn’t work I called the gentleman / technician / executive again . He gave me the number of some other gentleman and said that he will be able to assist better . I kept calling then the conclusion by both the gentlemen was that my simcard will get activated when I land Hong Kong . After landing there , the status of my emails in the sim card was yet the same ( None of the emails were configured ). I kept calling them for 2 days and they kept juggling me from one person to the other all the time .

    The conclusion of this email was that I was fooled by the telecom company who provide fake cards and misuse people’s needs and I request you take an action to prevent this with any other consumer.

      I am frequent traveler overseas because of my business and I prefer being on international roaming as I go for 2-3 days so I stay connected to the relevant people this way. But international roaming is very expensive for me. So this time before my travel I thought of buying a SIM card from clay for my 3 day trip after I saw their claims of humongous savings on their website. But I will regret my desicion for the rest of my life. I took 3 connections. A "worldberry" connection so i could access my blackberry when i travel and my business partner bought a UK sim card alongwith a global sim card as he had to travel to a couple of countries. My biggest regret is that he bought the 2 sim cards after i suggested him. The savings claimed by clay are NOT humongous. Instead our bills turned out to be humongous. the world sim card never worked and after repeated calls to a lousy lot of customer care, NOTHING HELPED US. so PLEASE DONT USE CLAY EVER IN YOUR LIFE. I will take strict action against the company for misleading and doing fradulent charges.

      Mine was a horrible experience too . first of all their call rates are atrocious, customer care is doesn't exist in reality . i had paid my bill through cash but still my card was charged twice without consent.. 2 months and still waiting to get my money back. never use clay telecom

        I want to bring this into the notice of all that I want to appreciate Clay telecom for its wonderful services. I chose to raise my voice here. When we can share complaints here why not good feedback. I went to Japan in August and I truly would like to applaud Clay for being such a wonderful service provider. My need was taken into urgent level and I was clarified all the terms and conditions fully. And, I would like to thank my Account Manager who was of great support throughout my stay at Japan. I faced lot of trouble in my previous visit when I was not aware of Clay and I chose the other operator. Believe me I was robbed. The bill I paid is still not clear and I think they would never be able to solve. Thanks Clay

          I purchased an interantional SIM card for Thailand and Malaysia around 3 months back. When I received the bills, I found out that the company (Clay Telecom) had charged me a mot more than what they had advertised (and mentioned in the user manual). Despite several calls and written complaints, my concerns for correct billing were not addressed.

I travel very frequently, and have used their services. They are not the best, but they deliver.”

          Bad option

          Clay Sim cards are a total waste of money. I landed up paying up for services that I could never use, and still pay heavily for the same. A bad option to use.

            On 30th November, 2009, I had purchased 2 SIM Cards from your IGI Airport outlet:-
            1. Rental Card for Dubai (UAE) - no.[protected]
            2. Pre-paid Card for Germany - no. [protected]

            My credit card of Axis Bank Ltd./VISA was swiped for 2 deposits of Rs.5,000/- each (Rs.10,000/- total), on the assurance that this would be released after my return and surrender of the rental SIM card.

            For reasons best known to your company, this amount was blocked again after a month, and upon enquiry I was told that it will be released soon.

            I have now received a statement from my bank where the amount of Rs.10,000/- has been credited to your company, and I am being asked to pay the sum.

            This amounts to GROSS MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, and FRAUDULENT activity on behalf of Falcon Services/Clay Telecom, and is cause for remedial action from our side if not corrected IMMEDIATELY.

            2nd point: The rental SIM (no.[protected] for Dubai/UAE did NOT function at all. This was reported twice, on 1st Dec. 2009, and 6th Dec. 2009. It was a serious problem since I did not have any means of communication in Dubai, and upon repeated follow-up from my office we were told that I would be compensated for a local SIM card which I could purchase.

            We are still waiting for them to refund the amount of Rs. 10,000 charged by them .

            Clay Telecom- A Complete Fraud Company. Totally out to Rob their unsuspecting customers of their hard earned money. They say they will only bock rs 5000, but 5000 ALWAYS ends up being debited from ur account WITHOUT your Knowledge, despite ur bills being settled on time. DO NOT take CLAY telecom cards. They are a complete money making, scheming company, out to take innocent customers for a ride.
            WARNING - Anyone travelling abroad - DO NOT take Clay telecom cards

            1) There is always a discrepancy in the billing. I was told that i would be charged .30 usd, but was charged .49 usd!
            2) I was told that rs 5000 would ONLY be blocked, but WITHOUT my knowledge 5000 was Debited from my account.
            3) When i called Ateet Mishra- Clay telecom credit control manager to explain my grievances, was hung up on without any clarification re the same!!
            4)Clay telecom can any time, any day, debit my account of rs 5000 as they DO NOT intimate the same to their customers, I have done a big mistake by trusting Clay telecom, by allowing them to block rs 5000 on my credit card.
            CLAY TELECOM IN SHORT IS TRULY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY< OUT TO ROB THEIR UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.
            Hi Kumar, I am Rajeev and I am genuinely sick of Falcon Services. Last week I went to Australia for 4 days on a business trip, and my bill was extremely inflated. I think that the money they spend on advertising is made by fleecing innocent customers like us. They are a bunch of robbers. I have had a relatively better experience with Clay Telecom - http://clay.co.in/landingpage.aspx . At least their bill was fine, and the network is great.             Falcon is the parent compnay of Clay. Clay is brand name only to make customer fool. The Falcon or Clay is established to cheat customers. Intentionally Clay telecom overcharge customers and when customers ask them to justifie the bill, they refuse it and their hired criminal nature goons call you 24x 7 to pressuries you to clear the un-justified bill. Their goons abuses each and every person from the sim card history and abuse them. Don' know why still Clay / Falcon license not cancelled by govt. Till when govt. call allow to Clay-Falcon to cheat customers.

            Do not try the CLAY telecom sim cards!

            During my one month France visit, I used this and now ended up in a big mess. The clay telecom is not even ready to provide an exact statement of the call details after the SIM return! I am just waiting for the final settlement. Don’t know how much these people gonna charge!
            When we contacted them several times, they never gave any response. After the purchase they blocked the money and for sure now they will bill me same they blocked! Hope it won’t be more than that.

            Pls do not purchase this sim and go abroad!!! Try use local phones or VOIP calling cards.
            Refrain from using Clay. Its cheating business!

            Clay Telecom — Never using this Clay Telecom again!

            Recently I went to Thailand for a cousin wedding. I took the Clay Telecom post paid plan with internet so I can send mother pictures as she couldn’t come with us. Clay telecom number did not work anywhere! Useless no! And when I complaint the customer care was rude! Never using this again!

            If you happen to come across any offers from Clay Telecom, trust that company to make a fool out of its customers. I happened to use Clay for Malaysia and have regretted it big time. Their services are just pathertic and poor network coverage. Staying connected is absolutely impossible using their services. Horrible

            BE AWARE OF CLAY CALLING CARDS

            I fully agree with other users that CLAY CALLING CARDS seems to be a fraudulent in billing the clients. Initially they come with very nominal schemes to attract the clients but once you fall in to their trap they squeze like anything. Recently I had a Guest who utiliesed their calling card for Thailand for 3 nights with a bear minimum usage but to our surprise they have billed the client exorbitantly. We strongly suggest please do not fall to the trap of such companies

            Worst sim cards ever

            I bought this clay sim card for Thailand and it was simply horrible. There was hardly any signal throughout my trip and the voice quality and equally pathetic. It become of a pain than relief of being connected !!

              I went to US for couple of months and used Clay telecom's International Sim Card there which i took here from Delhi.
              Now when i am back and I saw my generated Invoice I found many descrepancies in the bill.
              They have charged me for sms chat on a particular number whereas I never used SMS chat from my number.
              But they are not agreeing on it and moreover they deducted the invoice amount from my Credit card without my permission.
              Please check in the screen shot(just a small part of my generated invoice) I have marked with Red they are saying these are sms chat whereas I never used my number for sms chat and also its impossible to send smses in just 2-3 seconds time difference for which actually they have charged.(check screenshot)
              I talked to Priyanka Verma and Sangeeeta Rawat from clay telecom and everyone gave me the same reply that you used SMS Chat whereas I never used SMS chat on my number.

              Please help me in this.

              Hi ALL,

              Issue Resolved...
              This is in continuation with my previous comment/complaint.
              I would like to say that my problem has been resolved and I will definitely prefer taking clay telecom sim card, only thing is if you find any issues with it then contact your Account manager immidiately and they willl help you in resolving your issue.
