On 30th November, 2009, I had purchased 2 SIM Cards from your IGI Airport outlet:-
1. Rental Card for Dubai (UAE) - no.[protected]
2. Pre-paid Card for Germany - no. [protected]
My credit card of Axis Bank Ltd./VISA was swiped for 2 deposits of Rs.5,000/- each (Rs.10,000/- total), on the assurance that this would be released after my return and surrender of the rental SIM card.
For reasons best known to your company, this amount was blocked again after a month, and upon enquiry I was told that it will be released soon.
I have now received a statement from my bank where the amount of Rs.10,000/- has been credited to your company, and I am being asked to pay the sum.
This amounts to GROSS MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, and FRAUDULENT activity on behalf of Falcon Services/Clay Telecom, and is cause for remedial action from our side if not corrected IMMEDIATELY.
2nd point: The rental SIM (no.[protected] for Dubai/UAE did NOT function at all. This was reported twice, on 1st Dec. 2009, and 6th Dec. 2009. It was a serious problem since I did not have any means of communication in Dubai, and upon repeated follow-up from my office we were told that I would be compensated for a local SIM card which I could purchase.
We are still waiting for them to refund the amount of Rs. 10,000 charged by them .
