Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer support that could ever be --- While i had got a UK sim card from Clay, and within 3 days o[censored]sing that “post paid” sim card, my services were blocked with no intimation. It took me 15 minutes on an INTERNATIONAL CALL to get someone to respond to my call in the customer centre, i was told that i had not paid my prior bills so services were disconnected, while as per my records, i was using their services for the FIRST TIME! Without listening, the call got disconnected and the number never worked for the remaining 15 days. Imagine my frustration ! Never using such a pathetic service provider again. Its anyday better to travel without a sim card than to use Clay Sim cards for this purpose.
