The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Rude Customer Care

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I had bought a clay sim card for Hong Kong for a period of 5 days. The sales guy Rakesh told me setting the phone would be an easy task and the sim would immediately catch the local network. While I tried my level best to connect to any network on the airport, it was all futile and in the belief of seeking help from clay’s customer care, I called them up only to hear rude insinuations from the guy behind the phone and ultimately...

Very expensive deal

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

If you plan to buy a clay sim card for any travel destination, trust my words, it is will be more expensive than what they portray. I bought it for Thailand and hardly used it to make once in a day call back home and still I was billed 7k for 3 days. This is nowhere being cheap or affordable. Not worth the money spent....

Poor performance

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I bought a clay sim card for Australia and it was a bad experience. The network lagged all the time plus when I checked for other local available options there, Clay Sim turned out to be very expensive. Don’t think will be using it in the future....

A huge let down

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I was traveling to Italy for work and given a clay sim card by my assistant so that I could keep in touch with work and family. Well that would have been the case, had the sim worked even once after I landed. Despite several efforts and calls to their customer care ppl, where nobody seemed to really help me with anything, but kept on saying that the charges will be applicable irrespective. I finally used the old fashioned international roaming...

Poor network coverage

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I used clay sim card in London and I have had a really bad time with their services. There were practically no signals in my phone most of the times and whenever I would call their customer support on the number shared, it would never connect. It was a very bad and frustrating experience overall. Don’t think will be using their services again....

Overpriced services

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I was traveling to Germany for a business conference and I thought o[censored]sing a clay sim card other than my regular international roaming as its always an expensive deal. I was assured that the plan that I was on, was a rental free plan and call rates were on corporate rates. Oh by the time I came back to India, I had a bill worth 35k staring right in my face with rentals charged, there were no corporate rates as mentioned. My international...

Clay Telcom has poor customer services

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

It was my bad luck that I bought a clay sim card for my very first travel to Singapore. I was there for a week and of those 7 days, my sim didn’t work beyond three days. A sudden shut down with no respite from clay’s customer care. They turned out be more useless than the services itself. I think all they want is for us to buy and pay for services that don’t seem to work after a while. Never using Clay Sims again....

Total disappointment.

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

My husband took a Clay International sim card for his recent trip to Singapore so that he could be regular touch with us back home. Oh my God, the services were so pathetic that i cant even begin to complain..! We could barely talk for a few minutes and the call woul drop now and again. Surprisingly when he started using the calling card for the same, it never happened. Clay Sim Cards are definitely not the best option....

A total waste of money

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

My boss and i were travelling to Malaysia for a Business conference and on his friend’s recommendation we used Clay sim cards for the same. Cant say for him, but for me it was by far the worst services that i have ever used!!! Poor network throughout the trip, like barely a signal also. I am so glad that i had taken my Indian number emergency as a backup which actually turned out to be the one that i used., cz the clay sim card just didnt...

Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer support that could ever be

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer support that could ever be --- While i had got a UK sim card from Clay, and within 3 days o[censored]sing that “post paid” sim card, my services were blocked with no intimation. It took me 15 minutes on an INTERNATIONAL CALL to get someone to respond to my call in the customer centre, i was told that i had not paid my prior bills so services were disconnected, while as per my records, i was using their...

Terrible services of clay

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

Clay Sim Cards could possibly be the worst option available to an international traveler. Not only do they inflate the final bills, but take forever to correct their mistake after several phone calls and emails. It’s a tedious task to deal with poor network first and then their incompetency. Never using their services ever again....

Use Clay Sim Cards at your own risk

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

My admin guy got me a Clay Sim Card for my travels to Germany. While I am still here in Germany I cant wait to get back to India and blast the living daylights of Clay Sim Cards. They have the worst network coverage. It is not only embarrassing to call over and over again to their support centre but also humiliating for getting no respite from their end. Whats the point o[censored]sing an international number, i[censored]ltimately I have to use my Indian...

Clay Sim Cards have a really bad support team

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

Not only are their services poor, but their customer support adds a cherry to the cake of problems. While I was still trying to use my Singapore Clay Sim Card which wasn’t working at all, I called the support team for help. It took me 20 mins to get throough that number and then they have the most misinformed staff working for them who seemed to not only lack the basic knowledge but also manners. Anyways, learnt my lesson and wont ever...

Services are not worth it

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

Clay Sim Cards are definitely not the best option for any international traveler. I have used their services for HongKong twice and both the time I have been disappointed. The first time my sim had network issue plus the customer support was least interested and the second time I got an extremely inflated bill, by almost 10k. Its such a disappointment to give Clay another chance but their services are not worth it. .....

So Bad

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I guess this was a really horrible Canadian Sim card i used from Clay sim cards. I was informed that their calling rates are relatively cheaper but that was not the case. They are really expensive and bad network connectivity. Never using such fraud and expensive services again...

Very Horrible!

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

By far the most pathetic services that i have ever used. I opted for a clay sim card for Malaysia thinking i would be connected with my family but that was definitely wishful thinking!! All the while i found trying to get one network bar to be able to call my wife back home but in all vain. And their customer support centre is equally slow and lost. Such a pathetic pre-paid service that am going to use ever again....

Please Beware!

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

Clay sim cards are a total waste of your monies. I took a prepaid clay sim card for Europe as i was looking for convenience over too many sim cards. Also prepaid meant i cud stop using it anytime that i wanted to. But turned out i spent more than expected recharging the phone and the inconvenience that their poor network coverage was, is truly pathetic. Overall really bad and frustrating experience using CLAY!!...

Never using again

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I happened to use Clay Sim card for UK and it was a really bad choice. My sim card wasn’t working ever since i landed and despite several calls to the customer centre, they didnt seem to extend any sort of help whatsoever!! The sim never worked and i had to get it cancelled within 2 days into my trip but these frauds sure did charge me 1000 bucks for rentals and for the sim from which i barely made any calls! Neither using nor ever recommending...

Useless service ever

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

For everyone wanting to know about Clay Sim Cards please never use any services that are offered by them. I bought their rental free sim card for Dubai and on face value it seemed very affordable to call back India. But true story actually revealed when i got my bill, i was charged 75 dirhams as rental along with a 8k rs for a period of 5 days. This is clearly no where being close to affordable and now am stuck playing email games for refunds...
