I have a ordered a dress but the one i received was very cheap cloth. Couldnt digest this. And i want to return it but no one is responding... Too bad please take action against this. Every rupee i spent is very important to me. Please help me.
I have received the product but the status says still pending.. Due to this reason i couldnt make a return request.
I even trying to call them, it says switch off.. I kept a mail and...

The size of the dress is incorrect! I asked for a free size coz they said that it would be a little bigger than the xxl one! The one you've sent is probably a large size cause it doesn't measure up to the numbers provided by your website! Plus the dress doesn't match the picture. So i want the dress to be returned! Also as it was a cash on delivery order, i want a refund of my money!...

Product shown in picture and what i have received is totally different attaching the picture for your reference, the quality is cheap and print is pathetic.in website the picture has sleeves and in reality its sleevless. The dress i have got is useless and waste product.in market 799 rs i vil get a nice dress better than this. Very cheap quality and given a different size which i cant put my head itself. Very very bad quality product.plus item sent does not match with the product sent..a dummy customer care number is provided which is of no use..email number doesn't seem to work..we customers are in such a helpless situation..the product mentioned and shown was for 799 but the product sent is not even the value of Rs 100..a fraud company..my bad that I did not read the reviews before.....
