I ordered 3 products order id[protected] costing 1384 inr on 10 - feb - 19. On 14-feb - 19 i received courier containing 3 products, out of which one i haven't ordered and other two was not as mentioned in the order (Material was shabby n sizes were not proper). Since then i am trying to reach the customer care via e-mail and phone but no response. I also asked about the return policy via msg and adding comment on facebook page but no response....

I was ordered 3 peaces western dresses from your website and i get wrong deliverable at yesterday i get only 2 peaces of suits which i am not ordered and my account does not show me the refund option it will still showing pending delivery, my order no. Is[protected], so kindly arrange the way for return the products and refund money to my bank account or through mobile number....

My order detail (Order id:[protected], order date - 14.02.2019, delivery date – 18.02.2019). Three western dress are very disappointed by the dress. Size is too small to wear, and not matched with the picture. I want to cancel the order and return the dress. Tried to contact the website they dint reply on my issue they have given wrong size product and worst quality sent them mail but no response.

I have ordered 3 western dresses which flare has 3.5 metre but when i got its totally different which i seen and ordered. Each dresses has hardly 1 metre flare and fabric is very poor. I gaave paid ₹ 1573. I have called many times but nobody respond me and also i sent some messages. I sent email but shows address not found. The dress I ordered is not the one I received.. Its alow quality material also not the model I ordered. Their customer number is not available. Its fraud I think. I need my money back. The dress I ordered shown in their website looks different from the one I received. The material is very poor quality.. Also not same model. Its fraud company, their customer care number is not available....

Ordered for product - whitedplts01. Was a cod order and was dropped on the 8th of feb.
My complaints are :
Very cheap quality cloth. Not shown according to picture. The fit is not great either. As good as a cleaning rag in the house.
Want to return the product and tried calling for a week, went unanswered. No effective customer care. Site is as good as a scam. Should be shut down immediately.

I have seen advertisement on fb page. They r showing good product but this site cheated me by showing me offer of buy 2 get 3... I ordered but get only 2 dress instead of 3. I ordered 2 gowns worth 799 each. I received the parcel on feb 06, 2019. The gowns i received are totally different and very cheap material.
