Hi I have received the lemongreen dress on June 19 . The product material is totally not good and damaged too. Kindly take return of it and return the money back. Size of the product is also too small . Customer care number is switched off. Kindly do favour to take return of the product and return back the money I have paid. I have sent mail about it to the company but no response....

Cheap quality dress was sent and the contact number on the site given is switched off.
Fake website it seems .
As you order something else and you get dress of cheap quality totally different from what one see on the website.

Hi, i have ordered a dress in clothing heart and the quality of the product is not worth for money and also it's totally looks different from you showed in website. And material quality is very bad and transparent. I want to return the product and want refund for the order i placed. I tried contacting the customer care number provided in the website and it's always switched off. I have sent a mail couple of times and there is no response....

I've ordered a dress 6 days back looking at facebook, and what i received is a completely different and worst dress, clothing material, design everything is different and of no use, tried to call them many times, persistently coming switch off, tried to return it, but there is no option on their site, although they've promised to take back their product with in 7 days. Please look into this and take necessary action against this fake company....

I got the wrong product from clothing heart with order number[protected]. Their email and phone number provided is not working. Its a fraud website. There is no option for return and refund. Please suggest any option if available.
Please dont buy any products from the site.
When i am checking a lot of people lost their money from clothing heart. Fraud alert...

I had asked for a size larger than 44 inches (Free size) but the parcel that came is very small size therefore, parcel should be taken back and returned my money. The clothes are not very good too. The color is also very bad. The biggest thing is that the size does not belong if size is also kept. I opened the parcel, the mood became worse, it was not expected from such a big website as if i was cheated...

I ordered three dresses costing 1817/- from clothing heart. I did not receive any e-mail about the product details. I got the delivery on sunday, may 05, 2019, and i paid the money to the executive as it was cod order. The sad part is the material is of poor quality, not even close to what i saw on the website and to make it worse, it doesn't fit me at all (I usually buy medium but this time i ordered xl thinking that i can get the fitting...

Website does not received any negative reviews also. Thats y people are deceived easily by positive reviews. Please take severe action on this bloody company. So many people are cheated by this company. So much money are looted from people by this company. Please understand our pain. Resolve our issues as soon as possible. Anyone can know police persons please take their help and take severe action on this company...

The companies mails are bouncing back [protected]@clothingheart.com, [protected]@clothingheart.com. No response on phone number been provided too. Material has ordered and acknowledged by [protected]@clothingheart.com are totally different and even size been order too differs. This cheap people doesnt have...

Why you are not responding from 2 days. I have send so much mails but you didn't reply them. Your contact number are working. You have to return my money in my account. I think this is fake account....
