I have ordered a dress for rs.899 from www.clothingheart.com on 21st jan 2018.I just received an order confirmation to my gmail after the order was placed and no other communications after that. There is no customer care number given in the website . I tried calling them but its saying invalid number. Also sent reminder mails but they are not replying. Today when i am opening their website, it is down. Seems to be a fraud website to me. Please...

I have placed an online order of combo dress of 3 for rs.1999 and also made online payment. The product delivered to me was an unstitched dress material. There is no contact number for calling and they are not responding to emails as well. The product status after 1 week of delivery is still showing as processing and i cannot return it.
For sure this is a fraud company. Please donot order from them. I have lost my money and got product...

I had ordered a dress and recieved that was not the same as shown in the website so i wrote to them to arrange the pickup of the same. No one responded on the mail id provided and have also provided with the live chat option that never works. The contact number given on the return policy doesn’t works. They are making fool of the customers.

I have cheated from the the website www.clothingheart.com. they have sent me a substandard product which is not at all of good quality torn on multiple sides, faded color, pre-used prodcut. Moreover the size is also not the same for which i have ordered.
