Hi i have purchased a dress from this seller through facebook link. The product is substandard. The poduct received is not as seen in the picture. It is 3/4 th sleeves whereas in the picture it is full length. I am unable to get into the dress as the neck is too small.
I want to return and take refund.
Clothing heart phone number is not answering. You people are replying to emails. I think they are fake company cheating many...

I ordered one dress from clothing heart through cod process, but the material is not good and when i opt for return process it’s showing your order is pending. How is this possible i got this order on 29 jan and same day i called up but the given number is not responding i tried to connect through msg, mail every possible efforts but this fake and fraud company didn’t bother to respond

I have placed order on 19 january 2019 of rs 799 sky blue westurn dress.
What received this is very veey cheap quality, wrong design, rough stitching, material is very poor. I want to return this worse dress which i cant even use in my home cleaning it does not even cost of 100 rs. Very very poor dress, stop cheating the people, it's better to take a bowl and sit on the rod stop the fraud that you are trying to rob. Clearly they are...

Pathetic ..wrong item, wrong size wrong material wrong length wrong sleeves .it's a pure polyester and given georgette..I ve asked for midi length with half sleeves..I received sleeveless maxi with no inners and pathetic piece of cloth ...phone number provided is either wrong or switched off. I want refund.can't spend our hard earned money like this..please help...

Dear team, i bought a dress (Order id:[protected] from clothingheart.com and recieved the dress with extreme poor quality. I tried requesting for refund the order but i don't have an option in the account page and neither customer care whats app number ([protected]) nor customer care mail id (Query. [protected]@gmail.com) are not responding.

I ordered a dress from online shopping site. Received the order on 23/01/19. But when the parcel opened it was observed that the dress was different than that shown in photograph. As per product return policy we have to apply for return within 7 days. But on the site order is till showing as pending. Hence, I could not apply for return the dress. Company clothing heart not responding to the mail sent on 24, 25/01/19....

Delivered package doesn't match with the product that i ordered. The product is completely different from what it is shown in the site. After paying also, the status is not changed.. Clothing heart is such a fake company. Not able to get return policy option anywhere. Cloth is of worst quality.

Actually i placed 1 western dress and 1 combo which includes 2 tops brown and pink, but i have'nt received that combo and this western dress is also of poor quality. Hence i need an return and refund back my money. And the date of delivery is 19th jan 2019. And there is no proper return or refund policy in their website (Clothing heart). So i need a resolution and refund...

I have purchased1 dress white colour indo western digital printed dress at clothing heart .payment method is net banking. When I got the product it was entirely different from what I had ordered and the size was different .the product was not so good and was damaged.there is no option for return.the number given to contact is fake or not attending or sometimes saying not reachable.orderded dated 17/1/19 delivery date 22/1/19...

None of them matches the pictures or description mentioned under the products which i had ordered. I have mailed them almost 3 times. And i tried to call them from last 3days i keep calling hours and hours but they didnt receive a single call. Its very disgusting and cheap. You have wrote in your replacement policy that product should be returned to our return address within 5 days from the date of delivered order to customer. I[censored] not receive call and dnt even reply the mails then how can we replace....

My order i received today is not up to my mark and is not as it was described under the details when i ordered it. My order was supposed to be of net fabric and the one i have received is the worst fabric used.
