I had ordered a dress through club factory app on the date 05/06/2020 vide reference number so[protected] and payment was also done on the same day but till now i did not receive the product. Please resolve it as i want to get the return as soon as possible.
I had continuously sent mail to your support systems but didn't get any response from anyone. Please solve

      My orders were placed on 19th and 20th of july.
      And they reached custom clearance in india.
      However they just got cancelled automatically.
