Hello my order so[protected] was cancelled due to overdue and i have done online payment. It is almost 2 months my order got cancelled and i haven't got any refund. I have contacted customer service i didn't get any valid information about my refund. When do i get my refund and what is the status of my refund?

I have ordered 11 in 1 resistance tube on june 30 2020 thro paytm. Due to some reasons, club factory ppl made me to wait for one month n cancelled my order without my knowledge. Since they initiated cancellation on 29th july 2020 and mentioned that i’ll received the refund amounting 862.12. As of now, it’s still showing processing and i don’t have a proper medium to comunicate with them. I would like your kind self to look...

My order has been in customer clearance for more than 5 days now and it's just stuck there.
There is no information on the time or where my order is right now.
Due to the sudden ban on club factory in india, is it going to affect my order in anyway? My order was submitted before the ban of the app....

SO[protected] is my order number. Never received it due to app banned. But I didn't even get my money. I want my money back...

Respected sir/madam order no - so[protected] have been bymistakely rejected by the delivery man instead of accepting cash received option... It was delivery man and he committed it... So it was fake rejection.. I had never refused your order.. So resend the order......

The product was not delivered yet kindly deliver as soon as possible or refund my money, from july 10 order tracking is showing your package is arrived at indian customs, the customs is certiying your order

I have purchased a pair of shoes and it was not delivered due to covid pandemic the delivery got delayed, after two months it got cancelled and went into refund by system. I did not get my money and now i am not able to login into the app.
Kindly let me know how to get the refund.

Went in customs clearance on 17th july 2020,
Its more then 20 days order stuck in customs clearance,
No update, estimate time is already passed.

Please delivery my order or initiate refund as soon as possible. Its too late.

How many days my order will be in customs clearence. Its been nearly 20 to 25days. Kindly send my product ASAP....

I have placed order on dated 04/07/2020. For which made online payment also. however till date the order is not delivered. There is no status also. The App is not working. The last status was showing as on 15/07/2020 the order reached Indian customs and clearance. i either need my order or refund of my amount. Kindly take action.

Still we have not received our order.Its almost over 4 weeks.
We had contact with the delivery agent ECom Express (Shipment No : [protected]).But they set the shipment kept in hold.
