    Two months had passed and i have forwarded around 15 emails with respect to this issue ro cf, but no response from their end till date.

    I have orderred for a nike tavis scott yellow shoes of size 10 during 2nd of july 2020 amounts to rs.3231/- and was paod online from my bank account, and on 13th july i had eceived a message from cf ie almost 2 months back, that my order placed with them vide order number so[protected] stands cancelled and refund is initiated, but till now the refund of money is not done with. Neither do i can access their site to check on. Nor do they are responding to the multiple number of e-mails iam sending to [protected]@clubfactory.com and [protected]@clubfactory.com. Till date.. Pl help in getting the refund.

      Please note that I have ordered some items on 01/07/2020 from your website out of which one of the items got cancelled automatically as there is a restriction from the Indian government. After that on 14 th of July 2020 have received one massage that the order got cancelled automatically and money will be refunded within 7-10 working days. Still now have not received the refund in my original payment mode.
      I have complained enormous time through your app but haven't received any response.

        As soon as I posted a complaint here, I got a call from a person stating that he represents clubfactory and asked me the details and after hearing all details he asked me to install QS app from play store, he stayed in line till i downloaded the app and after that he asked me to enter CF page and later asked me to go to flipkart page and asked to order any item and then asked me to pay via debit or credit card . I didn't do that immediately i uninstalled the app, because i recognised the trap. As soon the QS app is downloaded and the code is passed to them they can see our phones screen, whatever we type there they can see, thus they can know our entire debit / credit card details and can take the money from our account cheating us. So beware of this fraud, today again i got the similar call but told will never install qs app. I got call from the following numbers, [protected], [protected], [protected]. This is reported for information.

          I order from club factory. My order no is - so[protected] item shipped on 19 jun 2020 and went on customs clearance in 1st july 2020. Its more than 65 days above order stuck in customs clearance.
          No update, estimate date is already passed.
          Please delivery my order or intiate refund as soon as possible. Its too late

                I ordered a bunch of stuff from Club Factory. They went out of stock and so they told me they'd refund. It's been 5 goddamn MONTHS and they never did it.
                Even the customer care didn't help. HOW MUCH MORE IRRESPONSIBLE CAN A COMPANY BE?
                My refund ID is SOR[protected]. Please give me my money back because I worked hard for it.

                    I have no calls nor emails regarding the the above mentioned issue. Not sure how many people been cheated like this without getting back their money. Club factory is making money out of it.

                      I has bought a apple air pods in club factory in june month. Because of defect in the product i have returned the item. But i didn't get refund from club factory. I have contacted the customer care many times. At last they a reference number and informed to contact the bank. When i contacted my bank service they said they didn't receive any refund from club factory. They to check from merchant side. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

But but the product i got was defective so i asked to return and refund my money.. After few days my product was picked up... And got delivered to club factory warehouse..
