I ordered a product 25/06/2020 please deliver my order with in 2 days......

My clubfactory account is registered with [protected], and my name is jisha josey. my last order id SO[protected] is cancelled and got message that refund will processed.i hav been waiting for 2 weeks. also the application is not working soi cant contact them....

I order baby dress on 4 june 2020 but its only shows being in custom clearance. Its not going further details even i can't cancel order because it shows shipped order. I want to know my order delivered or my money i lost

I booked order on jun 15 and received material on july 07 and same day i book the return due to poor quality of material and next day your pick the material. But still we are not receiving refund amount.
What are you doing there this type of poor service your giving to customers sham of yourself. Kindly refund our 1400 rupees as soon as possible....

I have given order one item on17th May 2020 which was cancelled by club factory itself due to their own issue, bt still i didn't recieved my refund.. Whenever I message them they use to be offline ...Now the app gone from India....

I have returned my order but refund not received. The refunded product reached their warehouse on july 8, 2020. Refund still not received...

Am order in 7 ideams in clubfactory all most 30 days complit but still not refund the cash plzz refund me am feel very bad...

I ordered a necklace on 1st july and it went for customs clearances on 13th july... Its 24 nw its still stuck in customs clearances... Hw long till i get my order.....

Had ordered an item for rs 599 and it was damaged and i returned it. But have not received refund yet.
Received an sms saying the amount was refunded through paytm, but no money was received by me.

I was not satisfied with the product (Shoes) as it i didn't like the quality of this shoes so i returned it as it was i had just opened the package i there was no damage done to product so why the return got rejected.
Please clear the problem and give my money back as i had returned your product (Shoes)....
