                I booked order on jun 15 and received material on july 07 and same day i book the return due to poor quality of material and next day your pick the material. But still we are not receiving refund amount.
                What are you doing there this type of poor service your giving to customers sham of yourself. Kindly refund our 1400 rupees as soon as possible.

                    I have given order one item on17th May 2020 which was cancelled by club factory itself due to their own issue, bt still i didn't recieved my refund.. Whenever I message them they use to be offline ...Now the app gone from India.

                            Had ordered an item for rs 599 and it was damaged and i returned it. But have not received refund yet.
                            Received an sms saying the amount was refunded through paytm, but no money was received by me.
                            I have attached a picture saying they have refunded and the id is in the photo. I have also put the screenshot of the sms and the facebook message i sent them as well.
                            It has been more than a month now. And i did contact them through their facebook page and still no use.
                            Please do the needed asap.
