Club Factory (E-Commerce Site) —
i had not received till now.. but showing it had delivere
worth 627 rupees in club factory mobile app. Order number is ''. It showed expected delivery date is 14nd Oct 2020. So i waited till that date. But i had not received any phone call or at least one message from them. But, when i checked my application it is showing order is undeliverd.plz solve this regarding.

    I placed order on club factory before it was banned in India. Few of my products were cancelled by your side and few were shipped, but neither i got the shipped products nor any refund for the cancelled products. It's been more than 8 mnths. NO updates from club factory regarding the same. Please resolve the issue as it's bit huge amount. Thnnx

          I ordered a few products from club factory at the end of June which was prepaid but did not receive the product nor did I get a refund

          Even after posting a complain about my order which was prepaid and which I had ordered on june for which I neither get a refund nor the product, my complaint is still unresolved.
          I wish my complaint will be solved soon.

                            Hope you will aolve this, as this purchase is from india and the site has stop responding.
                            Inspite of repeated calls, mails and chats, i have still not received my refund of order no. So[protected]. The product has been returned and received by the seller in july it self.
                            But the amount is still not refunded.

                              I bought sd card from club factory on 17 june 2020 which is delivered on 6 july. On same day i applied for return because of fake product. But club factory did not accept that after very requesting for return they allow me to return but there was an error coming for covid 19 situation. I also complained about it but they did not solve that, now it is banned in india and i lost my money. So please do needful
