I ordered some baby clothes from Club Factory before they closed down, and I haven't received any update on where my orders are and it has been 3 months now.
I can't even view my orders to find out how many orders there were or how much they were.

Few of my products were cancelled by your side and few were shipped, but neither i got the shipped products nor any refund for the cancelled products. It's been more than 8 mnths. Even after posting a complain about my order which was prepaid and which I had ordered on june for which I neither get a refund nor the product, my complaint is still unresolved.
I wish my complaint will be solved soon.

I bought sd card from club factory on 17 june 2020 which is delivered on 6 july. On same day i applied for return because of fake product. But club factory did not accept that after very requesting for return they allow me to return but there was an error coming for covid 19 situation. I also complained about it but they did not solve that, now it is banned in india and i lost my money. So please do needful

My order number SO[protected] ordered on 29th June 2020, but haven't recieved any update its just shows order is been canceling process. From last 1 month its just showing same message and customer care number is invalid and no one is replying to mails .
