    I have order my package and i have waited so long for delivery, but not yet got any sms about delivery and then i got my sms on 31 july which says, your package of so[protected] has been canceled because of orders created 11 days ago, has been cancelled due to undeliverable. So i just want my refund back.

        This is m rajesh..
        I have ordered sofa cover on[protected], order no. So[protected] still there is no notification about the delivery.. Almost crossed 1month now. I have already paid rs.1014. I am not able totrack my order on the link given by club factory.. It's really serious fraud to the customer.. Nobody else will believe on you if you cheat us... I need my money back as soon as possible

            I placed an order on club factory which was sold by credibility solutions pvt. Ltd. But it git cancelled by the seller since it went out of stock. The refund was initiated on the 10th of july 2020 and today is 31st july but still it has not neen credited to my account. Please refund my order with refund id sor[protected] at the earliest.

                  I had ordered from clubfactory and the order was confirmed on june 30, 2020.
                  Also it says the package has reached indian customs on july 20, 2020 but it still hasn't been delivered
                  It's more then 30 days order stuck in customs clearance,
                  No update, estimate time is already passed.

                  Please delivery my order or initiate refund as soon as possible. Its too late.

                    Are stuck in the indian customs from 13 july i have emailed in your support team 5 days before regarding the same moreover i was not beinh provided with any shipmenr awb status so that i can chevk it with the custons but till now there is no resppnse i need those products before 20th august. So please collsborate with the customs in order to clear my orders or provide the awb numbers of the shipments to me. And please do reply on this email regarding what measures you will be taking for resolving my issues. Why do i need to waste my time on your worthless service when its all your fault. Moreover i have ordered these products on club factory only because of the reason those products were not available for delivery in india in other website.

                      I made a few orders on 29th june with club factory, it included 4 items and the entire order was cancelled/returned and i haven't received the refund by now, its been more than a month. 3 item refunds are pending and one item appears to be at custom clearance but im sure it will not be delivered since the app has been banned now, there is no way to contact them and they have eaten up my money.

                          I placed an order from club factory on the 27th of June 2020 ..before it was banned in India.
                          Order number is SO[protected]

                          I also paid for it. Usually it gets delivered within a week or so but this time it has been a month.
                          Moreover as the app is banned in India I am not able to track and check my order status..
                          There is no response from the customer service representative as well..
                          Please resolve this issue and ship my order ASAP.

                            My order number SO[protected] and SO[protected] and SO[protected]. I have returned these packages and the refund status shows “refunding” since past 20 days. My mode of payment is paytm wallet but till now the refund amount hasn’t been reflected yet. I tried contacting clubfactory via email and sent them details 4 times but got no response. Their chat service is disabled and now there is no way to contact them. Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible i really want my money back

                                Hello club factory, I have ordered a product from club factory in the month of July. And because of some problems I return it before your app getting ban. And my order get passed also and I should get the refund also of ₹437. And there it was written that I will going to get my refund within 7 days. But till yet I haven't received any refund. This issue is before of your app getting ban in India. The was 10/7/2020. Now it is more than 3 months but I haven't received my refund. Please do anything but return my refund fast. Or otherwise I can also file a complaint on you.

                                  I had placed an order for muhuisen father sandals on 25th june 2020. The product delivered to me on 29th june 2020. Upon checking the product it was observed by me that the product send to me is not muhuisen brand product. The product sent to me is local “fashion” brand produced product. Immediately i had applied for return/replacement of the product but the customer care officials didn’t paid attention on my request and were asking me more and more details. More and more details were provided to them by myself and lastly they said to apply for refund. When i had tried to submit the button their system started showing as due to covid 19, the system is under suspension for replacement/return. I want replacement of original muhuisen father sandals. If not strictest action should be taken against the seller as well as club factory officials.

It's been more than 1 month but my all products are stuck at custom clearance in india and all my orders are prepaid orders. Neither they are delivering the orders nor they are refunding the amount. I request you to take strict actions against clubfactory and help me in getting my products delivered or refunding back my money.
