    Hey i placed this order for a boot on club factory you cancelled it stating it is out of stock, its more then 15 days i have not recieved my refund!! Where is my moneh and why can j process that?

        I have made an order with id: id:so28330074 on june 6th 2020. They have expected delivery date as 21st june but the product never delivered to me. After that the application got banned in our country. I saw that the product is returing to cf warehouse. I have messaged the customer support. They said that the product will return in 5-9 days to warehouse and refund will be done. After 10days i contacted them again and got same answer now i has been approximately more than 1n half month neither the refund nor product got delivered to me. I can't contact them the application got stuck i can't even see the order. Please do needful

              I did not get my two orders refund yet from clubfactory its been more than one week, please refund me soon, your every service disappoited me whether delivering service, refund or return service, your managment take too much time for taking actions, because of recent condition i m not able to wait anymore pleasw refund me as soon as possible.

                  I have recently ordered two product vide ref. no. (1) SO[protected] & (2) SO[protected]. The 1st product requested for return due to size issue & second product i have ordered afterwards as per size requirements. However I couldn't able to tract the orders in app as well in web sites.

                        I have ordered 4 products from club factory and haven't received single one yet. One ordered was cancelled, they asked me to wait to reflect its refund but still i haven't received any refund yet. Also, rest 3 products, they too have no clue where are they at the moment. Now i want my money back. When i am texting them on instagram because i can't contact then through app (Because of app band in india). They are not reverting back.

                          Bought a product with order no. So[protected] from club factory sold by the seller shasta equity traders pvt ltd on club factory. The product was ordered on 1/07/2020 and got cancelled on 13/07/2020 with a reason unable to deliver/out of stock. Now neither i have got the product nor the refund. Please request to take some action against this so that i can get either the product or the refund. I would be highly obliged if some action is taken at the earliest.. Today is 20/07/2020, i expect early action on this please humble request from my end..

                              I have purchased online chromecast from club factory. We received counterfeit anycast products from seller "manish sales and services".

                              It am trying since 15 days but its not working at all.

                              Both ssid and link ate fake its big fraud.

                              Club factory to refund the rs 800/- as early possible.

                                      On 01/07/2020 i ordered a man black jacket which cost me 800.88rs and i payed the following amount from my credit card. My all other orders are delivered but this order is still pending. The club factory app is closed that's why i am feeling difficulty about tracking my order. Please deliver my order or refund my payment as soon as possible

                                        Hello, I ordered a few items around 1 month or a few days more than that. Most of my orders got cancelled because they went "out of stock" even after being shipped. They were in stock while I ordered. How does that even happen?

                                        So the only order that DIDN'T get cancelled is stuck at the clearance for more than a month. It's urgent and I haven't gotten it. The support operaters are literally bots and tell me it's on the way but it never came.
