    I have ordered some clothing on july 19, 2020 and the order was split in 2 packages.. One has already been arrived but the other package is stuck at clearance since 31 july 2020. Its 11th august today. Kindly complete the custom clearance process soon and deliver my product asap.

      Hi,

      I ordered so[protected] product from club factory. It went custome clearence on 13th july 2020. Still i did not get my order. It is almost 30 days now.

      Please deliver my product as soon as possible or initiate refund. It is too late

          Hi,

          I ordered yellow color lehenga choli from club factory but i received different black color lehenga choli as i applied for refund on the same day & is approved on 2 jul 2020 further it is not accepting my pickup request. As, i have been trying to contact customer service till now, but no response. Even, chat and phone service is also no longer available. Either send the correct product or refund my amount. Plz, help me to resolve my issue asap..

                              I have placed order on club factory before it was banned in india on[protected] and still has not been delivered yet. It was a prepaid order. On tracking its status, it shows that the product has reached the indian warehouse and now it has been cancelled without any reason. I want refund as soon as possible.

                                  I want to tell that i ordered the product from clubfactory and sir it was ordered on june 18 and on june 30 it came into custom clearance and from then till today it was showing in custom clearance only nd now my product is cancelled when i opened the app it is showing canceling order but i didn't cancel it sir please i want my product or else give me refund sir it's a request to you sir please

                                    I placed an order from club factory on 29/6/2020 and it has been stuck at custom clearance from 11/7/20 to till now
                                    No estimated time is showing and no further processing, its because of the ban on the app in india i want my refund or my product as soon as possible i cant wait more for it...
