I have ordered some clothing on july 19, 2020 and the order was split in 2 packages.. One has already been arrived but the other package is stuck at clearance since 31 july 2020. Its 11th august today. Kindly complete the custom clearance process soon and deliver my product asap....

I ordered yellow color lehenga choli from club factory but i received different black color lehenga choli as i applied for refund on the same day & is approved on 2 jul 2020 further it is not accepting my pickup request. Club factory has cancelled my order by thier own, i was waiting for this order so eagerly and sunddenly suddenly they cancelled my order, my order no:-so[protected], plzz sent me this order i have been waiting for this from so long i can re-order it but then the price of the product will change......

I have placed order on club factory before it was banned in india on[protected] and still has not been delivered yet. It was a prepaid order. On tracking its status, it shows that the product has reached the indian warehouse and now it has been cancelled without any reason. I want refund as soon as possible....

I want to tell that i ordered the product from clubfactory and sir it was ordered on june 18 and on june 30 it came into custom clearance and from then till today it was showing in custom clearance only nd now my product is cancelled when i opened the app it is showing canceling order but i didn't cancel...

No estimated time is showing and no further processing, its because of the ban on the app in india i want my refund or my product as soon as possible i cant wait more for it......

My order was cancelled without my cancellation request after it reached customs and no refund initiated. Very bad!...
