My order number is [protected] which was suppose to be delivered on aug 25. It's been more than 10 days now that the order has not been delivered and the status shows that the order is still at customs.
I tried reaching at the customer care yet no response from their end
Requesting you to address the issue and deliver it as soon as possible or refund the amount

    I ordered a skirt from club factory. Earlier it was showing the estimated delivery date between 14 and 18th of september, 2019. But now when i was tracking the order, i saw the delivery date shifted to 28th september when i'll be out of town and won't be available for nearly 1.5 month.

    Therefore, i want my order before 23 september, 19 as i'll be unable to pickup my order after that for being out of station.
    So, please kindly do something to make faster delivery of the order: s[protected]
    I'll be very grateful if you do this at your earliest convenience.

      Ordered a shirt and hasn't arrived yet it has been like almost more than half a month and I already paid for it through online payment service. The tracking information shows that it has exceeded the delivery time limit but now I don't know when exactly it will come or will it get delivered at all. I don't know how to contact someone from club factory

But this time the custom clearance is taking a alot of time. I want my product as early as possible. Dear, club factory please look into my problem and clear the custom as early as possible.           I order from your website and made online payment now the order is tracking details are just going exceeding the date
          Very pathetic service i will go in social sites and raise this issue too bad experience.. U guys are making fool of people in this way i could had ordered this from some other online website and already gifted this product to the person whom i wished to give it because of you guys i couldn't gift it to the person on right day... Never again will order here n post it in social media as well

            I ordered a mustard colour top from club factory and it is nothing like it was in the picture the colour is different also the size is small.
            I have already applied for return in the club factory mobile application but haven't received any response from your side yet.
            Please let me know the procedure to return the product and refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you.

              I had asked for a refund of my order on clubfactory. I was given the refund into my clubfactory account with an option to withdraw the refund which i did to my paypal account. However, its been 10 days and the money has not been procesed to my paypal account. I have sent several emails to clubfactory but no response from them.
              I contacted paypal and they have told me that the refund has not been processed as yet from clubfactory.
              Would like to know what action i can take to get this resolved.

                I have been getting continuous auto generated calls from club factory, first it asks for the language verification like for english to press 1 but even after i press 1 or any other number the auto generated call does not work. It keeps on asking about this language verification. So the thing is the auto generated call is not working moreover they are continuously calling me. Please do something about this quick

We get cashback n they withdrawal my amount from my bank account 5000 rs they withdrawal and they say install anydesk app n told me that give me a debit card no after some time i have an call say give me ur account no we conmect ur call to club factory head and say tell me ur google pay no n they again withdrwal my amount i want claim 5000 rs given me back

                    Hi.

                    I registered a complaint no 384554 (Account with name yk gupta) with clubfactory regarding transfer of my clubfactory balance to my bank account on 5th sep 2019. I have already shared bank account details with clubfactory. As, i am unable to login to my clubfactory account as my facebook account is close. I am unable to transfer my balance to my bank account. Its been 10 days. However, no resolution has been provided yet.

                      I ordered from club factory on 18 aug, 2019. My order id is so[protected].
                      It went under custom clearance on 26 aug, 2019

                      Estimated delivery date was 4 sep, 19 but yet my order is not arrived and its still under clearnce

                      I even talked to customer support via chat, phone and email.. All said to wait for the order but now it has already been near 20 days
                      So please either deliver my order or initiate my refund in my bank account as soon as possible

                          I ordered a t-shirt from club factory on 26th august. It shipped on 29th of that month. And now, has been stuck there since 1st of september in custom clearance. After a couple of days it started showing that it has been cleared and is at destination but i still haven't gotten any updates from them. I tracked my order at delhivery too but it shows that they haven't picked the order. Please update me of the package if it's going to be delivered

                            My order which was placed on 14/08/19 has not yet been delivered. Order no.:so[protected]. I can't even cancel the order since the order is already shipped by courier delhivery but it's still been a month and i haven't yet got the product. There is no proper or accurate tracking links so i don't know where the product is, whether it's in some garage or is lost on the way.

                              I am very frustrated and i was not expected this type of pathetic service from you guys. I order something for my wife but when i get the order quality was too low. I raise return request before the timeline you guys mentioned. But now when i am checking status, it is showing as return request was not sent within the time frame. What the # is happening here? You guys are going to loose you customer because of this type of pathetic services.

                              Please return this order asap otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                                Last month August 2019 i ordered a wallet on Club factory and within a few weeks it showed under custom clearance update. But did not move further as mentioned.

                                Its been a month. Still it shows the same. I cant even contact the customer care through any media..

                                Their call center, live chat, mails are all use less.

                                Please help!

                                  I had ordered mens underwear. My tracking no [protected] dt. 04.09.19. It is delivered. But wrong types or pattern o[censored]nderwear is despatched. Also there is no return facility. Already this order is post paid and payment has been made in full. Also no refund is allowed. This is very bad on path of club factory. Also I have ordered another underwear which is not yet delivered.
                                  Kindly guide. Third Bad experience with club factory.

                                    I have order a bluetooth headset on 29.08.19. My order no so[protected]abe55316, dt. 29.08.19. It is still not delivered. Tracking details shows shipped and but tracking details has no updates from 04.09.19. Delhivery shows no updates after 04.09.19.
                                    This shows they have not shipped the product. Already this order is post paid. Payment has been made in full. Also no refund is allowed.

                                      I received fraudulent calls from [protected] and message from BZCLUBFC stating that am the lucky winner in the online lucky draw contest for my purchase from clubfactory. I need to confirm whether i will collect the money for mahindra SUV as cash or get the car delivered at my home. Club factory is sharing my personal details with such people. I checked the link attached to the text message where i saw my name and phone number. In the website they also mention about a registration fee of 12000 to get the reward for the lucky draw.
