    My order number is so[protected]. It says it's already shipped and manifest has been uploaded. But it's already been days since there's no update on my tracking. I buy lots of stuff from clubfactory and i did not not face all this problem before but this time its taking alot of time to update my tracking details. And till now my tracking is stuck on manifest uploaded.

        Another order, so[protected], is delaying to be shipped. Atleast they should accelerate the process preparing the package.

          Hello, i've ordered a 4pcs bracelet from club factory on 10 august the estimated delivery date was on 2nd september but there was no progress seen after 24th august i've tracked my parcel in delhivery.com website and there they are mentioning that the parcel didn't shipped.             I had purchased an tee of order number so[protected] the item was out of stock, so my money was refunded in my account but then i got logged out somehow and now it shows 0 in all i opened club factory after long and now my email address is shown not registered it's just a fraud i want my money back at any cost. This cancellation message was sent on 18th may 2019 at 5:31am. A screenshot is attached. Waiting for your reply.

                    I ordered narrow tie 10 qty but came only one pack whereas the money was for 10 pack. I'm very much unhappy with the service.                             Seriously i am really angry att your customer care and a horrible delvery experience from ecom services. I ordered a sunglass from your app 2 weeks and at the the same time i ordered an addidas shoe from flipkart bith i recieved at the same time. Shoe was too small and glaass didnt have any quality at all. For glasses i asked a refund from club factory and shoe for replacement at flipkart. After two days i recieved a call from deliver guy for the lickup of the product and i asked are you from flipkart for the shoe then he said yes. I gave him the shoe after sometime i found out that a message 'order has been recieved' in club factory app. The shoe was taken by your delvery guy and now it has reached banglore and the sunglass is with me and i got the refund for the glass. I contacted your customer service several time and they take half an hour to respond, they told me that they will contact thei senior department for this issue and will ensure that i will get the shoe back and within 48 hours you will call me. But no one called me. So today i call them and niw they are saying that they cant do nothing since i got the refund i mean seriously are you guys that pathetic you cant return flipkart product back

                                    I had 2 refund requested for the products purchased from club factory on 11th aug of which i have received the refund for one of the refund request which was amounting to usd 11.18 on 12th aug.

                                    However for the 2nd refund amounting to usd 11.91, i have received the message for the refund amount in my account but when checked in my account i do not see ant refund received and on the site it shows withdrawal successful... Its incorrect, hence see an issue and hence would like to complaint for this issue and hence request the team to please act on the complaint and help me to get my refund back and take an action so that other consumers are not cheated this way.

                                    Request to please take this complaint and let me know if you need more information on the same.

                                      Damaged sandles delivered. By mistake i returned that on retun to address written on invoice instead of seller and courier delivered they are not contacting to their that warehouse and asking for valid proof. Samecase was earlier happend with snapdeal bt they cooperate and initiate refund as that address was also linked to them but club factory just making us fool
