I have purchased this product on 31 August and I received this product on 6 september this product automatically switched off in 15 min and not on if you not plugged the charger I have returned this product but I not got response from your side for 2 weeks. I am feeling helpless and I want that you send me address of replacement in my city and I want to refund the money. Please send me replacement address

    Our order is pending for delivery from 7th September. When ever we call customer care first they dont pick the call luckly once they picked the call and when i explained my issue they told to talk to courier company. I requested them to talk to courier company as this is their job but they dis agreed. When i called courier company delhivery.com they never picked the call then finally i dropped them an email. They replied mentioning that they didn't get any parcel physically so they cannot help.
    Same mail i forwarded to club factory but they replied as usual that they will check and escalate the matter. Same thing i am hearing from past 20 days. Still there is no update and they dont pick the call.
    There is no option to cancel the order also.

    Still there is no action taken from club factory. Now i want to cancel the order with full refund and compensation as well. I have already waited more than a month.

      I ordered a Nokia phone because as it was showing one year Warrenty and nice review. But after a week I recieved a damaged phone by COD that is completely faulty and also not refundable.I tried to contact the customer care by all options but no response. Completely disappointed with Club factory. I want my refund or replace the phone with a working one.Was mistake trusting.

        I have ordered 2 t shirt from club factory but I have received only one and they have taken money for the two ...I had complained also delivery boy came but refused to took it, he was saying that they have to take two quantity from me ..my order no.           I’m writing this complaint again on this portal... Even after you writing it to club factory there is no seriousness about my complaint...
          My order was placed on 26th august and it was suppose to get delivered by 13th september... But i didn’t recieved it... I understand a delay of 4-5 days... But now it’s been a month that my order is not been delivered... I’m still waiting for my order... But there is no proper response from the club factory customer care... When i email them they tell me to wait for 3 days everytime.. If i call they tell me to wait for 24 hrs or 48 hrs... I’m just waiting for a proper response related to the complaint against my order delivery... My order is already cleared at the customs but still my order is not picked up for so long...
          The seniors their should understand and keep such concerns on the priority basis as its been a month and get it resolved... If i ask that i need to talk to the senior related to it then my call is not transferred... And is being told that they will call back but i never received a call back...
          I want my order to be delivered by 1st - 3rd october... As anyways it’s a high time now... As this products were ordered as i’m travelling...
          If it’s not going to happen then refund my paid amount of this order back to my payment account...
          Kindly look into it... Get my order delivered asap...

            I want my product by last of this month.. Because i'm leaving abroad and that is the gift for my brother if i can please.. I will pay you the extra money for delivery.. Because reading all the reviews all are saying tht club factory is fake and all.. But i still believe because first time i'm ordering 5 items from club factory.. If your seriously delaying it then i have to take action and request all my friends family to not to buy a single product from club factory.. Comparing to other online shopping website club factory is heavy lacking behind because of your delivery time taken by the company... I staying at delhi a metropolitan city how can it be delayed so much so from me i just wana say that please try to send my product by this last of month or at the first week of oct..               I am so disappointed with this shopping website.Delivery, customer support, service is just worst.i returned a product many days before.delivery person picked up my product but didn't provide me any receipt nor it got updated in my account.the pickup was showing cancelled.so many times I reached the customer care but no one helped or arranged a senior call and closed my query repeatedly.They asked me to wait and wait for few days only and denied me that they were checking with their senior team but then they replied that if I don't have any receipt then I will not get any refund.they didn't even check with their courier team.i still have the delivery boy's no. But he also doesn't receive my call [protected] this is the no. I lost my 704/- rs. Order no. SO[protected]. Order return date- 07.09.19 or 08.09.19
              they didn't take any step from their end.only asking for the receipt which I don't have.here also I am not getting any resolution since couple of days.you atleast resolve it asap now

                  I had ordered a dress in offer where my order got cancel after long time and again i had to order but the price was high which was very disappointing, and its been 1 month i have ordered my dress and there is no any update about the product as i already paid in advance, no facilities is been provided by the club factory where customer can call or complaint about the product, i need my dress urgently where i can i find update about the product or else refund my amount with compensation. Very disappointing, no concern towards customer.

I have received 2 items and the other 2 i have not received. The site is showing the the other 2 items are in the custom clearance for 7 days and there is no update in regards to the order. I don’t think there is any such other order delivery which takes a month time or more... It’s a paid order of rs 874... I’m highly disappointed with the club factory service... Kindly look into it...

                                    I have placed an order on aug 18, estimated date of arrival is Sep 5th. The carrier's phone number shown in the app is also incorrect. Kindly refund my amount or deliver the product asap.

                                      I don't need to know whether its local holiday or not, but i want my orders to be delivered on 2nd october or cancel my orders. After 2nd october I'll be out of station so it'll be better if deliver my order on 2nd october before evening. If you'll deliver my orders after 2nd october there will be no one to pay and receive my orders. So I went be responsible for this.
