I want to get early delivery of my product, i want my product before 2nd october 2019 after 2nd october the puja vacation will be start and i after 2nd may i will be out of station please i need that product which i purchased form your company.

I have ordered type c earphone with in ear earbuds (iPhone type) they delivered other type those I can't use while driving bike with helmet.
And now there is no option how to return...
I can't use these earphones ...
I have a very bad experience in club factory . I had ordered my product before a month and still now i didnt receive my parcel . The parcel date i had to receive is september 7 maximum date given but it's september 19 and i didnt get my parcel . I need my money or my parcel as soon as possible

We want to return this product...i don't interested in this product.. By mistake we have ordered this product.. We are going to return this product plz send me information to send these shows return...the show length and size is to short... And also not at all comfortable, so we wanted to return and we want our money return back...

    Since i have made a payment... My i really don't know how my order dissappear from my account. I order earning from club factory and i had successfully paid the amount through debit card. After that they mail me the order number. After few days i was still not able to get the order. My

      I have ordered one dress piece from club factory but i got wrong product then i apply for return request but seller has rejected my refund request. Even they have picked up my product also... And it happens with two times. So now the situation is, i have lost product as well as my money also.
      Please i suggest to everyone please dont order from this site... They dont take care about their customers... M really unsatisfied from club factory service. Now i will make sure no one can order from this site in future. For solving your problem. They just give you time... But unfortunately they will never solve your problem...

        I am so disappointed with this shopping website. Delivery, customer support, service is just worst. I returned a product many days before. Delivery person picked up my product but didn't provide me any receipt nor it got updated in my account. The pickup was showing cancelled. So many times i reached the customer care but no one helped or arranged a senior call and closed my query

        They asked me to wait and wait for few days and told me that they were checking with their senior team but then they replied that if I don't have any receipt then I will not get any refund.i still have the delivery boy's no. But he also doesn't receive my call 9748890835 this is the no.

        This is fraud and cheating and each time they don't update anything properly in their app nor they deliver within estimated time

          My order no order number: so[protected] and. I have complaint also but no action from support team, just they are playing with customer sharing time line from past one month.

          I have experienced a horrible support services from your chat and call support team. Is this any kind fraud business where you guys making customer fool.

          My complaint no is #361152.

          Request you to don't play with customer and not to do customer harrassment. Please provide me a resolution at the earliest, else i have no choice to move to the consumer court for the jurisdiction.

          I've ordered two types of same t-shirts but i got only one in the packet and i applied for an refund befor an week but still they didn't responded yet and clubfactory doesn't have an proper consumer care number and consumer exucative to attend cutomer problems
          Club Factory — money deducted from phone pay, but transaction failed.
          Please take my product back bcz in that lipstick shade one lipstick is deffictive so pls take the product back and I want my refund back I req I m nt satisfied from this product from next time I will not order from this site I have cancelled this order thn hw came u delivered this order..             I have order girls college bag i want to return that order because it is not good but i can't login with my account and want to return and refund that bag and my not satisfied from that order it's not that type of bag it's bit small and I'm club factory is not receiving my customer care service number.please register my complaint against club factory.And want resloution of my complaint and not satisfied from services they gave. It's had delayed in my order it was upto 1 month to get my order.

              Hello there, I am very disappointed with the service of club factory. I have ordered a pant from club factory on 1st september 2019. Now, I am not even able to track my product which was supposed to be delivered on 7th but it's already 24th Sept. Even after regular tracking, the status of the product is not even updated ever since 7th September. Tried calling the customer care of club factory several times but no one picked the phone even once. Contacted the delivery partner Delhivery. They clearly said that the shipment is not handed over to them. This kind of irresponsible behavior is not acceptable. Either deliver the product or refund it at earliest.

                I ordered two dreses from cf one on 18 august as my order no.[protected], courier is delhivery and second on 8 september of order no.[protected], courier is xpressbees and i still haven't got my product. They even called me many times for the adderss confirmation but the result's been the same. I now my both the ordera asap... Please take some serious actions.

                Order no:SO[protected]. I have payed through internet banking.I have order glass.The amount have been deducted from my account.but in club factory it shows unpaid. It shows 6 days to expire.Take immediate action.Else return my cash.

                  Its regarding a cash on delivery order placed 2days ago for a footwear which wasn't confirmed at their front but the order was delivered to me today around 5pm. As i tried it on, it didn't fit me so i thought of returning it. But as i saw that the delivery person has updated that he couldn't deliver the order to me as i was unavailable. So i went to clubfactory site where there was no history of my purchase (May be as my order wasn't confirmed or because i ordered as a guest buyer) but i have the original packaging of club factory and all the messages that were sent as updates to me. Since then i am trying to contact clubfactory but the call waiting is endless and the live chat is done by some robot who just doesn't seem to understand what i am talking about.
                  I would just like to request for a return of that footwear and get the refund of rs716 for the same as soon as possible.

                      Got a call from this number [protected] the caller said i won a tata safari ok you have 2 option you can get amount cash or car.. I asked for cash.. They asked me to transfer 6500rs to their relation ship managers account for vijeta praman patra and taxes and whatsapp your acc number and adhar card after amount transfer you will get 1280000 rs in your account within 5 mins i told them wait i am doing he got excited started telling sir 10 min ke andar karo fatafat apka kam ho jayega and all

                        This is my product order number i cancelled it after 1-2 days of order
                        Club factory says it will refund money in 2-3 business day but it has taken 12 days
                        Product is of 381 indian currancy which i pay through paytm and didn't get refund either on paytm nor on clubfactory balance every time i check my refund detail it shows error kindly take action and help me to get my refund back asap

                                I have ordered a dress on 20th of august but didn't received my order even after 1month. My order no. Is so[protected]. I am not even getting any help from customer care executive also. They always asked me to wait for 2 or 3 days but didn't give me any proper date or location. I must say this is the wrost service i had ever seen. Please either handover me my order or refund my money.

                                  On the 3 september i ordered some things from club factory. My first transaction was got failed and immediately i did again. Later on what i saw double transaction has been done from my bank account.
                                  I cancelled ed one order and got messaged that my fund will be refund.
                                  I called to customer care but no one has picked up my call. Today’s is 23 n still my fund is not return.
