It was to be deliver on 11 sept but not yet received even no updates showing... When i'll get it.. Order no. Is so[protected] and payment is also already paid... Then you not product delivered yet.. It is shipped then in middle where it can go... U always do false promises to the customers or what.. Even customer service no. No one picks up call..in this what i should do hope in this complain i will get my answer and my product.

    I placed a order of jogger in club factory, I already paid for it, I ordered on sept6 but still it didnt reached.delivery man called me and said that he called me but it doesn't reached to u and I got a msg regarding that later I called him he picked up and said that he will delivered it on tomorrow morning but he didnt done it and evening I called him and picked up he said that the parcel was not reached me later I will delivered it he said, but still he didn't delivered it, I need help from u, and now I called he didnt responding

      Dear sir, as i have placed a shoe order on 09/08/2019 and delivered on 29/08/2019. I have asked to take back this product since i was not satisfied with that, called to the customer care for several times but had no response its really horrible and i want that to take back.
      For delivery it has taken long period and the feedback is very worst service.
      Kindly transfer the amount back to account on or before 21/09/2019.
      If this matter is not taken serious i will report it to the management the same.

        I have ordered a dress from club factory on 28 august 2019 and got the delivery on 3 september but the dress material (Semi stitched) was not proper in size so i returned it. I got refund amount after deduction of pickup charges of rs. 90 (Never expected from any of the shopping site) in usd which was 6.7 usd while i paid in inr. Now i am unable to withdraw that money to any of my account or wallet. Ideally refund must be in the same mode by which payment is done.

          Dear club factory, this is lalati vishwakarma here, i had ordered a few products from your site which is to be delivered by 1st of oct. My order no is so[protected]. I had raised a complaint regarding late delivery of my product so that i could receive those products early but my problem has not been resolved instead it has been delayed due to some reasons. And now i think i should cancel my order as i won't be available to receive the product as i had already mentioned in my earlier complaint that i am going out of town on 25 th of sep 2019. So please help me out of this problem. Please..

            I order an extra small T-shirt and medium denim skirt order no : SO[protected].. I received my order after 15 days.. no issues I accepted that..but when I received it I got XL size for both my items which is highly unacceptable.. I’m just so disappointed and I feel harassed.. there is no customer care service..No one picks the call on helpline number..
            I feel ordering from club factory is the biggest mistake of my life..
            WORST COMPANY WORST SERVICE.. I want REFUND for my order asap!

              I didn't receive my product so[protected] but in app status is showing delivered, i called customer care then he told to install "anydesk" app and asked me the card details along with cvv, i came to know that he is a fraud and i didn't share my details. He didn't even ask about my order id, date of shopping, transaction but he simply wants my card details to steal money.

                I'm manojkumar. I'm using club factory.
                I ordered a adidas unisex ankle socks (Pack of 6 pair) on august 1st 2019 but i'm received today only 3 pair.

                I'm paying for 6 pair and i'm receiving 3 pair only how it can be possible.

                Here i'm attached photo copies and order details for your reference.

                    I have placed 1 order to buy a product named "mens cardigan jacket jumper knit pullover coat", payment was successful, but suddenly after few hours my order was cancelled without any reason and a SMS was received which only mentioned cancellation of order and not mentioned reason, my money was refunded but it's on my club factory account and in dollars though I have paid amount in INR, I complained to customer care of company but they are not giving justified reason for cancellation of order and giving refund properly

                          I ordered first time from club factory (Jbl earphone c100si) at price of 290₹. When i received this it was not good so i decided to return and search customer care numbr frm google, the no. Was [protected].
                          He adviced me to download quick support (Team viewer). I know this aap so i regret him and returned frm original club factory app. Just he want to hack my phone and want all data frm my phone.

                          I had ordered 2 shoes which I returned they charged me fees also as soon they refunded my money my account was hacked by someone nd my money was withdrawn by patym i have tired calling customers account.

                            I got a call from[protected] and they said they are from club factory and i have won a lottery to claim that i have to pay some amount and when i said i don't want any money they started using abusive language and they even have our name number and our full address which i registered in club factory. So how come they get all my details. That means club factory is selling my personal data to them
                            I ordered a dress from club factory. Order no SO[protected]. Instead i got the picture banners of lord ganesha.i want the same order back

                              I've ordered a gucci perfume from clubfactory the product smells like detol the moment i applied it on my wrist it gave me rashes and my skin was burnt... I'm talking to the customer care service of club factory from last 15-20 days but my issue is still not resolved first they said me courier boy will take 2-3 days to come and take the product back then they said plz courier it to the seller by yourself then they denied to refund the money in cash but in club factory bal. And #... And then these people said me that the product is not refundable.
                              I bought product on 4 September and is not delivered till now

                              No delivery guy called me but it is showing multiple delivery attempt fail

                                I have ordered some products worth 1200Rs from club factory app a month ago. The estimated delivery date was 15 days back. And yet the product has not been delivered. I have already payed through net banking for the items. There is no option of refund in the app. So I want the product delivered as soon as possible or if that's not possible then I would like my refund.
                                On augst 8 I have orderd one item. Delivery date was september 10 but still the item was not delivered to my address ... The order item number is S[protected]

                                  My so number is so[protected]. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
                                  I want to know where is my order.
                                  The mail clearly specofies that the trackkng details will be available.in 2-3 days..
                                  More than 2. Weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.
                                  I ordered some stuffs from the Club Factory app ( Order Id is SO[protected]. They have given a tracking number for my parcel - Xpressbees AWB [protected]. When I try to track it, it says the no. is not valid.

                                    I ordered a shirt with order id so[protected] on august 19 2019. The order delievery date was september 6 2019 but the order was delayed.
                                    Today, i call a number as club factory customer care number - [protected]. They told me that my order has been cancelled and amount is refundable. They ask me my card details and within 10 minutes 4000rs has been deducted from my account. Then, they told me that money is in hold and assured me that i will get my total amount including club factory order money by 4pm today. But, after that they ask me to download an app named -'anydesk'
                                    Then ask me to give my google pay account details adhar card number and details... And now they are not receiving our calls and there other numbers are switched off and everytime they told us that they are from club factory customer care.

                                    Please take quick action.

                                    The most worse app which have no accuracy in delivering items...please atleast give me back the money and i dont want the item...please take necessary action.

                                        I ordered a dress material from club factory but when i received that product the the colour is different... The quality is really so bad... I had to return and followed the procedure as directed but despite the return status say received i haven't got the refund and it has been more than a three weeks.
                                        I will never buy anything from this site if i don't get my money back because i started lost my trust from club factory.
                                        I hope that you will solve my problem asap
